Departure Transfer: Pick Up From Hotel To Airport Or Cruisecentre

Very helpful driver and good journey

Our driver picked us up on time. Smooth drive to the airport. Helped us with our luggage. And the company coordinator was always coordinating with us the say prior.

Allan gave us exceptional service. He is such a happy person and he went above and beyond to help us when dropping us at the airport. He even came into the airport to the checkin desk to help us with our luggage. He was a great help to our family!

Our driver Alan was on time and very friendly. He also pointed out some interesting places and facts about Singapore.

Great driver. Helpful and punctual. Picked us from the hotel on time, confirmed the flights and gates and departure times. We highly recommend this company.

The airport transfer from our hotel to the airport was in a very nice van with a friendly driver and it was fast and efficient. Minor hiccup when the original driver was going to be 15+ minutes late. They notified me and they were able to find another driver who was only 2 minutes late but it did add a little extra stress to the transfer.

Perfect. Effortless and comfortable way to travel to the airport from our hotel. Our driver, Alan, was very courteous and friendly. We will want to use his services upon any return trip to Singapore.

Excellent Transfer from hotel to airport. Superb driver. Educated and helpful. Car in excellent conditions.

The communications with the operator were timely, easy & efficient. The staff and service were very nice & clean. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Alan was our driver, both on arrival to Singapore and on our departure. He was right on time, very friendly, and gave fun facts about his beautiful city. He made the travel process in a new city very easy. We received multiple What’s App messages regarding our trips to confirm times, etc and that was also very reassuring.

These people picked us up from the airport and we were so impressed by there service we booked them to pick us up! Husband and wife team and were very knowledgeable bout the area.

Excellent service. On time and very friendly driver. Confirmed a couple days before so was confident they’d show up.

Amy was very informative - thank you for the Singapore food recommendations :-), and Alan was on time with the pictured, and very clean, vehicle, and ready to go!

Prompt, safe and comfortable transportation from a very professional driver. Alan and his wife Amy are a great team.

Allen and Amy are awesome! It was our second time using their company for transportation. They were on time and very professional. They also provided useful information on things to do and eat while in Singapore. We would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

The service was amazing the driver was on time to meet us at the airport and took us to our hotel, he was very friendly

Driver Alan arrived to pick us up right on time. Alan is friendly and professional, helped with loading and unloading all our luggages. Definitely will use this company again!

Communication was easy and Amy gave us all the details about pick up, easing my stress as I was traveling along with my daughter. They were very friendly, on time, and extremely helpful. I highly recommend them!!

It was amazing. Alan was there on time. So very helpful with our luggage. Nice and clean can. He was very informative as well. I would definitely book with him again. Alan is the best!

Prompt service, kind and attentive driver, accommodating and knowledgeable about Singapore and offered recommendations and shared some history of this island country. Highly recommend! Very easy to communicate with this company.

Alan and Amy were excellent. Highly recommend them. The van was very nice and clean and accompanied our party of 6 and out 4 weeks of luggage.

Amazing communication and driver met us both at airport and at hotel exactly when required. One of the most easiest transfers I have ever experienced. We are a family of 5 travelling to Singapore for the first time. If you need an airport to hotel transfer or a hotel to airport transfer the this is the service to use. Would rate it more than 5 stars if I could.

So easy. Communication was excellent, our driver met us at arrival door, van was super clean. Driver gave so many good tips. What a fantastic booking

Excellent service. Really helpful, great vehicles and wonderful hosts who welcomed us at Singapore. Highly recommended for one and all.

Amy and Allen, thank you so so much! You made our first trip to Singapore most memorable. On time, clean, communication was soooo easy and seamless. Can not thank you enough.

Great experience with the departure transfer. We were picked up on time and the driver was very friendly. Our arrival transfer was booked with the same company. Highly recommend.

Amy and Alan provide an extraordinary shuttle service for visitors to Singapore. The communications and consideration put our group at ease for important transfers to and from the Changi airport. Thank you.

Pick up from our Hotel on Sentosa was on time in a modern comfortable bus which easily took all 7 of us, and our luggage to Changi airport. This was our 6th trip with Rui this trip and all were enjoyable, with friendly service and informative comments and punctual.

Promt, communicative and comfortable. Bokkong was easy. They coordinated ahead of time and everything was good. You cannot go wrong.

Excellent service. On time, very helpful and added a fabulous personal touch. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic communications and friendly, on-time service. If there was a 6th star available, I would have chosen that. Their vehicle was spotless and roomy. My 5 traveling family and friends all thoroughly enjoyed this transportation and all quoted on the very high degree of service. Choose this company.

On time, very professional and helpful with luggage on departure for cruise ship. We had a lot of luggage and he helped us get it checked in.

Alan was a perfect driver and super friendly person to take us from our cruise to the hotel and hotel to the airport on two separate trips. We had been on a long cruise so we had quite a bit of luggage with us, but it was no problem with the large comfortable vehicle and Alan's care. I recommend the company for their attention to detail and especially Alan for his help.

Driver was efficient and friendly. The company is very responsive and responsible. Highly recommended

The driver was friendly and polite. He was punctual and the drive was smooth to the airport. The vehicle was clean and spacious.

We booked our transfer and received confirmation via Whatsapp from Amy of the pick up time. She also sent loads of useful info on places to eat before our departure. Alan the driver was on time and helped with our bags and gave us information on the sights as we travelled to the airport. He also said to check in our bags and go across to the mall before leaving to see the Christmas decorations and waterfalls which were lovely. Would definately recommend.

One of the best transfers that we have ever had. A wonderful way to travel to and from the airport with people that are a credit to themselves and their passion for Singapore

Highly recommend and would use them exclusively in the future . Great interaction with Amy both before and during the ride to the airport. They shared information, helped us make good choices, pointed out interesting information about Singapore past /present/future, and even recommended products to buy in the grocery for the trip home. Way above and beyond- too bad other companies don’t work as well.

The driver was early and very pleasant Extremely helpful and the vehicle was clean and comfortable. We arrived in plenty of time and he helped load and unload our bags

Amazing welcoming and efficient service by Amy & Alan! Very organised with great communication and punctuality despite the crazy Grand Prix traffic to contend with that weekend. We booked Rui Transport via Viator for both our arrival into and departure from Changi Airport. Amy was fantastic with her communication both before our arrival and during our stay. She confirmed our booking and provided some useful arrivals information ahead of our trip, made contact with us via WhatsApp as soon as our flight touched down, met us in the arrivals hall at the designated area as planned, and accompanied to us to our awaiting minibus. When departing, she again confirmed the day prior and then let us know when Alan had arrived at the hotel. The minibus was comfortable, airconditioned and very clean, and Alan was a great driver and enthusiastic and friendly host. I highly recommend booking your Singapore transport with Amy & Alan - they are fabulous hosts and absolutely went above & beyond! We will definitely book ground transfers with them again when back in Singapore!

Amy and Alan were punctual, pleasant and positively great to ride with. I loved how friendly and helpful they were as well how much information they were able to share with me about Singapore. I would definitely use them again.

Very professional, Alan our driver, arrived early but allowed us time to get ready for the airport. Very friendly and chatty about our visit to Singapore. Recommend booking this transfer!

Having spent 6-weeks touring through Europe with a quick 2 day stop-off in Singapore, this was BY FAR the best, easiest, and most enjoyable airport transfer of the lot. I cannot speak highly enough of Alan and Amy who are a power pair producing an excellent and well communicated service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Amy kept me informed all the way through on WhatsApp. Confirming our arrangements for airport transfer to hotel and instructing us how to get in touch, when we landed, even sent us a photo of our driver! Driver was waiting for us , so easy and very competitive price wise. Alan our driver was so enthusiastic, gave us some great everyday tips for Singapore. We were also messaged some great ideas on what to do and some foods to maybe try. I booked with them for our return to airport too. Great experience Would definitely recommend!!

Nice Vehicle, Great Service & Fantastic Communication. Transfer from Singapore City fo Airport, Customer Service was Excellent communication via WhatsApp. Driver was excellent and ensured we were at correct terminal due to flight changes.

Very informative driver. Very friendly . He suggested going to the Jewel in the Changi Airport which was a wonderful idea-the waterfall was beautiful.

Thank you, Amy and Alan, for the great communication, reliable and smooth pick up, very enjoyable ride! This is our second time with you, and we will be riding with you again in the future!

Alan picked us up right on time, helped with our bags and ensured that my family of five arrived at the airport without any fuss. Alan is a safe driver and is knowledgeable and friendly. His vehicle is modern, and clean.

We used this company for our airport pick up and drop off. Alan, our driver was on time, had a large, clean, van with A/C. His wife Amy was the main contact and coordinator. She is very responsive if you need anything. She even reminded me to do the SG health card before arriving SG. Amy also confirmed our pick up times/airline arrival. I highly recommend you book with Amy & Alan. Smooth, safe ride. Thank you again!
