He was very knowledgeable of the history of Singapore and gave us great recommendations for food. He was extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend any tour with Simon Ong. We had a wonderful day!

We booked two Singapore trips from this operator (through Viator) - one half day and one full day. Both the trips were great. The drivers were very friendly and provided very good information. The cars were excellent. The driver ST pointed out many spots for good photos.

Me and my family thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Ashton. He was very patient and willing to go at our pace for the entire tour. He allowed us to take a couple photo opportunities for famous landmarks such as the Merlion and the Vortex in the Singapore airport. We also enjoy the flexibility of the itinerary schedule. I booked an 8 hour tour with this company. My driver was a lovely lady named Lynn. First I was exhausted and lost. She went out of her way to find me in the airport. She was very educated and had so much patience while I took pictures and had lunch. All her recommendations and timing allowed me to basically see all of Singapore in a day. I learned (and got to see) the history, religions (temples), cultures. I was extremely happy with my day trip (12 hour layover) with Lynn.

We visited Singapore from March 1–3 as a pre-cruise stay and only had one full day to explore. Booking a private tour with Quexotic Travel and Tours was the best decision we made — especially with Qamarul as our guide. He was extremely knowledgeable and customized our tour to maximize our limited time. Our original booking was for four hours in the morning, but since we still wanted to see more, he suggested adding an evening tour so we could experience Singapore during the day and at night. That was the best idea! Seeing the city’s daytime highlights and then its beautiful night skyline gave us a complete experience. Qamarul truly takes pride in sharing Singapore’s culture and history. He made us feel so welcome — like part of the Singaporean family. Because of him, we were able to see and experience so much more than we expected in just one day. It was an amazing private tour. Our tour guide, Lynn, was very knowledgeable, and we learned a lot about Singapore. Her explanations were so interesting, and she shared a lot of information not only about the sightseeing spots but also about Singapore itself. Her time management was perfect and very flexible. I was especially impressed that she took us to Jewel, which I thought we wouldn’t have time to see. Highly recommend her if you are interested in a private tour in Singapore!

There is not a good enough things I can say about our tour with Ms. Lynn. She was the best. We saw everything we wanted to see and more. She is a great driver and tour guide. She offered up great advice every step of the way and the tour was modified to our preferences. Fantastic!

This service is a SCAM! It’s transportation service only so you pay over $300 USD when you can get a GRAB for much cheaper. I have no idea how these people are still on business and Nana is RUDE. The driver Thomas was ok but I don’t even know if it was actually Thomas because I saw him texting someone from the same company with the same name. Very suspicious. A terrible experience.

the places we visited were greatt. the problems were the bus wait time. we waited over 45 min when a bus broke down. the biggest problem was tour was supposed to end at 9:30. because of errors to direction from other travelers we didnt get to our hotel till after 11:30. we drove past our hotel 3 times on the way to drop off other travelers and didnt stop. the tour was fine the bus ride was not

I am writing to share my positive experience with the Singapore Private Customized City Tour. Ashton was an excellent Tour Guide and Driver, prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. We started at the Changi Jewel, as I requested, and then visited almost every fantastic sights around Singapore. Ashton managed the time perfevtly making sure every sight was covered within the 8 hour trip. I particularly enjoyed the time spent in Singapore, Gardens by the Bay, and, of course, seeing the Merlion. Overall, it was one the best experience. Once again Thank you Ashton. It would have not been great without you.

Thomas was such a great driver with info about his beautiful country. We were pretty tired before starting this activity and Thomas was so considerate! We got to see everything we wanted to see and more. We definitely want to come and if we do, we would hire Thomas again.

Our driver, Ashton is not just driver but excellent guide. I do not understand why this trip is driver only because he has a lot of knowledge of Singapore and what really guide have to do it. I am so happy with him all day in Singapore. It save a lot of money. He even text me after dropping off Changi airport for helping me find location of restaurant and shopping what we need. We had Lynn for our tour guide for this activity. She knows Singapore extremely well and was a fountain of knowledge. She explained the history of the city as well as how people live here in their day to day lives. My stepmother was with us and requires the use of a rollater frame. Lynn was more than helpful and her compassion was evident. Highly recommended tour...ask for Lynn if youre able to. I cant speak highly enough of her.

Lynn was an excellent tour guide with a trove of knowledge about Singapore. She took us to all the points of interest in Singapore and was always on time when picking us up after each event. I would highly recommend her if you need a tour guide. This 7+ hours event was well worth the money.

We had a bad experience with this tour and not worth the time and money we invested for following reaosns: 1) It was a driver driving around; not really more than that. We took Grab (Uber equivalant) multiple times before and after this tour on other days in Singapore and they explained more about Singapore and places 2) Guide (or I should say driver) was 45 minutes late to begin the tour with lame excuses. We had to wait for him at pretty much every stop to get picked up. Remember- 5 minutes meant atleast 20 minutes in his language. Not even a single apology for the delay 3) The driver was CONSTANTLY busy with texting on his cell throughout the trip. While shamelessly chatting in front of us whenever there was a car stop in the traffic, was chatting while the car was moving at times, making the drive dangerous. 4) Overall attitude was very cold. Was a quiet ride from one place to another for the most part, which is not good for a 'tour'

Very easy and top-notch experience! Our guide/driver Jaswant was exceptional and not only added insight on this excursion but provided his local knowledge to help us craft other activities for our stay! The Viator tour staff was very accommodating as we added two extra people at the very last moment!

This was a bit of an experiment. We had been through Singapore many times over the years, but never visited the country. We arranged a one day private sightseeing to fit in with our flights. Out guide was Lynn and she made our day a day to remember. We learned so much about Singapore - just brilliant.

Brandon looked after us the whole day with great energy and thoughtfulness. We learned and saw so much. And he was flexible and kind making sure we saw everything we wanted. All his suggestions and timing were excellent.

Kenneth did his best to accommodate our needs. We had a great communication with him, he is well educated, speaks many languages, took great care of us, his team made the tickets reservation in order to skip the lines. He is very knowledgeable, he told us a lot of things about the history and the culture of Singapore. He spent more than 8 hours with us, one of the best tour guides we’ve ever had - highly recommended!

We had an overnight in-between cruises in Singapore and needed to see as much as possible in one day. The weather did not want to cooperate as it had been raining for 3 days straight and was projected to continue. So we selected this option and we are glad we did. 1st of all our driver, Jawant, was wonderful! Not only was he pleasant, he was very knowledgeable he was patient and totally flexible to our needs. He made "spot on" recommendations and made our trip great. The tour company was responsive and helpful as well. They were even able to book admission tickets to additional venues as needed. I highly recommend these folks and will certainly use them the next time we are in Singapore!

We had a great 8 hours with Jaswant. We were picked up from our hotel and he took us to many different locations all over the city. We had created the itinerary in advance and their office purchased all the entrance tickets so we never had to wait in a queue. Jaswant was kind and courteous. Making sure we saw everything we wanted and was always waiting when we came back to our meeting point. He pointed out places along the way but wasn’t specifically a “tour guide”. He didn’t come into the spots with us so more of a very nice driver who knew the best way to get to all our locations within the time we had. He then dropped us off at the cruise port. Unfortunately the wrong one first but then got us to the second one in time. It was a good day.

Lin(Lynn?) was exceptional! We saw everything we had hoped to see and learned historical and current facts about Singapore. The best parts of our tour were the Gardens By the Bay, particularly the Flower Dome and the Cloud Forest. She quickly got my wife’s walker when we stopped and assisted pushing my wife’s wheelchair in the domes. She took us to a “local” Hawker facility where we got lunch. We have done quite a few Viator trips, and while the others were all good, this was the best. Did we say that she was OUTSTANDING?

We alreadu knew, not really guide tour, but a transport to the various sites and breaf explanation. With the hot that was very welcoming. We returned later to some of the sites for better exploration. The indian restaurant was very good, not expensive. We had suficient time on each stop.

5 stars! This was one of the best days and ways to see Singapore. Our drivers name was Lynn and she is a 10/10! She communicated really well, so knowledgeable about Singapore and all the areas we went and was just an all round Superstar. She made the day really special and accommodated our requests. Super flexible. My wife and I did this excursion with our son and we would definitely do a repeat coming back to Singapore with Lynn and this excursion. We will also be telling our friends about this excursion and all of the amazing fun things that we were able to experience in eight hours. We got so much done, more than we had thought we would in that amount of time.

This was a fantastic experience and a great way to see Singapore. Our group had a long, 12 hour layover in Singapore - 2:00 PM - 2:00 AM. We wanted to be able to see the highlights of the city and not have to worry about transportation, public or otherwise. We decided on hiring a private van and driver. BEST DECISION!! We were met at baggage claim by our driver, Jaswant, and he made suggestions for an itinerary but was willing to make changes as we wanted. His company made arrangements for us to go to the MBS observation deck while we were between sites. 10/10 recommend. I'm sure there are less expensive ways to get around the city, but this was a Homerun for our group of 8.

Lyn was amazing, her knowledge of not only the places and sights I wanted to visit, but her ability to manage the events around us to ensure the trip/tour wasn’t impacted (it was rehearsal parade day for Singapore’s National Day - so roads were closed, and there were a lot of people out and about) was truly outstanding. During our drive between sights she shared a lot of information on Singapore, it’s history and what is it like to live in Singapore. She was able to provide guidance on places to eat, and shop too. We covered a lot of ground in our time together.

Having a local guy gave us the advantage with timing and led to a very well planned day! Ashton offered tips so we would not miss seeing things and gave us help with airport navigation, too.

The absolute benefit of a private tour is the ability to mesh the company's suggestions with what you also want to see and do it on your timetable and abilities. Plus you have the full attention of the driver/guide and the ability to ask questions and alter the plan at any time. This tour absolutely met my expections. Wesley was on time, we laid out the plan and adjusted as we went along. I saw many of the typical highlights but also smaller sights I had read about and wanted to see. He was always waiting for me and I had as much or as little time as I wanted to take. Fully recommend.

We had an amazing day at Singapore. Our driver picked us up from the port and took us to all the main attractions starting from the cable car up to Mount Faber beautiful view of the city. Then taken to gardens of flower dome which we enjoyed immensely. Marina bay roof top was fabulous. Our driver was very informative telling us about the city and how they live. We enjoyed historical Raffles hotel which kept its beauty. Overall we had eight hours of excitement seeing most of the city loved every moment. Recommend this tour.
