Joisse went above and beyond on our tour! Of course we saw the normal things on the tour route, but what really made it stand out was that she also customized the tour to see things we were interested in… Particularly the filming sites of many many Crazy Rich Asians movie scenes! We started at nine, which was a half hour early, with the idea of finishing early, but then we ended up going until about 5:30. She even made sure that we got to our dinner reservation on time, arranging and taking us in a rideshare to our restaurant location. We were tired from our tour the day before, and had thought about canceling this one, but it ended up being the absolute highlight of our stay!

The tour is super complete while getting a true local experience and understanding the history of Singapore. Jeremy was a great guide!!!

We spent a whirlwind, absolutely fabulous day exploring Singapore with Jeremy. He worked with me to develop my wishlist of sites we wanted to see, and then did his best to get us to all our places. We were picked up promptly at our cruise ship terminal, and he was ready with a transportation card for each of us. He possesses a wealth of information about everything-we learned so much about Singapore’s culture, history, traditions, and people. We were treated to a delicious meal at the Hawker Center, icy cold beers at a local bar, and all and all, an incredible day, with an amazing guide!

We enjoyed a great 5 hours + tour with Richard. He was friendly and engaging, making sure that he covered all that we were interested in. He was kind enough to meet us at our hotel rather than us having to deal with the MRT as first time visitors. We only had a short time in Singapore and this gave us the chance to learn about the history and way of life. I’m sure we will be back and would gladly choose Richard to be our guide again.

We had a fantastic day with Meng Teck. From the moment he picked us up it was a wonderful experience. We saw views from the Riverfront, Singapore gallery, the Supreme Court building as well as Chinatown. We had a wonderful lunch in Little India and finished with a great excellent tasting authentic Singapore coffee with the special toast. Meng Teck was always attentive to our needs. Grayson gave us a wonderful tour at Singapore including sights, food, history and architecture. Because we had seen some of the city sights before, he adjusted the tour. We understood Grayson easily and he answered all of our questions. We enjoyed the tour, learned a lot, had fun and we can really recommend Grayson as a tour guide. Price is high, but worth and you get a guid just for you, that is able to adjust to you wishes.

Monica was everything you could ask for in a guide! She listened to our wishes patiently and then delivered on every wish throughout the day (even extending the tour a bit to fulfill all our landmark goals)! She is helpful, and full of ideas to make our vacation special, and the day was filled with lots of laughs because of her good humor. I would highly recommend Monica for any of the tours she offers.

Our day in Singapore guided by HJ was the perfect mix of walking around, driving by car and exploring sights. HJ managed to give us a perfect overview of this beautiful city and took us to places we would have never found without him. It was the best! Grayson was very knowledgeable and was a pleasure to be with for over 7 hours, he knew just the right areas to go to, would definitely recommend him.

I picked Jeremy for a guided day in Singapore because he looked really fun and we had our 15 year old son with us. Jeremy is professional, knowledgeable and fun! We had such a great day tailored to our requirements. We tasted local food in Hawker centres in Little India, China Town, near Haji Lane and other places on our way round. Jeremy taught us to use the MRT and we also walked and used cabs. We got a full history of Singapore, saw the Merlion, visited the Fullerton Hotel, Little India, China Town and Haji Lane. We tried the local beer and had a Singapore Sling now knowing the history of how they came about! Jeremy even introduced us to cooling body wipes to keep us cool in the hot weather that we’re not used to. Above and beyond! Book Jeremy - you will not be disappointed.

So pleased that my wife and I chose Jeremy for our 1 day layover tour in Singapore. Having never been there before, we requested to see as many of the must-see spots as we could. He was very accommodating by meeting us at our hotel and flexible with hour of start time. We used MRT to get around and did quite a bit of walking which he informed us of prior to. He clearly has a passion for Singapore and shared a lot about culture, history, and the government of the Singapore. In addition, Jeremy has a great appreciation of local food and drink. He has a great personality and knows where to take the best photos. Per our requests he customized our tour by taking us to a Michelin star Noodle Hawker stall and for Singapore Slings at the Raffles Hotel. We saw the highlights of Haji Lane, the Civic District, Merlion Park, China Town and Little India. We had a lot of fun and learned a ton about this beautiful country. Thanks Jeremy! A great 3 hour tour with Jon, explaining all the sights and sounds of Singapore. Lots of stops for photos and/or a quick explore.

We had the privilege to spend a day with Meng Teck as he showed us around his beautiful city of Singapore. He was thorough, patient and informative. I have a diabetic daughter and two hours into the tour, she realized she left some of her medicine at the hotel. Although it was out of the way, we back-tracked to get her medicine. For Meng, it was not a problem. He didn't say "Well sorry, we'll have to cut some stuff out of the end." He let us continue on right where we left off. We've travelled a lot, but in researching our trip, I found Singapore challenging. Hiring Meng was the best decision we could have made. Prior to our arrival, he asked about some things we wanted to see. He then made other suggestions and tailor-made our trip. It was perfect. He treated us to an awesome ice cream sandwich. It was literally an ice cream (ice cream) sandwich (slice of bread). So interesting. He showed us pictures of old Singapore on his phone so we could compare what it was like now. He never got tired of our questions or in wanting to stop for a water (it was hot). For lunch, he took us to a restaurant in Chinatown and ordered for us. We would have never found the cool restaurant he took us to. After a day with Meng, we felt comfortable navigating the city. This was one of those trips where you feel like you just spent a day with a friend. We hope to see Meng in the future and we would encourage all to use him for your trip to Singapore. Thanks Meng!!!

We like Leo! He made our trip to Singapore, much more enjoyable, as we got a great understanding of the history of the city and its people. Like most people, we did the hop on hop off bus, which was great, and it showed us a lot of geography. But Leo’s tour gave us a lot of the rich history and insights into this fantastic city/country that we will have never known just riding by on a bus. We enjoyed getting a better understanding of the history and plans for the future. We enjoyed his personal insights, his humor, and the way he approached our tour. Four of us took the Full Coverage Singapore City Tour with Leo on 26 Nov 2023. We had very full, fast-paced day with Leo. Leo was terrific at keeping in touch and adjusted his Tour plan based on what we had already seen on our own. This was a great way to see many of the Singapore sites, but beware, it is a long walking tour. I'm sure Leo may be able to adjust if needed, and he is very good at communicating, so feel free to reach out for alternatives if you think an all-day walking tour may be too much. At our request, Leo adjusted the tour times to begin after lunch and end after dark, in time to see the light shows at Gardens by the Bay and Marina Bay Sands. Terrific ambassador for Singapore with a wealth of knowledge about culture, geography and history. I would highly recommend.

Jon private Singapore tour is the best way to spend three hours during transit. My wife, myself and our daughter went on this private tour recently. Jon is knowledgeable and combines his commentaries with humour. He picks up on your likes and tastes very quickly and customises the tour for you that you actually end up seeing all that you wanted to see in three hours without feeling rushed. He was punctual, the vehicle was tidy and comfortable and went out of his way to help. His price was also better than the other ones we saw. HJ met us in our Hotel at 9.30 in the morning. As we had been to Singapore before he asked what we had already seen and to give him an idea of what we wanted to see and then we were off.\n\nHJ has a great knowledge of the city and showed us all we had asked to see and so much more including areas and things that as a tourist on their own would never see.\n\nWe had a great time and highly recommend the city tour with HJ and \nhave already decided next time we pass through Singapore to do the evening tour as we are sure there is still much more to see and would like HJ to show us\n\n\n\n\n\n

We took a full day tour with Richard on the first day of our visit and it was the best decision- I would definitely recommend this and him to anyone visiting Singapore! He gave us a fantastic history of the country and sites as we went along. As a native he brought a wealth of information as well as guidance on local culture and customs that was extremely helpful to us for the rest of our week long stay. Following our day with him we felt totally comfortable using the wonderfully efficient high speed rail system, as well as comfortable knowing best practices on how to use it. A very small example of this is when I went to take a drink of water while sitting on the train and he helpfully warned me- no eating or drinking on the train! (oh!!!) I also loved that our private tour with him gave us flexibility to stay longer in places we were more interested in, or move forward when we were done. If you're pondering a tour of the city- this is the way to start your trip. After our day with him we circled back to the places of interest for us, and he was also able to provide helpful recommendations for other activities. Can't say enough good things about Richard and this tour!

We had an 8 hr layover in Singapore and chose Jon to take us around the city. Jon met us at the airport, took us around to several sites and made our layover fly by! Our daughter wanted dumplings while in Singapore and Jon took us to an excellent restaurant which made her day. It was great having a private tour guide just waiting to take you wherever you wanted. We had an absolute blast with Meng! It was so well-organized from the beginning. About a couple of weeks before the tour, Meng had messaged me on WhatsApp to coordinate. Our tour was fantastic from start to finish: - Got breakfast at a place right around the corner from our hotel. The half-boiled eggs, buns, and coffee were so great that we went there for breakfast the next 2 days! - We did some walking around and got to see Merlion Park, saw a couple of temples, got a history of the Singapore River, Chinatown, Little India - Lunch was phenomenal and we had laksa for the first time. This was so good! - Mount Faber and Henderson Waves such a blast!! I would highly recommend this tour. Couldn't have planned a better trip. So much fun. Thank you, Meng!

We had a great time with Jon on our tour of Singapore yesterday. He is so helpful and friendly and boy does he know his stuff about this city. We communicated regularly during the planning phase of the trip and he was so accommodating to all of my requests. On the day of the tour he arrived early and was waiting for us at the hotel. His vehicle is large, super comfortable and immaculate. Before we headed off he confirmed all the places I wanted to go then we took off. He covered all my requests plus so much more. We visited special places that we never heard about that we that we loved and he taught us so much about all the places we visited in a fun and entertaining style. We highly recommend spending some time with Jon while you are in Singapore.

Fantastic airport pick up and overview tour of Singapore before our 3;00 pm check in time at our hotel. Helped us to plan our stay and a great way to see everything in several hours. It was a rainy day so also a great way to see the city without getting totally soaked. Jon had interesting stories & perspectives to give us knowledge about Singapore’s history & architecture and neighborhoods. He had lots of great suggestions on eating, shopping, activities and even places to stay, as we were open to moving hotels for second half of week to see a new area.

A brilliant day full of contrast and culture with the excellent Greyson as our guide. We saw the old and new sides of the city, and explored the deluxe and and traditional areas, as well as some not usually seen by tourists. Greyson gave us just the right balance of his outstanding knowledge to make it fascinating but not overwhelming. We thoroughly recommend Greyson to guide you through amazing Singapore.

This was a fantastic tour, explored so much of the city at a pace that was achievable. The guide was amazing, he communicated an incredible amount if information not only on each point of interest but on Singapore's rich and complex history.

Both my friend and I were very disappointed with this tour. The tour guide he was very nice and shared some good history however I must say it did not meet expectations. We missed out on a few local snacks, e.g local ice cream and bread. We got one snack at little India which we had to share. 95% of this tour we walked which we were only notified on the day which can be difficult for tourists who aren’t use to the high temperatures. There’s were no interaction or activities with the locals like the photos shown so overall a very disappointing tour. We would not recommend.

My guide Leo was great. He was funny and very knowledgeable. He gave me a wonderful understanding of the culture, history and life of Singapore.

Fabulous and went well beyond what I expected. Saw most of the city in one day. My favorite was mount favor and Henderson waves. Also, all local food was so yummy!

We were a group of four from Bulgaria and visited Singapore in February. We like walking tours with local guides, because we find that this is the best way to immerse ourselves in different places and cultures. Our local guide in Singapore was H.J.. He picked us up from the hotel, asked us about our expectations and interests and customised the two-day tour. H.J. showed some of the most iconic structures, places and buildings in Singapore - the "Gotham building" with its majestic courtyard, the MICA building, the National Gallery and the Victoria Theatre, Haji Lane, Clarke and Boat Quays, the Marina Bay Sands Observation deck, many "green" buildings, rooftops, bridges, parks, gardens, bars etc. All of these were even more impressive on the inside. We did a walk through the 500-metre-long sky garden on the top of the Pinnacle building with its stunning views over the city. H.J. took us to the URA Centre, where we had the opportunity to learn about and explore Singapore's exciting planning, urban and architectural journey. H.J. also arranged for us to visit the Supreme Court building and we learned a lot from him about the Singapore judicial system. Throughout the tour H.J. took many wonderful photos of our group and then sent them to us. It was a truly high-class private service with a very knowledgeable and reliable guide. Thank you so much, H.J., for showing us not only the main sites, but also so many other special and distinctive places, which make Singapore such an amazing and vibrant metropolis! I definitely recommend H.J. to everyone who would like to see and experience Singapore in a different way. I especially recommend The City and Public Housing Tour to everyone who is interested in architecture and urban development.

It was our first visit to Singapore. We were very lucky to have such a knowledgeable guide as Jeremy. He was very friendly, talkative & funny. We walked around main sights which was great way to see Singapore as well tasted lots of great food. Jeremy gave us as well many recommendations for the rest of our stay. I have used With Locals in Italy, so when we were going to be in Singapore for just two days, I decided the best way to see it was, With Locals... Kwan met us promptly at 9.30am and our fantastic day started !! We were taken on a walking, train, bus and car tour around Singapore & Kwan's knowledge was amazing !! We saw so much, the river & bridges, the old and new buildings, the beautiful park which has the most amazing trees, the old warehouses on the river, we had lunch in Chinatown, a quick look at the shops there and so much more...we had so many photos taken and Kwan's sense of humour shone through the whole day. Later in the afternoon Kwan drove us to Sentosa which was sensational. He kept telling us about having coffee and toast, we didn't quite understand, so at the end of the day he took us and we tasted the delicious toast of Singapore. Fantastic day which we thoroughly enjoyed and I have no hesitation recommending Kwan and With Locals.

Experienced a great day-long tour with guide Jeremy Chow. We met him close to our hotel (Fullerton), and he then took us around the city by foot and by MRT for food, drink, historical, social, and cultural commentary about Singapore. One aspect we liked about the tour was its flexibility: if you wish to stop for a snack or a drink, then it's fine to do so. Throughout the tour, Jeremy provided excellent, friendly guidance and commentary on Singapore. We felt like we got a taste of the place. Difficult to pick a favourite element out of so many. Having lunch and a beer in an establishment frequented by the locals, i.e., old, retired guys, was great. So too, the tours of the various ethnic enclaves. Thanks Jeremy, for all the fun and insight!
