Go later in the day so you can see the gardens in the dark with lights in the background. Be prepared for a lot of people especially if its for the light show

The flower dome is incredible. We went while they are also having lilyland, part of the Egyptian exhibit. That is simply amazing! Highly recommend that. The amount of lilies and variety of colors is simply breathtaking. Who knew they could have flower so large?! The different varieties of plants and trees was very interesting. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The Cloud Forest was good but not as fascinating. The waterfall is the best part. Alot of greenery and being up high is interesting but not necessarily so special. However, towards the end there are several kinds of orchids that are so small they have magnifying glasses set up so you can view them. Wow! How were these even found in the jungle.
Flower Dome is a must! Beautiful plantings from all around the world. The Egyptian display was amazing. All in a controlled environment- a nice cool place to escape the heat. The cloud forest was completely different again. Definitely worth a visit
The Botanical Gardens were OK just a big park. The Orchid Gardens were good they were movingl plants that had floweredand putting in plants that were in flower I went round in a couple of hours. If you are not used to walking alot go early as it will be too hot.
This an amazing experience. So many highlights and memories made of a beautiful attraction in a beautiful city
A must see to anyone traveling to Singapore. I suggest arriving around 19:00 when it gets dark, so you can enjoy the view in the best way. Start with Cloud Forest (half an hour) and then go to the Flower Dome. Make sure you received a QR code from viator by email. That's the ticket you need to show.
Be aware of peak times to allow for a nice experience and not having to deal with so many people and unable to take pictures or walk comfortably. Be aware of people rushing and pushing to get ahead of the lines.
The Flower Dome is one of the best attractions I’ve even seen. It was amazing to see such a variety of plants and trees in the same place. The Cloud Forest was nearly as good especially the Waterfall on a hot day.
Best to see cloud forest with light to see all flowers and even flower dome was better to see all orchids with light. Jurassic park features snd all signs describing plants and info were not lighted well so st night couldn’t see that well.
Loved the venues. Staff at the entrance were extremely helpful re my e ticket and Trent at Trip Advisor was quick to send his advice on how l could retrieve it.
Super disappointed with Trip Advisor. I booked the ticket then 2 hrs later upon arrival at the site realized I booked the wrong date. There is no way to change the date of your booking. There is no refund. Even tho I down loaded the App it wasn’t showing up on my account. There was nothing I could do except buy another ticket. Thanks for nothing TA.
Wonderful experience. We weee there at the start of the Tulip festival. As soon as you walked in the fragrance hit you. What a beautiful sight. Flowers/plants from all over the world in one place. The Cloud Forest (based on Jurassic Park) was absolutely stunning. The dinosaurs were very realistic but the beauty was in the trees and plants, along with the “misting”, which was actually several waterfalls. The walk from top to bottom through the canopy was relaxing. There are several side rooms to explore. In all it takes about two to two and a half hours to explore. One tip is that your tickets are a one time use. Once you exit each exhibit you can’t go back. We missed that in the fine print. Make sure you have explored all of the exhibit before exiting. We did, just wanted to go back and check out a few more things.
What an amazing day at Gardens by the Bay! This is a must go to experience in Singapore! You do not want to miss this beautiful place!
Tripadvisor tickets for both Cloud Forest and Flower Dome were $20 more than buying from Singapore Tourism. We had 4 people in our party so using Tripadvisor was about $80 more in total. Horrible experience.
Great place to visit. So beautiful.Flower dome was excellent. Must see if going to singapore.Flower dome or Cloud forest are both good.
There are a myriad of areas to explore and climate zones to appreciate. Quite spectacular in colour and form.
Beautiful, but very crowded. Everyone seemed focused on getting the perfect Instagram photo, often without much regard for others trying to enjoy the space. The crowds were a bit frustrating, but objectively, the place is stunning and very well maintained The Flower Dome was beautiful, and the Cloud Forest—with its impressive indoor waterfall—left me in awe. They’ve partnered with Jurassic Park, so there are animatronic dinosaurs throughout, which was a fun touch. If you can, try to visit when most kids are in school—it might make for a more enjoyable experience.
The Flower Dome and Cloud Mountains were incredibly amazing. However, it took us over 45 min to get our tickets with the voucher provided by this third party provider. The pdf “tickets” provided through Viator did not include the QR code needed to redeem the tickets at the park. We scrambled to call the number (in China) to ask for the QR code while they were on Chinese New Year holidays. A big hassle to lose time while we just have a short stay in Singapore
The ticket would not load. I contacted support and they did not respond during the day. I followed up in the evening and they would not refund. I recommend purchasing your ticket anywhere else.
It's a lot cheaper to book these tickets directly with the attraction!
My husband and I liked our visit to the Gardens. We did purchase tickets to both the Cloud Forest and Flower Dome. Both were beautiful to see. Lots of kids at the Cloud Forest because of the Jurassic Park experience which can turn off some adults if you are only interested in the plants. It is very well done and kids will love it a lot. In the Flower Dome, they had high school students giving free guided tours which was cute. Afterwards, we saw the 7:45 show under the Supertrees which is free to anyone. Get there a bit early if you want to find a space to sit instead of on the ground like many people. We really enjoyed our day.
We had some issues obtaining the QR code so I contacted customer service and I got a response back straight away. Fixed and in we went. The Cloud Forest was AMAZING. Loved this whole experience and highly recommend for anyone visiting this beautiful place.
It was amazing we really enjoyed it and loved it specially the night show, we loved the Jurassic park, the gift shop, amazing
Tickets were difficult to redeem. We had to move out of line and manually process. Time was lost.
We arrived at opening time, so no lines. Our first visit was the flower dome and wow what an impressive set up with some incredible displays. We were very impressed. The Cloud Forrest was next in time to see the mist display, again another worthwhile experience. We would recommend both.
Excellent experience well recommended. Exciting exhibition of the world's plants and Jurasic Park theme in Cloud Forest
Excellent value for money and experiences. Jurassic World was amazing. Gardens were stunning. Staff extremely helpful.
Great experience, well worth the visit to this attraction, visit early morning tho to avoid ques and crowds.
The Gardens by the Bay was a wonderful experience and well worth visiting. We also enjoyed the city bus trip. The only problem we experienced was that the trip did not show up in my trips section of Trip advisor and took some digging to find the right part of the email for both parts with the QR code rather than the bar code. This was a potential problem as it relied on having data available and, had I realised this before the trips I would have made sure to have clicked all the hyperlinks to find the correct bits. Luckily the staff at the Gardens at the Bay managed to help us find the QR codes Also the email said it started at 9 but there was no time limit on either section
This is a spectacular display and a must visit location in Singapore. It is also a welcome relief from the heat outside!
Fantastic experience something I have been wanting to do for a long time..especially liked the cloud garden. And night show
Great experience in Singapore! Com0l8mented by the hop-on/off bus , it made for a great day in Singapore!
Surprisingly, this was not very cool-- from an adult perspective. One dome was completely about Jurasic Park (highly commercial) and the other was a collection of plants without very much written explanation.
Found the Flower Dome quite disappointing. Walking through the Botanic Gardens and the Orchard Garden was so much more enjoyable. The Cloud Forest was interesting
Highlight of our Singapore Trip, especially the night show. Stunning and the Special Jurasic Park Feature in the Cloud Forest was truly spectacular. Can't recommend enough. All through Trip Advisor/Viator...never any problems. Ralph Martin.
We pre-booked this tour and Viator only sent through a bar code on the tickets, not a QR code. When we got there they couldn't scan the tickets as they only have QR scanners. We went to the ticket office to see if they could help and they showed us what our paperwork should look like but our tickets were very different to what it should be from Viator. Viator are refusing to refund our tickets even though they are totally unusable. This is a scam to take your money and never give you tickets with QR codes that can actually be scanned so you can enter. We were turned away from the Gardens By The Bar - the tickets were completely useless. Do not book this tour.
They did not send the tickets on time so I wasted time trying to fix the situation. The person who helped me helped fix it but I would not have had any problems if they had sent the tickets on time.
Absolutely beautiful so worth the visit, taxi for 4 adults from Havelock Rd cost $11.50 taxi back to cost $30.00 due to surcharge!
You can take the MRT Train all the way to the end of the line to Bayfront Station-- from there it is about a 10 minute walk up to the Cloud Forest Dome-- go down the escalator to the entrance where you will encounter one of the highest indoor waterfalls . Make sure you time your entry if you are interested to see the misting to occur at the Cloud Forest entrance-- go in about 10-15 minutes before the misting occurs on the even hour from 10a.m.-8p.m. It is worth the wait for this unique experience which you really feel that you are in a cloud forest. Take your time to walk through and observe the flowers and plants along the way- The theme during our visit was "Avatar," so the displays had props from the movie. There was also a virtual interactive Banshee ride and after the ride you may download the app to receive your picture on the Banshee. Unfortunately, the long was quite long but it does move along as there are 3 of them working simultaneously. Be quick as you download the QR code for the app as it disappears as soon as it appears. Luckily I took a picture of it on my camera. After finishing the 1st and 2nd floors, head up to the highest level of the Cloud Forest, you can see a close -up of the waterfall on a ledge, views of the Flower Dome and SuperTrees from the huge windows of the Cloud Forest Dome. Take your time to walk down as there is so much going on with all the small minute details along the way. No need to rush through your way here-- Allow about 2- 2 1/2 hours for an adequate visit as there are many visitors also. Well worth the combo admission ticket price!
The tour operator did not send the tickets formats and could not get the tickets once there. I called and tried to get the tickets from the application and the tour operator sent the wrong format
It's just delicious and magical! Jurassic at Cloud Forest is absolutely chic. Glad we could be here. Booked on Trip.com, very convenient. The Flower Dome had time to catch the cherry blossoms (there were April 10th), the cherry had already largely bloomed, but there were still some trees ❤️
Beautiful place to do absolutely, total immersion in a jungle, I loved walking more the temperature is pleasant
In Singapore, nature is not a memory, it is a project. A manifesto. In the futuristic Marina Bay district, in the heart of the Gardens by the Bay, two giant domes rise like glass bubbles from a dream. The Flower Dome and the Cloud Forest are not mere greenhouses, but suspended journeys, closed worlds where the botanical imagination embraces human prowess. We enter the Flower Dome like we cross a secret threshold. The air is cooler, as if washed. Under the huge transparent vault, plants from all continents unfold their colours, shapes and perfumes. It is a garden of wonders: century-old olive trees with gnarled trunks, crown cacti, lavender, bougainvillea, aloe and miniature baobabs. Every aisle is a corridor of the world, and the world here is in bloom. The architecture is discreet. It supports the sky, it lets the light breathe. The gaze glides from one continent to another without leaving the ground, as in an awakened dream. Then we go to the second dome, the one that grabs, that capsizes. Cloud Forest, forest of mist and vertigo. At the entrance, a waterfall flows almost 35 meters away, in a controlled crash that fills the space. A plant mountain rises under the canopy, covered with dense moss, giant ferns, orchids hanging on the walls like forgotten jewels. An elevator takes you to the top, and from there you slowly descend, through suspended walkways, in a vaporous atmosphere. Artificial clouds, projected at regular intervals, envelop visitors in a soft and warm haze — a climatic caress that makes the contours disappear, blurs the perspectives, and makes the place unreal magic. Everything is designed to slow down time. So that we forget the city tours, the screens, the cars. Here, technology does not dominate, it fades in front of life. And in this hushed silence, punctuated by discreet drops and birdsong, you can feel the world breathing differently. It is a tribute to biodiversity, but also a poetic warning of what humanity can lose – or preserve. At the exit, the sky of Singapore seems higher, clearer. Softer concrete. You leave the domes like you close a precious book. With gratitude. With a little melancholy too. For in this corner of the world, the future has not denied the beauty of life, it has put it under bell, not to enclose it, but to exalt it.
if you go to Singapore it is certainly a must-see point of interest to go to, the place is quite large and there are many attractions to visit and it takes you all afternoon.
We could not access the tickets. The voucher was not enough, neither was the pdf format and we did not receive an email with the tickets... in short once we were there we repaid the entrances. Very difficult to reach the tour operator who does not refund, nor does it shift the day 😓 in short, not super happy you imagine...
I had great difficulty getting the right ticket to get in. The one I got from you didn't work but after the tte a people helped me they managed to get the ticket so I could get in
Huge effort, as multiple phone calls necessary for correct ticket on site, the booking code was not recognized, cost me 1hour time.
Both domes are really interesting. A pleasant discovery was... the internal climate which I expected to be hot and instead was cool! It was really good. Do the Flower dome first and then the Cloud one, which is more humid, but always fresh. The transfer by electric vehicles is also absolutely recommended, because the road on foot is long and there can suddenly be downpours. The cost of a return transfer from Marina Bay Sands is just S$3.
