Start your adventure with a short training session led by a certified instructor, who’ll guide you through the basics of body position and flight techniques. Your instructor will be right there with you as you soar, spin, and hover mid-air. Feel the adrenaline, the weightlessness, and the pure joy of flight - then touch down, catch your breath, and get ready to fly again.
We arrived 35 minutes before our time slot but that was apparently too late for training. They charged a $30 rescheduling fee to change to the next time slot, which is ridiculous. The customer service counter also very non communitive as I am in a knee brace and they don’t offer any accessible pathways for spectators. Go elsewhere.
My 11 year old son did this and loved every minute. It was very well organised and staff informative. Pre-training was good and he enjoyed the 45 seconds at the lower level and so we let him do the higher elevated option as well.
shoutout to Zann & Johnathan for a great first experience at iFly! Entire process was smooth and we had so much fun! Defo would come again 🫶
Went to IFly to let my kids try the skydive package. Staff was awesome especially Zann and flight instructor Moon. Both of them were very helpful and explained clearly to my son who has mild autism. He greatly enjoyed his flying here!
My nephew had a fantastic time with Kumar. Especially when they did the 3rd flight. He made it so fun for him whilst emphasizing on the safety aspects. Looks like we will be back again, very soon. Thank you Kumar.
Our instructor Shamir was excellent. Great experience. Very thrilling and highly recommend the experience at iFLY Singapore.
The trainer, Shamir was an amazing teacher and made it a smooth and memorable experience. IFly is surely a must go to in Sentosa.
Nice experience. Definitely recommend. Instructors You Shen and Kumar are great and show you and help you with everything.
The customer service was great and Ifly helped to make an initial bad experience instead something great! Kudos to Zann and Hani for helping to rectify the issue and Jonathan for the great flight experience!
Moon was an amazing instructor. Thank you soo much for making the kids experience soo amazing! Will definitely be coming back soon.
Gloria customers service was so fine and detail finding our it my son birthday month. Thumb Up. Thanks Gloria and Moon for patient and great flight experience
Nice experience but a bit short. SG60 special can only enter the chamber once (for 1-2 mins I guess) but normal tix can enter twice. Wish can play longer time. Additional round cost $50 per round. Need improvement at booking system. We book slots at 10am but supposed to reach at 9am. We reached at ard 9.15am but still considered as late and missed the slots already although it's still before 10am. Then we need to top up $30 /pax for reschedule to the next slot. It's not very family/kids friendly.
10 out of 10!! It was so fun experiencing indoor diving with our instructor Kumar!! Will def come again!! Good!! I would suggest for everyone to come atleast once in a lofetime to enjoy this experience because for me no way i would actually jump out of a plane!
It was amazing 🤩 now i can fly🪽🪽 Best experience ever !! I would recommend all of you to try this. The best coach is Afiq!
Really good experience. I flew 3 times. Very close to the train station and very convenient. Coach Darryl Ng was really nice and easy to understand.
5 out of 5 kids had so much fun with the experience. We had Moon fly with the kids. They flew so high it was exciting and exhilarating.
Amazing experience to fly in I fly Singapore! My son and I had a grand time and would definitely return. Thank you I fly Singapore
The instructor was very sweet and helped understand well. The experience was very friendly overall. One thing they could do is not charge for rescheduling, especially when slots are empty. Wonderful experience, 10/10 would recommend!
Amazing experience! Instructor was kind and helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed it and will be definitely back!! If in Singapore it’s a must do!
An absolutely incredible experience. While you're in the tunnel time seems to slow down as your body moves through the air. Do not miss the extra flight offered after your done, if the standard flight is like learning to walk this is sprinting off of a cliff!
The control was amazing the instructor had very good control and communication he also moved very smoothly keeping me calm while staying exited
The indoor skydiving was absolutely exhilarating! Being in the wind tunnel felt so real and exciting. A special thank you to Mr. Moon Kong, my instructor, who was fantastic throughout the entire session.
It was amazing. Loved the experinece. Kids enjoyed the topup. The trainingin, staff and the facility were all in line to make our experience great.
Superb experience for 7 year old girl who absolutely loved this. Instructor was kind and gentle and explained everything clearly.
Amazing experience definitely worth it. My 8 year old loved it and so did our friend. A must for every daredevil to enjoy.
Wonderful experience for entire family. It was a very nice experience. Recommend it to try to everyone atleast once. Exceptional
Amazing first time experience. Will do again for sure. Feels good to be flying high in the air. Will recommend this to everyone who loves to fly!
It was great experience and finally I can skydive and have some experience, everything was great, living the moment of zindagi na milegi dubara
The instructor (Mr. IRFAN) is super helpfull and nice. He's really a professional so we could get the best experience. It was our first time but we were super happy. Will do that again in the future.
Experience was fun and the instructor Afiq was very clear in instructions. Recommended to even first timers! :) xxxxxx
The service from the moment you step in till the end of your i-Fly Journey was amazing, you will be treated with kindness all the way. Will definitely come back again with family and friends!
Great experience at iFly Singapore If budget wasn’t an issue, strongly recommend the add on package. Coach Danish is really nice and very professional
Loved our instructor Helmi. He made me feel so safe and helped me feel comfortable for my flight. It helped make my experience so much fun.
Was a good experience. Would be better if they would provide a little more time. 45 seconds is too short. But will surely do next time. The instructor Sean was good 👌🏻 Zann the guy at the counter was super chill too.
Helmi is a good coach. Nice experience! We have a lot if fun on Sunday which is 12-Jan-2025. Everyone is feeling great as this is the first experience for all people.
Helmi is an amazing coach. I was super nervous going it to do the ifly but he was so gentle and patient and that made me feel comfortable to do a 2nd fly! Definitely recommended. Do it! And ask for Helmi.
It was the best experience of my life. The guide Tobias was super professional and gave me confidence the entire time to really be able to fly...it was incredible, I will never forget this experience.
It was fun and a special experience. The counter staff was friendly and our instructor, Helmi made us feel comfortable and at ease throughout the flight
AMAZING!! Great instructors and friendly staff. Helmi helped us so much and made the whole experience very very fun! Thank you very much whenever I travel from the US I will be back hahaha THANK YOU!
I highly recommend the team at iFly Singapore for an incredible skydiving experience. The team was professional, friendly, and focused on safety, ensuring that every guest felt comfortable and prepared. A special thank you to my supervisor, Mr. Helmi Amin, whose support and guidance made this experience even more rewarding. iFly Singapore is a must-try for anyone looking to enjoy the thrill of skydiving in a safe, exhilarating environment.
It was the best experience ever!! This feels like flying in a real way.. The instructor Helmi Amin was very cheerful and amazing instructor!
I had an exhilarating time coached by Helmi! The training was clear and concise. It was definitely a great birthday experience for me and it was something fresh. Thank you iFly!!
Really poor service by girls at front desk today (my flight was at 12pm 26th Aug in case management want to see the 2 girls at the front desk and improve their staff service) m. The two girls were sniggering at me because I needed the toilet and couldn't find it. They really made me feel humiliated and more importantly I really needed the toilet which is a basic human right plus we had paid a lot of money for this experience. Very very disappointed. I'm from London, UK and if anyone asks me I will say don't go. Flight time is also too short. It's just not pleasant and is basically a rip off.
our instructor was very friendly and good he was there to make us laugh and guided as really well he hold us well was really sweet
Friendly and informative staff (Gloria) helped us understand the packages better. Awesome experience of flying by the instructors
Came alone to experience the Challenge Package and went for the extra flight for $50 as well. Alyssa at the front desk was helpful and friendly in confirming my reservation. Helmi was my instructor and he was very friendly. His professionalism put me (a nervous flyer) at ease making every penny worth it! Would definitely recommend this!
I had to pay a rescheduling fee because I was late, despite completing the process within 30 minutes, contrary to the girl at the counter's estimate of 1 hour and 30 minutes. Upon requesting a refund and to speak to a manager, I encountered a manager who appeared confused and unsure of how to proceed. I suppose her name was corin. She seemed inexperienced and was unable to assist. Such a disappointing experience.
Bodyflight in indoor vertical tunnel. We were apprehensive about bodyflight. Had a short talk with instructor n other staff, who were very kind enough to answer all our questions. We took / paid for video + photos. I think, its a once-in-a-lifetime experience for me. Our 11 yr old daughter too did bodyflight. Instructor made us feel comfortable during pre-bodyflight. We received Certificate too.
Amazing experience! Coach and supervise by Darryl and he is clear in instruction and patient. I have so much fun and would recommend to try at least once!
Definitely not worth it. It costs approx $144 for two 45 second rounds. It’s a fun ride, but you only fly at around the chest level of the instructor which is too low. Unless you pay an extra $50 to higher, which is a must if you’ve already spent the first $144. I won’t do it again or recommend it to someone else. If money is not a concern for you then you can try it. But I didn’t feel it’s worth the $200 (144+50)
