Cloud Forest is a "multi-story" pavilion inside Gardens by the Bay.
Flower Dome is an artistic greenhouse pavilion in Gardens by the Bay.

This was a stress free way to visit this amazing place with no long queues in the heat. Recommend. Gardens by the Bay is quite an experience and for the whole family.
Very good trip. Easy to navigate around the park. The domes have air conditioning which was welcomed in the hot weather.
The third party didn’t send the tickets until 2 or 3 hours after we purchased them. Got to the park no ticket had buy at park again
Booked seamlessly through Viator. Even used some accrued points, so a good price. Arrived at attraction to find my tickets had been cancelled by the local operator. Apparently by me! This was NOT the case. I was confused and upset to see this had happened even though i was informed via email I'd be getting a full refund. I then had to purchase tickets at the box off at £10 more. No response from local tour operator as yet to explain.
We visited Gardens buy the Bay and the best experience was the Jurassic Park section with moving dinosaur models set in a rainforest.

The Gardens by the Bay have been on our bucket list for some time, and they did not disappoint. We spent most of the day there visiting both domes, and could have stayed longer and still not seen everything!
Very poor and misleading advert! It states that ticket is for all when it’s clearly not. Totally misleading and frustrating. We’ve had to buy new tickets!
Cloud first, Flower Dome later. So many beautiful layers of plants, dinosaurs, flowered. Many I’ve never seen before. Beautiful views of bay outside windows. If you have allergies ( like my husband), take a Zyrtec first!
We could not get our tickets for this. We had a voucher that had no code, and there was no one to talk to about it. the person who answered the phone at Viator was not helpful. She sent me the same voucher. So, we had to buy tickets. I have asked for a refund, but I have not received it.
Great place to visit. We downloaded the Grab app to easily get taxi service from hotel. Easy access and helpful staff.
The adult ticket didn’t work, but the senior one works. Maybe the organizer should look into it. I would recommend the flower dome and cloud forest, but maybe just purchase from their official website
The Floral Dome was quite small but interesting. The Cloud Forest with the Jurassic World theme was awesome!
Was great except I forgot to screenshot both pages and a bit of a hassle trying to find the booking kept wanting me to download app. The app is not helpful. After 20mins of looking found it.
Lovely experience to see the Jurassic Park theme gardens Tickets came fast to my email. I purchased day of and spoke to a representative fast without any difficulty

The cloud dome is brilliant. But cloud and floral dome tickets together as it’s cheaper. If you’re taking small children the exhibits are quite scary
Very colourful and interesting displays. Flowers and poisoness frogs. Imaginative designs in a winding path.
The flower dome was simply amazing! The variety and display of flowers was colorful, splendid and enchanting. I can't say enough good things about it. Truly a must see! The cloud dome with the Jurassic Park theme was kinda cool, but not as enjoyable to me as the flower dome was. I'm not big on dinosaurs I guess.
This is just one small part of the Gardens, and very nice. It is a little cheaper to purchase tickets with Viator. Was over pretty quickly but lots more to see in the Gardens
It was very pretty. However, for me, I would skip the cloud forest experience next time. With the dinosaurs I actually found it distracting, it would be great for families with children
When we showed up, our ticket were not valid, I called Viatour, after 15 minutes on hold, the agent hung up on me; later on, Jay (a WhatsApp agent) helped me to get the refund, I had to buy the tickets in the park
I booked this and was not able to use the tickets so I contacted the tour operator via WhatsApp and before the person could ask me what was the problem, they started being rude and telling me I was asking for entrance to flower dome, which I never mentioned, so I noticed they have an itinerary which includes everything even though they are only selling one activity (which I knew I was buying) the person on WhatsApp even made fun of me for not being able to yse the tickets. I wish I could give zero stars. I’ve never had a problem with Viator, but DO NOT BUY from this vendor, most likely is a scam!!! I didn’t get to use the tickets and didnt get a refund!!SCAM!!!
Gardens by the Bay is a most beautiful complement to the Marina Bay Sands Complex. We enjoyed our time immensely, with the vast variety of plants and flora. Very well presented in every way.
Had a great visit to the Gardens by the Bay. So much to do and see and everywhere is immaculate. Highly recommend a visit.
The Flower Dome was good but the Cloud Forest was amazing. We went at night and the atmosphere was terrific.
Just ask if you are uncertain where to go. There are lots of attendants willing to assist. Easy, lots of walking, bring water!!
Nice thing to do, both domes were cooler than expected. Cloud dome was very jurassic park based, Flower dome was nice with orchid base exhibition on display. Nice but not outstanding

It was easy to book, instructions and assistance all very helpful. We enjoyed Gardens by the Bay very much. Lots to do and see. It took longer than expected. We booked one exhibit, but found on the day we were there, there was little queuing to see other exhibits, so took advantage on the day.
Fantastic experience. Beautiful gardens with the Cloud Dome and the Jurassic Experience was amazing. Especially enjoyed seeing plants that a near extinction within the exhibit.
A total botanical rainforest experience with all the comforts! A wonderful variety of plants will displayed. Not too many tourists the day we were there.

The Flower Dome was great - showcasing plant life from various areas which have "the Mediterranean climate". There was a special exhibition in the middle for lilies, which were very colourful. The Cloud Forest was a bit too gimmicky for me. To promote the new Jurassic World movie, there were three dinosaur animatronics. The most popular was the Tyrannosaurus Rex. Although they were very good, there were a distraction from the plant life exhibits on show.
I was impressed with the rapid response from Viator to provide tickets. I signed up and paid for the tickets 45 mins prior to planned entry on the same day and 1 minute later I received a phone call asking me to confirm my entry time. 10 mins later the tickets were in my email inbox. All was very smooth. The actual venue is good for one time. The cloud forest was a bit too loud . The fake T-Rex constantly roared and that got old very fast.
Gardens by the Bay, is an amazing place. The exhibition of Jurassic world is absolutely amazing and very real like, the Gardens and plants are just beautiful. The Lillytopia of little Italy was so stunning and the scent of the lillies amazing.
Long wait for the tickets. After reading some comments about tickets not arriving , I almost had the same experience as the tickets were supposed to arrive day before , only arrive at close to midnight despite chasing the tour operator. At times I had no response from tour operator and viator was unable to help too.
It was nice to get away from the heat and humidity and be mesmerized by sounds of the waterfalls as it mist the surrounding flowers and trees. The colorful fauna and variety were simply beautiful. Definitely one of the must things to do while in Singapore.
Tickets sent by WhatsApp, easy to access no problems getting into either attraction. No queuing to purchase tickets. Would recommend.
Separately, the Flower Dome ticket is a little expensive on its own, but when added to the Cloud Dome ticket, the combined ticket is good value. There is no apparent time limit on how much time you can spend in either Dome which is good.
This is amazing. The cloud forest is simply stunning and I never knew there was so many orchids. The whole area is so well designed and easy to get around. Loved it
Our trip was great, the taxi pick up was on time. LYNN our taxi lady was really great as she kept us engaged with the history of the various places and she took us around
Beautiful place to visit and the lights were amazing. The waterfalls were incredible looked like a scene from Avatar the movie.
After a steamy walk from the Marina MRT station, stepping into the cool lush green Cloud Forest dome was fantastic. The amazing plants, flowers and trees were stunning. Taking the elevated walk added to the scale of this beautiful space.
The fragrance and the beauty of the flowers should not be missed. We enjoyed this experience and recommend it highly
Flowers were pretty and it was nice to walk through especially coming in from the heat . The poisonous frogs were good to see . I thought they were artificial until they moved . This wasn’t expensive .
This is a must if you visit Singapore. The Cloud Forest and Flower domes are superb; not just visually but the architecture is stunning. If you can go to an evening concert spectacular (free).
Lots to see and really interesting. Quite busy so not great if you don't like being in a throng of tourists, but definitely has a lot of wow factors, particularly if you like plants.
The two pavilions are very good especially the Cloud Forest. The giant tree sculptures would be more impressive at night. It is very well organised and when we were there there were no queues or waiting
