6 Hours - Singapore Tour In Private Car Or Minibus With Driver

We had very good communication with Damien prior to our tour on what we wanted to see and do. Damien picked us up on time at the cruise ship terminal and took us to the various places we wanted to see. Even though Damien was a driver, not a licensed tour guide, he still was able to provide us with a lot of interesting information on Singapore. We definitely recommend this tour.

We were able to customize our day to cover new sights we hadn’t already seen on our day of arrival. Our driver Mega was wonderful. Very informative as we drove to our different stops. Flexible to change or add stops as time permitted and keep us on schedule to arrive at airport for our evening flight.

We booked for 6 hours including a guide, who asked where we wanted to go & came up with some suggestions. Throughout the guide was excellent and the driver & car really good & clean. 1. Botanical gardens - these were amazing and well worth a visit. The Orchid Gardens were well worth the $3 we paid (as seniors) & we wished we had more time there, but with the clock running we needed to keep moving. 2. Mount Faber - this in itself may have been a nice spot, however we were asked if we wanted the cable car & not knowing what to expect, agreed, to buy ahead to skip the line $45 each. This was the premium to Sentosa Island, round and back. IMHO though the ride was good (with a premium car, glass bottomed), it was not worth the price or time (50+ minutes). We didn't skip the line & waited 15 minutes to get a car. Then it wasn't obvious where to go at Sentosa Island (which is nothing more than an entertainment centre). So we had a quick drink & then took the cable car back. I wish we'd known this before going as we would strongly recommend avoiding this. 3.Chinatown & Buddhist temple - these were amazing and we'd have never spotted so many things on our own. The guide was invaluable. Really well worth the visit. Walking around was also very informative. 4. The Malay Centre - again without a guide we'd have missed so much and this was great to visit. The information was well provided and fave a real sense of perspective. Stopped for axwell needed drink. 5. Quick drive round Little India - as we'd run out of tine we simply drove down the main street (this is where not going on the cable car would have benefitted). 6. F1 pit area - we drove up but as it was just 2 weeks after the race the whole area was closed off, so there was minimal to see, which was a shame as I am a real fan. Dropped off at the hotel, just as it started to rain. Though for 2 people the guide is expensive, it was worth it for the information and understanding about Singapore. The real downside was the cable car. Don't do it, or do it on your own time, as it easily could take an hour out of your tour time

Our driver Mega was excellent. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and a very safe driver. The vehicle was comfortable, clean, and well equipped with water. Mega took our interests and schedule in mind and adapted accordingly. I highly recommend him.

Lynn gave us a wonderful tour all over Singapore. We included the naval museum in our tour and it was fantastic. Lynn gave us a wonderful insight into how the locals live and showed us those well known landmarks like the merliion and Raffles hotel. Nothing was a problem for Lynn. Dropping us a lau pa sat hawker centre for lunch and picking us up. She even got us tickets to the indoor gardens and booked a table at Lavo at Marina Bay Sands for the following night . Thomas was an incredible driver who truly made our city tour unforgettable! We shared our must-see list, and he perfectly optimized the itinerary to beat the crowds and maximize our time. When we ran into a currency issue at lunchtime, Thomas generously stepped in and bought us lunch. His air-conditioned car was also a clean, cool sanctuary on a hot, humid day. We were so pleased to have Patrick take us around Singapore. We visited Little India, the Turkish section, Chinatown, and so much more. Patrick answered all of our questions and gave us a good feel for the multiculturism. We also went to the Botanic Garden and spend most of our time in the Orchid area. It Was stunningly beautiful. Every orchid plant was unique and the colors were brilliant! We took a ride on the cable car to get a good view of and feel for the area as a whole. Thank you, Patrick, for such a wonderful tour!

We had 6 hours free in Singapore and we booked this tour. Our driver Thomas tried his best to complete the itinerary for us. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the city. We wanted to go for a dim sum lunch and he took us to a very nice place where the locals dine. He provided us with guidance to were we shoud go first. He provided us with a battery pack too when my battery was flat. We managed to see all that there was in our itinerary. I highly recommend Thomas as we got a very good taste of Singapore in a half day tour.great

our driver was very friendly and was native to the country. He did his best to inform us of the particulars of Singapore. However, he made it very clear from the beginning that he is not a tour guide. He simply an Uber driver who knows the area. We were disappointed to know that we did not have an official tour guide to give us more information. He did the best he could and we enjoyed his company.

Guide was a good driver which I understand was his primary job. I understand that he was not a guide but he was not friendly or helpful. The most he offered was, “those are old buildings.” He did not answer even very simple questions. He suggested lunch at his friend’s shop. I asked it was nearby and he said it was. He actually drove us 25 minutes, somewhat out of the way from our agreed upon itinerary to the friends shop that was fine but absolutely not special or excellent.

Our driver Lynn shared her vast knowledge of Singapore with us. It was a great day viewing and visiting many sites. She allowed us picture stops, was patient and flexible throughout the day. Her vehicle was clean and comfortable. A great introduction to Singapore.

We had a great time. Our driver, Vivek, was very accommodating and walked with us through Little India when we felt a little lost. We went to every single place that we wanted to go today so it was a very good day.

The trip with Thomas was amazing. We had already done a self walking tour in the morning and really didn't know what we saw. Thomas was amazing at explaining all that we saw and how it all fit into the overall history and significance of Singapore. He brought us to the most important attractions and had us spend a perfect amount of time at each that we went to. His timing was impeccable to see items that had certain timeframes for shows or for perfect views. He was able to provide us the ability to pay for attractions without having to stand in line or miss them as the ticket may not have been available. The ride in his car was very nice and comfortable and the areas we drove through were things we never thought to see. He was truly an amazing driver/guide for this tour!

We spent a whole day with Thomas, a very charming person who is proud of his country and has great skills of a tour guide. We have been in Singapore twice before. However, Thomas showed us several things that we did’n know. We spend great time and recommend Thomas to his future customers without reservation!

Austin was such a wonderful and informative guide! Even if it was raining, Austin adjusted our schedule so we could get to see as much as we can. We got to see gardens by the bay, cloud forest , Chinatown , Arab Community and the India land. We even went to Changi airport. Overall a wonderful experience!

Our tour guide William Ng picked us up as requested from our hotel. He communicated the day before confirming our arrangements. We gave him a list of our "must sees" and our "if we have time" list. He took us to the most popular spots first to beat the crowds that would form later in the day. He provided plenty of background information and answered all of our questions about Singapore. We were able to see all of the things on our list. We were able to go at our pace. The van was clean and well equipped. I would recommend this tour for anyone wanting to see Singapore highlights in a day.

Patrick Chua was a fantastic driver and tour guide. He picked us up, on time, at our hotel, and took the time to plan the day with us. We had already been to many of the attractions near our hotel, so we skipped the marina area. We wanted to see all aspects of Singapore, and Patrick didn't disappoint us. When not in the car we communicated via What's App. And while driving Patrick made sure we drove through areas that we'd asked about, explaining to us what we were seeing and its heritage. We finished up a little over five hours. Highly recommend Patrick!

A great experience. Our driver was Patrick who was so knowledgeable and put together a great itinerary to see all the sights. Tickets for the cable car, Marina Bay Dome etc. were pre-purchased for us. Patrick was happy to answer any questions and was keen for our day to be as enjoyable as possible.
