Zen Premium Cranwell Road

Nice place to unwind and enjoy the greeneries and the conveniences of food. The room is clean and pleasant. We were greeted and assisted by Erna at the reception desk, who is warm and helpful. Dining area staff is also welcoming and friendly. Much appreciated.

Attended a group retreat here and was very impressed by the quality & tastiness of the food during buffet breakfast and lunches, simple but yummy! Great staff who kept everything running smoothly for our 3 day retreat. Had already planned a review since I had enjoyed my time here, with Changi cove boardwalk within 3-5min stroll at sunset! So beautiful! Expedited my review because of how much I appreciated Vimal from the front desk for coming to the rescue at 11.15pm at night when I found to my dismay a big lizard above the bed…(and I know most folks would be fine cos we are outside in nature…but they make me freak out!) Because of the lateness of the hour, impossible to have housekeeping come to the rescue to get it out so he kindly and quickly found me another room for the night and even came to pass me the key - SO very, very grateful!! Thank you, Changi Cove for incredible staff who help create the wonderful guest experience!

Love how the rooms are integrated with the surrounding and how the whole building wraps around the terrains and heritage trees. But that's the credit to the development team. As far as service and management is concerned, it falls short of normal expectations. This may not be a 5 star hotel but it is neither a low end budget hotel. Housekeeping was underwhelming. Fridge was not functioning at all but housekeeping didn't check and we had to spend the next 2 hours to and fro to get it replaced. Cleanliness is mediocre as floor is a bit dusty esp latches and corners. Breakfast was disappointing as there was very little options and low cost items were provided. You probably get it better in JB for $60-$80 hotel. Front desk was on another level. Called to check if possible to check in early if rooms were available and the reply was check in is at 3pm. Didn't bother to serve at all. In the end, we still went to the front desk to register since we were early and we were told we would be informed if the rooms were ready. End up we managed to check in at 1 plus. Asked if we could delay check out by 30 min and we were brushed off that they would not have time to clean up the rooms. Basically, the front desk has attitude problems and they need to be replaced as no amount of training is enough if they don't have the inherent service mindset.

We had such an amazing stay at this hotel and I can confidently say it exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, the service was absolutely excellent. The hotel itself is beautiful, peaceful, and exceptionally clean. Every area, from the reception to the rooms, was spotless and very well maintained. The room was comfortable, fresh, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Housekeeping also did an incredible job keeping everything neat and tidy throughout our visit. What truly made our experience special was the warm hospitality we received, especially from Vimal at reception. Vimal was incredibly welcoming, professional, kind, and always ready to assist with a smile. It is rare to meet someone who makes guests feel so comfortable and valued from the very first interaction. The customer service we received was honestly outstanding. We were also very grateful for the hotel’s kindness in allowing us an extra 3 hours for late check-out. That level of understanding and flexibility really meant a lot to us and made our departure stress-free and comfortable. It showed how much the hotel genuinely cares about their guests and their overall experience. Overall, this hotel offers excellent service, outstanding cleanliness, and truly wonderful staff. We had a memorable stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, great hospitality, and a welcoming atmosphere. Thank you once again to Vimal and the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back again.
