Kelvin was a great guide. Not only did we enjoy the food we really enjoyed the conversation. He was very knowledgeable about singapores history and answered our endless amount of questions about life in Singapore. We really enjoyed the day. We picked this tour because we wanted to cover all three areas. Little India, Chinatown and kampong glam

This was a fantastic tour, the five hours flew by and Kelvin was a brilliant guide - so knowledgeable about not only the food but the history and culture of Singapore
This was definitely one of the highlights of the Singapore trip! A must-do for any food lover. We’d been looking forward to this food tour, and it did not disappoint! Jeanette was an amazing guide, and all the food was absolutely delicious. Be ready to eat! We also loved learning about the history. Would highly recommend this tour!
This is the second time we have taken this tour with Ronnie. It was so good the first time that when we came back again with our friends we wanted them to experience it as well and we were more than happy to do the tour again. It was really great because it wasn't exactly the same as the first time and we enjoyed relearning things we have forgotten as well as learning new things about the Singaporean culture. This tour is an excellent mix of food and culture as well as allowing you to see several different areas of the city. I highly recommend it.
This was an outstanding tour, and Kelvin was an outstanding guide!!! Food was incredible – so many different flavors in one city! And Kelvin really helped us understand the history of Singapore behind all of those incredible flavors. Most highly recommended!!!
We loved this experience. We were the only 3 on the tour so we received a private experience. The tour guide was knowledgeable and provided a great overview of history, food, current news. We did this tour on our first day and really like using public transport and getting our bearings in the city. Highly recommended.
Our guide was Ronnie who was extremely knowledgeable about Singapore history and culture. We explored Little India, Malaysian area and Chinatown. We ate a good variety of street foods and drinks. Several of the establishments were Michelin rated and we met the owners.
Ron was extremely knowledgeable. It was just the two of us and we asked a lot of questions. We spent the majority of our time in little India but Ron is flexible and I think if you wanted more time in Chinatown and/or Kampong Gelam he would do that. All the food was included as well as the fares for the MT and bus. Ron knew all the best places for food and we even had food from a Hawker with a Michelin Star and made famous by Anthony Boudine. The tour was closer to 6 hours than 5 but well worth it.
We had such a wonderful time on our tour with Jeanette. She was so knowledgeable about the history of Singapore and walking the streets with her really brought the whole city to life. All of the food we ate was amazing, and she did a great job explaining all of the dishes and their uniqueness. Would highly recommend this tour to anyone!
Ronnie was an excellent tour guide! He was very knowledgeable on Singapore’s history and cultures. This tour takes you to three very distinct areas which were all interesting. It was also great to sample lots of different drinks and dishes that we wouldn’t have found ourselves, a lot of which were very refreshing in the hot weather.
Ronnie was a marvelous tour guide, full of knowledge and information. We toured the three main ethnic areas of Singapore, learned a lot about the local history and integration of cultures, and were able to taste a variety of local foods along the way. There was a lot of walking it the pace was very doable. I would highly recommend this tour.
Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and fascinating. We saw some amazing sites, some of which would not have been on a usual tour. He had a wonderful sense of humor and bent over backwards to be there for us!
An interesting experience with an enthusiastic and knowledgeable guide. We learnt a lot about Singapore today and its history. We also sampled a variety of Singapore food and beverages.
Fantastic experience. We were lucky to just have us on the tour so we had our fabulous guide Ronnie all to ourselves! Ronnie gave us such a comprehensive history on Singapore and talked about so many different aspects of life, paired with excellent food, out of the way interesting highlights and regular clean toilet breaks. We couldn’t have asked for more. We did see other tours with so many guests on them so we were glad to have a more private experience. Ronnie tailored the tour to our interests and foods we enjoyed. It was fabulous. I would really highly recommend choosing this tour over any other in Singapore and ask for Ronnie! I have been to Singapore three times but got so much from this experience. Highly recommended for those new to Singapore and those that might like a locals perspective.
Our guide Jeanette was terrific. She guided us as we explored Little India, Kampong Glam, and Chinatown. Taught us how to use the public transportation subway and bus. Great information on the past and present of Singapore and its people. And showed us how to navigate the Hawker Centers and introduced us to 10+ local foods. Definitely recommend!
Ronnie was puntual, friendly and a walking encyclopedia of Singapore history, culture and food. We had neven been to Singapore and this gave us an immediate immersion the day after our arrival. Be prepared to walk and yes, if you haven't experienced het and humidity, Singapore is renowned for it. We had plnety of stops for cold drinks and even ice cream to lessen the tropical blast. Each section, Little India, Malaysia food, and China town had plentlful cuisine to experience.
Kelvin is very knowledgable about the history of Singapore, and he knew all the right places to feed us. We did this tour on our first day of our Singapore trip which was great to get our bearings and will definitely go back to visit the places we saw again.
We had an excellent tour with Kelvin! He is extremely knowledgeable about Singapore and its history and cultures. The food we ate was delicious and we had more than we could finish. Highly recommend!
This was such a great way to see so much in a short amount of time. What a great experience and tour! The food was amazing. Ronnie was incredibly knowledgeable, so very friendly, and explained the food, the different cultures and the history of Singapore in such detail! Thank you Ronnie!
What a great experience learning about the different cultures in Singapore. Food was fabulous. Our guide was amazing!
Tour was perfect for first time visitors to Singapore. Not only did we taste some delicious food & drink, we also learned a lot about the different cultures, history and way of life. Our guide, Kelvin, was brilliant in introducing us to Singapore and this was definitely one of the best tours I've done.
One of the best tours I've been on, and Kelvin our guide was brilliant. We experienced 3 very different areas of Singapore and got a lot of info on the history and the cultures. The food and drink we sampled was superb, and it is a tour I would definitely recommend to anyone coming here.
An amazing day with Kelvin. Great places attended a given a true taste of Singapore. Kelvin was super knowledgeable and informative. It was a fantastic tour and very much enjoyed. Great food options and alof of fun.
Kelvin was great, he was so informative and so nice. It was a great tour with a great selection of food.
This was the tour we learned the most about the areas we toured! Ronnie was AMAZING! The food we had was what local people eat, which is one thing we love on a food tour! One thing it is a lot of walking! So just an fyi. Would highly recommended.
Very informative. Interesting history of Singapore. Well paced. Interesting selection of food and drink - inspired us to try more of the hawker markets.
Superlative trip with Kelvin. Professional. Polite. Extremely knowledgeable. Wove the history of Singapore into our tasty and varied food tour. Your search is over - book with Kelvin now!
Amazing tour and very informative. Took her time and help negotiate prices.
Ronnie was our guide for the food tour. But, this was so much more than a food tour. We learned history, customs, and about Indian, Malay, and Chinese cuisine. We walked, used to MRT and rode a bus. Ronnie was entertaining, enthusiastic and entirely enjoyable to spend the day with.
What a wonderful experience and such a great tour guide, you get to enjoy & immerse into Singapore as a whole with all the different cultures that unites here
Throughout the tour, Kelvin provided a wealth of information regarding Singapore's food, people, history, culture, and how things are today. I have never been on such an informative food tour - it was a truly immersive experience and I felt more informed from this tour than any of the others I went on. Additionally, some food tours can include a lot of heavy food, too much food, or move too fast. This was the first food tour I went on where it felt like we were all friends exploring at a casual pace, trying things as we went along, without ever feeling rushed or like it was too much. Highly recommend this tour - especially with Kelvin and ideally early in your trip so you know where to double back to!
Ronnie was amazing. He contacted us ahead of time and provided pictures of our meeting point (very helpful). It was just my wife and I in the tour. Ronnie provided us with great insights on the history, culture, and people of Singapore. His food and drink selections were wonderful! Highly recommend this tour and Ronnie.
Kelvin was an amazing guide to Singapore. Not only was it a food-lovers tour but he gave us a good background to the history of Singapore. He was a real ambassador - bringing together the finer points of how Malay, Chinese and Indian coexist - with acceptance of each others cultures, religions, language and food. He introduced us to the MRT and catching a bus in Singapore. He also really knew his stuff about what a foreigner would want to try, where the best places were to eat / and he knew exactly how to get us there.
Kelvin was exceptional - this tour was 100% worth every penny. The food sampling was great, but more importantly was filled with a discussion about the rich history and cultures of Singapore. Kelvin was knowledgeable, funny and knew exactly where to go for the best spots (especially in the shade). Would 100% recommend.
We not only had a lot of great food on this tour, we learned so much about each of the areas we visited. Jeanette did an excellent job of teaching us about each culture and Singapore as a whole. This is both a food tour and an excellent introduction to Singapore. Jeanette was our tour guide and she was very knowledgeable, articulate and enjoyable. We enjoyed it very much.
Our guide was excellent and shared his knowledge and experience, very informative and polite, would certainly recommend
Fabulous, informative tour. We had way too much food, and learnt so much about Singapore’s history. We were fortunate to experience a festival in Little India.
Wonderful introduction to the areas and foods of 3 of the 4 principal ethnic groups of Hong Kong. In addition to great dood samplings there was much information about Singapore presented by our guide Kelvin. He was really superb.
Ronnie was the BEST…he was very knowledgeable and so enthusiastic…he helped find the best photo shots all day long!! My 16-year old daughter and I requested for gluten-free (non-celiac, soy sauce okay) and dairy-free food options and Ronnie took extra care in accommodating our needs… even nasi lemak and coconut shake 🥥 from The Coconut Club!! All the food tastings were generous and delicious!! Learned so much about Singapore…5 hours really flew by!!!
We had an excellent experience on the Little India, Kampong Glam, and Chinatown food tour with Wee Soon. He is a very knowledgeable guide and made the tour both engaging and easy to follow. This was not just a food tour—Wee Soon gave us an in-depth overview of Singapore’s history and its diverse cultures, explaining how the different communities shaped the country. His storytelling really added meaning to each neighborhood we visited. The food selections were simple but very representative of how locals actually eat, which made the experience feel authentic rather than touristy. Overall, a well-balanced mix of food, history, and culture. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to truly understand Singapore.
This food tour was truly exceptional. We tasted incredible dishes we never would have discovered on our own, each stop more delicious and surprising than the last. Beyond the food, we learned so much about Singapore’s history, culture, and neighborhoods — it added a whole new layer of appreciation to the city. A special shout‑out to Pauline, who went above and beyond. She took tons of photos throughout the tour, capturing the dishes we tried and the beautiful sights along the way. Having those memories preserved made the experience even more meaningful. I’d highly, highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Singapore. It’s an absolute must‑do and one of the best parts of our entire trip!
The food tour with Pauline and Quek was exceptional. We tasted so many incredible dishes from places we never would have discovered on our own, each stop more delicious and surprising than the last. Beyond the food, Quek taught us about Singapore’s history, culture, and neighborhoods — it added a whole new layer of appreciation to the city. Pauline, went above and beyond by taking photos throughout the tour. She captured the dishes we tried and the beautiful sights along the way and turned them into a video. Having the memories preserved made the experience even more meaningful. I’d highly, highly recommend the tour with Pauline and Quek to anyone visiting Singapore. It’s an absolute MUST-DO and one of the best parts of our entire trip!
Ronnie Tan was an excellent guide. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Got to try different foods and he explained about them.
If you’re interested in both the history and the variety of food options in Singapore then this tour is for you. My husband and I spent 5 hours with our guide Jeanette and she was excellent. We learned about the political and cultural aspects of Singapore in antiquity and modern times. We learned so much about Singapore and I would definitely recommend this trip to anyone attempting to understand the variety of ethnicities and the cultural fabric that makes Singapore such an intriguing city. We also tried a few options that were delicious .. things we’ve never tried.
As we were introduced to the amazing flavors of Singapore our guide Jeanette explained so much about the evolution of the country. This was one of the best tours we have taken.
Ronnie was an excellent tour guide and is very passionate about Singapore, so we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this tour.
Jeanette was outstanding. Very knowledgeable about not only the origins of the food but everything cultural also. If you don't mind a walk, want some great local food and be imerssed in the history of Singapore, this is the tour for you.
Jeanette was amazing, very knowledgeable and super friendly! Note: this is more of a cultural tour than a food tour - there were long stretches without any food stops, and we ultimately visited three different food locations over the five hours.
This a great food tour which gives you a sample of authentic market food Indian and Chinese. A great bonus from our guide Ronnie was a great insight into Singapore life and also very knowledgeable in depth historical story. A great experience.
The tour guide was very knowledgeable. The foods were tasty. We r going back to little India to try more dishes
