It is a limestone hill and most popular Tamil shrines outside India. It was said the limestone forming Batu Caves to be around 400 million years old and yet it was promoted as a place of worship by India religion. A great landmark icon for photo taking especially with the rainbow colored steps up to the hill.
Identical Towers, Identical Wonders. Enjoy and capture the spires of PETRONAS Twin Towers and the skylines of Kuala Lumpur. The most important landmark in Kuala Lumpur and Malaysia, this 88 floor towers are constructed mainly based on Islamic art. The sky bridge was constructed to link up two skyscraper and no doubt this is an amazing spot to take photo with. At the feet of Petronas Towers, There is Suria KLCC, KLCC Park and KLCC Aquarium for your shopping, leisure and exploration with kids as well. Suria KLCC Shopping center and KLCC Park is free admission, this is where you can take impressive photo with the Twin Towers.
The Central Market Kuala Lumpur is arranged in a stall concept, representing the traditional market that has existed in Kuala Lumpur since the 1800s. Travelers can scroll through the many sections that exists within the Central Market, from the Lorong Melayu, Straits Chinese, and Lorong India which is located on the west wing. The second floor hosts a food court, offering an array of food. Notable are two-storey and single- storey buildings resembling the kampong-style houses representing the many ethnic groups living harmoniously in Kuala Lumpur
Thean Hou Temple is one of the oldest and largest temples in Southeast Asia This ornate Chinese temple dedicated to the Queen of Heaven, Thean Hou, protectorate of people who make their living from the sea. The temple borrows from Buddhist, Taoist and Confucian traditions. Some visitors believe the panoramic views of KL alone make the trip up the hill worthwhile.
One of the most modern mosques in the world The pink-domed Putra Mosque is constructed with rose-tinted granite and can accommodate 15,000 worshippers at any one time. The basement wall of the mosque resembles that of the King Hassan Mosque in Casablanca, Morocco.

Couldn't fault the tour one bit! Well planned out. Both drivers excellent and the best part was my tour guide Mr. Muru. Amazing knowledge and great sense of humour to go with it which j loved! Highly recommend
Definitely worth it! We had a wonderful time visiting beautiful places in Malaysia, it has outgrown our expectations. Our driver was helpful and easy-going, so as our tour guide- they’re ABSOLUTELY amazing 😊. We would reccomend it to everyone who loves visiting not so touristic places, feel the atmosphere and meet interesting people.
We took this tour as a family of four with two teenagers. This was the best way to see Kuala Lumpur during our vacation to Singapore. We highly recommend it! The drivers were great and the cars were super comfortable. Our guide recommended a place for lunch that had authentic Malaysian food and was delicious. It was a long day but never seemed like it was too much. The tour was much better than anythign we expected.
Take this tour. From the on time pick up, clean, new vehicles. Max was my driver to the Malaysian border then switched vehicle, driver Alex. Very safe driver. Great conversation. Once we reached Batu Caves, my guide Lionel was waiting. Great, patient guide, he went with me up those 272 steps, lol. At Petronas Towers Lionel waited while I went to the top. Very knowledgeable guide. The drive to Malaysia was about 4 hours, we stopped every two hours, thank you Alex. He had juice and plenty of water and pastries in the van. I really enjoyed this tour. I was a solo traveler. I felt safe with Max, Alex and Lionel. Thank you.
Everything about this day trip was amazing. The drivers, both AJ and Rico, were very friendly, informative and efficient. Mr. Muru was also a pleasure to have show us around. His knowledge of the city and its history was vast. Huge thank you to you all for giving my mom, aunt and I a great experience of Malaysia!
We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Lernard, Alan, Max and our guide from New MST Transport Holiday on our trip from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur! The service was excellent from start to finish. The team was incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to offer helpful advice. The vehicles were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making the journey smooth and enjoyable. Everything ran on time, and the staff made us feel truly welcomed and well taken care of throughout the trip. I highly recommend to anyone traveling between Singapore and Kuala Lumpur — a truly top-notch service!
We had a wonderful time on the tour. Everyone was very friendly and it was well organised, we were provided with detailed information about visa etc. in advance, drivers Rico and Max and tour guide Lionel were excellent. We can highly recommend it!
Nobody called ahead to tell us about visas. The first driver from Singapore was terrible and then they put us in a car from the Malaysia border with a drivers that did not understand or speak English for over 4 hours on the way and 6 and a half on the way back to Singapore. The tour guide in Malaysia was very good. He was very knowledgeable and thorough but I would not recommend this tour and we feel it was not worth it.
The trip to Kuala Lumpur was a very beautiful experience. Our driver, Mr. Yoong, was very kind and an excellent driver. Our guide, Mr. Sandra, told us many interesting things and showed us the best spots for taking photos. He was very friendly and attentive. The experience was truly wonderful. The whole day was well organized, everything went smoothly, and we had a very pleasant experience. All compliments to the whole team for making sure everything ran smoothly and for giving us such a wonderful and carefree day.
Out of all the tours in all the countries I’ve been to, this is by far the worst. I was shuffled from one driver in a luxurious van to a driver in an old van once over the border to Malaysia. My driver, Max, that took me to the border was amazing. But that’s where it ends. Once I got into the much older and much less nice van in Malaysia, things went bad. My new driver was going close to 140 kmh in 100 kmh zones AND texting a driving. He was driving on the shoulder at times as well. I was so nervous riding with him that my smart watch thought I was working out because of my elevated heart rate. To make things worse, he didn’t say a word to me other than, “let me know if you need a toilet” when I first got in the car. This made a long car ride feel even longer. When I did ask him to stop at a restroom, he seemed annoyed that I requested it. A very small “breakfast” was provided to me. It was a small juice, a cupcake, and a red bean bun. There was zero attempt to stop for coffee or anything else on the way and I certainly didn’t want to ask after the annoyance to stop for a toilet. Once in Malaysia, my tour guide was sometimes difficult to understand because of his accent and he had difficulty understanding some of my questions as well. I finally got to eat something for lunch around 1pm after being picked up from my hotel at 5am. Make sure you eat a big lunch because that will be your last opportunity for any food until you get back to your hotel, which was close to 8pm for me. I definitely wasn’t going to ask my driver to stop anywhere on the way back. Because of this, I felt dehydrated all day for fear of inconveniencing my driver again by asking him to stop. This tour was AWFUL. For the exorbitant price, they should be ashamed and embarrassed of this tour. Do yourself a gigantic favor and just fly to Malaysia for the day. There’s nothing luxurious or special about this tour. In fact, it’s DANGEROUS and should be investigated.
So, its an early start and a very long day but the transport was uber comfy - so you can at least get some sleep on the rather boring drive there and back, but thats the negatives out of the way....................as we were in Singapore for F1 and never likely to be closer to The Petronas Towers ever again it was the best opportunity to go see them. Coupled with the Batu Caves and shrine, the Chinese Temple and food Markets (we opted to skip the mosque in favour of getting home earlier) it was a brilliant day - assisted by our two drivers and guide, all were excellent, friendly and helpful. There were just the 3 of us on our trip so the minivan was perfect for us to all get stretched out and snooze while Alan did all the leg work to get us there and back. We had ample time at each location and never felt rushed or bored, it was managed very well.
This journey did not feel long at all! We had a driver and a tour guide. We were provided with breakfast whilst in the car on our way to our first stop Batu caves.
The communication between me and Lernard was very efficient and clear, based on the fact that we were in different countries. The driver picked up us on time. Once in Malaysia, the tour guide, Sandran was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. I definitely would recommend this activity to anyone traveling to the area.
Great experience overall! Lernard reached out ahead of time with the itinerary, which made everything feel organized and easy. Max was friendly and even arrived early for pickup, which made the start stress-free. Alan was friendly quiet but got the job done, taking us a majority of the way and dropping us back off while navigating Kuala Lumpur traffic like a pro. Our guide, Mr. Sandran, was very knowledgeable, shared a lot about the sites, and always offered to take photos. The whole trip was well-timed, and we even managed to avoid the rain. A smooth and comfortable way to see Kuala Lumpur in a day from Singapore.
Everything was great about this tour. Batu Caves, the Buddhist temple, Petronas Towers, but i would like to express special thanks to our driver Dino
Shortly after I booked the tour, I was contacted with some information such as immigration documents that we would need to complete before the trip, which included Malaysian and Singapore entrance requirements and to book a time at the Petronas Twin Towers. This was a long tour. We were picked up by one driver at our hotel in Singapore at 5 AM. After we crossed into Malaysia in Johor Bahru, we were transferred to another driver Dino, who had various breads, snacks and drinks for us. Dino stayed with us for the rest of the day. Our first stop was the Batu Caves, where we met our tour guide. We don’t remember his name but he was very knowledgeable about the places we visited. To get to the Hindu temple located inside a limestone cave, we had to climb 272 steps. Next, we visited Thean Hou Temple, the largest Chinese Buddhist temple in Malaysia. After the temple we had lunch near the Petronas Twin Towers. It was a bit of a rush with only about 30 minutes to order and eat. After we ate we went up were able to go to the sky bridge of the towers, followed by the observation level at floor 86. Following the twin towers, we were taken to the Central Market Kuala Lumpur, which also felt rushed and not much time. After we were done with the market, the guide left us with Dino for the rest of the time. Dino took us to the Putra Mosque and we were able to go through it at a leisurely pace. Afterwards, Dino drove us back to Singapore, and kept sure to offer us bathroom breaks if we wanted on the 4.5 hours drive back to Singapore. The family enjoyed the trip and our guides, thank you.
Our one-day trip from Singapore to Malaysia was nothing short of amazing, thanks to the outstanding team behind it! Lernard, the coordinator, ensured everything ran smoothly from start to finish. His clear, timely communication and flawless coordination gave us total peace of mind. We were picked up right on time from our hotel at Lyf Funan, and the day unfolded perfectly from there. Our driver, Dino, was fantastic—professional, calm, and skilled at navigating traffic but she also handled a heavy downpour on the return trip with great care and professionalism. We felt completely safe in her hands, even during the challenging weather. Special thanks to our guide, Sandran, who delivered a deeply enriching experience. His knowledge of Malaysian culture, history, and people brought each stop to life. From the beautiful Putra Mosque and iconic Batu Caves, to the majestic Petronas Towers and vibrant Central Market, Sandran tailored the tour to our pace and interests, making each location more meaningful.
We appreciate the responsiveness and planning of the team ahead of the tour. The vehicle was pretty comfortable and our driver was Dino, she was amazing. Also, our tour guide was very knowledgeable.
We took a private car with guide for the your and it was a very good experience for us. The driver was always on time, very efficient and the guide was very pleasant.
I highly recommend this tour. Dino 🦕, was absolutely phenomenal and our tour guide in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia was fantastic as well. My family really enjoyed this trip and couldn’t ask for better representation!
This was an unforgettable highlight of our trip to Singapore! I’m so glad we booked this experience. Our driver, Dino, and our tour guide Sandra were both fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and made the day extra special. We learned so much about the region’s history, received blessings at the beautiful Batu Caves, enjoyed some shopping, and had the chance to savor authentic Malaysian food. One of the most memorable moments was trying Durian ice cream at the mosque—something I had always wanted to do! A truly unique and heartwarming part of the experience was being the first visitors from Hawai’i that the mosque had ever welcomed. They even let us place a pin on their map—Hawai’i is officially represented now! It was such a proud and exciting moment to help put our home on the map. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area. It’s rich in culture, history, and special moments you’ll never forget!
My husband and I visited Singapore for 5 days and decided to take advantage and visit Kuala Lumpur with a 1-day tour. Everything has been so organised since the day I made the reservation. Lernard gave me all the info and details to get ready. The day of the tour we met with our driver, Dino who is just great! Reliable, fun and flexible (but also sono excellent driver!). In Kuala Lumpur we also met with Sandra who provided us with lots of information about all the places we visited…we learned so much with him!! I cannot recommend this tour enough, make yourself a favour a make a reservation with them: 110% worth it!!!!
The tour was very comfortable, and the guys took care of every little thing. Special thanks to Dino and Sundar for making my trip to Malaysia so memorable. I highly recommend this tour. It covers all the main iconic sights of KL in a day.
Covered a lot in one day - highly recommend if you have limited time to visit KL! Trip organizer was very responsive and shared all the instructions clearly before the trip so that immigration was smooth both ways. Driver was on-time and reliable, and we had a tour guide who shared a lot of detailed info on Malaysia.
We did a last minute booking because we were delayed in Singapore. Service was amazing - great communication with clear details on everything we needed to know. Dino - our driver was great - very quick and efficient but also thoughtful about stops on the long drive - 4-5 hours. She maneuvered through Kuala Lumpur easily Sandrha our guide at Batu Caves, temples in KL, and other sites was extremely knowledgeable and informative Highly recommend it
When you go on tours to major sites whether Malaysia or elsewhere the places are the same. What makes the difference are the tour guides and their attention to detail. Our tour guide was Mr. Sandran Vellasamy and our driver was Dino. Booking was easy and a lot of detailed communication in Whatsapp letting us know to buy the tickets to the twin towers separately as well as Malaysia and Singapore immigration/entry cards to fill out online. The morning started off really early at 5:00am. Dino arrive at 4:45am and messaged us that she was here. We appreciated her timeliness. Although we chose an English speaking guide we were pleasantly surprised that Dino spoke Mandarin which made things a lot nicer for my wife and daughter. The van was spacious and comfortable for the 3 of us. Dino provided pastries and drinks for the drive. We me will Mr. Sandran upon arrival to the Bata Caves. He was very nice and even bought us a coconut to drink/eat after the hike up and down since it was a hot day. Even though we packed in a lot of sites we never felt rushed. At the last stop Mr. Sandran gave us some stickers that allowed us free admission to the paid toilet at that location. It was a nice gesture. The tour officially ended at 4:00pm but we went over late but never felt rushed by Dino our driver. We had to leave Kuala Lumpur by 5:30pm to avoid being charged a late fee though. Dino was an amazing driver. On the way back to Singapore my family was tired and just wanted to get back to the hotel. Dino drove 4.5 hours straight. She asked us if we wanted to stop for a break but we didn't. Overall would recommend their private tour mainly because of the exceptional service. The site are all the same but the driver and tour guides make the difference.
Excellent Kuala Lumpur trip, great and knowledgeable tour guide, nice and friendly driver and very comfortable vehicle,
Our family of four really enjoyed our day tour in KL. Lernard contacted me for the details of the tour as soon as I booked and was easy to communicate with to answer questions/concerns. He gave clear instructions prior to the trip so we know what to expect and to prepare. On the day of the tour, we were picked up at our hotel - Conrad Centennial Singapore at 0500 by our driver Mr. Low. We were in Putra Mosque Malaysia by 0900. We met our tour guide Sandran at our second stop - Batu Caves and he assisted us throughout our tour - KLCC/Petronas Tower and Central Market. After shopping at Central Market we opted to go back to Singapore instead of going to the Thean Hou Temple due to the weather and they were flexible and okay with our request. Overall, it was a very worth it trip. Sandran and Mr. Low made it smooth, comfortable and convenient. We definitely recommend this tour with them.
Dino and Lisa were absolutely amazing!! Great itinerary and information about the locations. It was a long drive from Singapore to the destinations in Malaysia but Dino navigated it perfectly and always made sure we had anything we needed.
Fantastic tour where we were able to soak in the beauty and character of Malaysia, its people and history. Our guide Lisa was very friendly, knowledgeable and had great insight into all sites and their history. The pickup and drop off were first class and alleviated any headaches one would normally anticipate with a very long and complex single day tour. Highly recommended!
I highly recommend this tour from Singapore. My tour guide was Lisa, and she was incredible and was very attentive to what I was looking to get out of the tour. I have a five-star experience. My driver was Alex, and he was also very good. He was timely, courteous and a good driver.
You know it is going to be a long day, but man is it worth it. The tour is spaced out to get a great glimpse of what KL has to offer. Our tour guide Syamimi was perfect. She knew when to add infirmation and the little details that made the trip worth wild.
Where can I start? I was contacted immediately after booking by Lernard to confirm which sites we wanted to see. The details he provided was easy to understand and was helpful. Then we were contacted by our driver, Dino, who was super awesome driver and on time. She even gave me a wake up call to make sure we didn't over sleep. She also made sure we had our passports and entry cards right when we got into the car. After a couple hours of driving, we met Lisa, our amazing tour guide in Malaysia. She is so knowledgeable, not only of Malaysia, but of other cultures and countries. She took us to our selected destinations and had lunch where we were able to taste local foods. Unfortunately, we had a medical incident, where we had to cut our tour short and head back. However, during this moment, both Lisa and Dino were so helpful and attentive. We could not have survivied the day without them. It was overall an awesome experience and felt like we made 2 new friends. Thank you Lisa and Dino for everything! Hope we meet again someday!
We enjoyed the driver and the tour guide very funny and talking with them. They took us to many places and with extra time got to see more than we picked which was nice.
mst transport was amazing from beginning to end. They communicated well with via email then by using WhatsApp closer to travel date. They provided me a list of things I wanted to see in Malaysia and tailored it to what I selected. They provided links and answered questions swiftly in regards to custom questions in between Singapore and Malaysia. Our driver Dino. She was an amazing friendly driver. She was punctual and also reached out a day before to see what type of foods or interest we had in mind and helped communicate to our guide. Lisa was our guide she was knowledgeable about the areas we visited and took great photographs as well. She also introduced us to Malaysian cuisine since she knew it was something we wanted to try. Our Malaysian day excursion was successful thanks to these 2 lovely ladies
All perfect, driver, guide, bus and visit. Wonderful day! We had no problem to visit everything we wanted 👍
The tour was very well organised with direct contact and accommodating our individual needs. Our driver(Wei Jun) was very polite and friendly. He drove very well covering long distance in a day. Ms.Lisa (our guide), was very friendly and Knowledgeable ensuring we have a wonderful day. She spoke very good English which helped us to have a wonderful family day out. Overall we had a fantastic family day out.
The petronas towers, the thean hou temple with the garden where Chinese new year animal statues are located where our favorite spots. The driver Kyo and the guide mr. Nai were great . Overall we had a good trip , kind of long and tiring but worth it
Great job despite the heavy for the holiday weekend. Thank you to our drivers & tour guide for making it a pleasant learning trip.
It was a great experience. It was well planned and we’ll coordinated. KC our tour guide was very knowledgeable and we had lively discussions about Malaysia’s history. Dino, our driver, was AMAZING!! Not only was she very skillful - she also made us feel safe. Both KC and Dino very much cared for our safety and comfort. Six of us + driver - Hyundai Starex MPV… very comfortable! Five stars from us.
People are magnificent. Sites great. Weather awful sweltering heat and humidity. Our guide--- broken English nearly impossible to understand. Organization of the day terrible--- took 4 near 80 year olds on a 45 minute tour climbing steps steps steps in heat and humidity but then rain on top of it. And the site---not even very interesting. Wore us out early in the day too exhausted to enjoy great sites later in the day. Not good planning for this age tourist She was very nice. Driver was fabulous technician (,drive skills). Very crowded vehicle.
-- date : Dec. 29, 2022 -- family of 4 -- vehicle: toyota Innova MPV. comfortable for 4 + driver -- I was kept updated with the booking status, pickup schedule, vehicle/driver info, the documentation we needed, the clothes required for visiting Mosque on Whatsapp. I am glad we were reminded to fill up the Singapore Arrival Card before the trip -- it is needed for each entry. -- We were picked up at 6:00AM as scheduled. -- The driver/tour guide "dino" was super friendly and flexible to accommodiate our need such as making stop for breakfast, restroom breaks, buying snacks, etc. -- The tour could have covered more places than our family could handle. Since we were tired from a long flight the day before and we wanted to focus more on "quality" than "quantity", we only visited the places that were most of interest to us. -- back to hotel around 1:00AM the next day -- It was a great trip! some takeaways : try to book the whole tour with your own family. If you were to share the trip with some others, I would imagine the schedule would have not been as flexible as you would like. We did not go shopping. So $100 should be enough for casual breakfast and lunch. We did pay for the dinner using VISA because it costed $100+. Be aware that not all the places accept credit cards.
We had a Wonderful time in Malaysia, due the patience, knowledge of the area, and love of their country and willingness to share. The driver was an exceptional lady, and very experienced. She handled tight spots with ease, and a smile.
This one day tour of Malaysia was incredible! We have Bryan to thank for making our experience awesome! The car ride over was comfortable and Bryan was super patient with us as we explored each selected destination on our list without feeling rushed. We also took up Bryan’s recommendation on a lunch spot and really enjoyed it! Overall it was an incredible experience and I recommend this day trip to anyone that is looking to visit Malaysia for a day!
Tour guide and driver Dino was very friendly, knowledgeable, she knew the locations very well. We were foodies, she took us to local eateries based on our needs
This was my highlight of my trip to Singapore. This was my first solo trip outside U.S. and Dino was a delight to have as a guide. She gave me the right amount of chatting as she drove and is FUNNY. The place that we stopped at was authentic and delicious. She stopped the perfect amount of times to go to bathroom to and from Malaysia. One thing I would recommend is to bring toilet paper as Malaysia doesn’t have any at the gas stations. But Dino happened to have some for me to use. :) Batu Caves we’re excellent and a cultural wonder. Shopping in KL is also a treat. Ask for Dino!!!
Our host Dino was fabulous. She gave us advise and options. She was knowledgeable and welcoming. I would highly recommend this tour. We ate at a local place and she ordered the food for us. Nothing was to much trouble for her.
A fantastic one day tour into Malaysia with a great tour guide named Dino. The day starts early at 5am, but well worth the early rise, missing both Singapore morning traffic and afternoon KL traffic. Dino had great knowledge of the locations we visited and ensured that the day was about us experiencing the most from our tour. We were fortunate to be the only two people on the tour which meant we were able to tailor our day and spend more times at locations we were more interested in. Dino's welcoming and relaxed approach to our day meant that nothing was a problem for her. We enjoyed an early morning breakfast stop at McDonalds, something Dino had not done before :-) Make sure you have enough Malaysian dollars for the chinese markets in KL, as you can get lost for hours walking and bartering. If you get the chance to do this tour out of Singapore request Dino, she is a fantastic tour guide and if we go back we will request her services again. Thank you Dino for a great day - we had a fantastic time. S & M Brisbane Australia
Dino was an excellent, friendly, accommodating tour guide/driver on this private tour from Singapore covering Kuala Lumpur city (Batu caves including) and Malacca on way back on this one-day private tour we took on our 1-week (6 days essentially) stay in Singapore.
