Greetings!! Everything was perfect about the hotel. Cleanliness, service, excellent location! All staff very friendly but i only remember Mira shes professional and always willing to assist with a smile. Can do better on internet stability when playing games with your laptop, speed sometimes an issue. Highly recommend this hotel.
I recently stayed at the Wanderlust Hotel for a staycation arranged by my friend, and it was a wonderful experience. Mira demonstrated exceptional professionalism, provided excellent service throughout my stay and was recommended room 405. The room was beautifully presented, spotlessly clean, and well-maintained, with everything thoughtfully prepared and in place. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others.
ONE (1) night is all I need in loft room 402 on 4 April 2026. PH Good Friday happily go staycation. Become spoil my PH. What happen? Read on. Enough for me to be a non returning guest. Air con in living room area still and stuffy. Upon checking in into 30 mins still stuffy, ok never mind wait a bit more. Went out for early dinner. Come back still the same. Inform me living room is motion sensor. 2 persons in the living room walking around, waving around isn't that enough motion already? Have to use chat to inform living room area like very stuffy, air very still. Uncomfortable. Book loft room becoz I know got sofa and TV, can chill relax do heart to heart chat with child. Child also say why like no air, stuffy and still. Cannot sit long in the sofa area. Went to bed area where it's more breathable. Plus point, end up sleep earlier. No receptionist on duty in the night hours. End up ask security guard to come up the room to assist. So ask security guard come up room to fix maintenance issue? Like different scope. Sound to me like ask plumber to sew a dress. It is your responsibility to ensure rooms are in good working conditions for all basic amentities before keys are issued to guests. No? Now become I check room condition for you. No help or assistance given. Only a security guard for the night that is all. Wrote in to feedback. Just keep saying sorry sorry sorry. Case closed. I also case closed. Lesson learn. No more stay with you. I also sorry. FYI I pay for the stay. It is not free.
We had a wonderful stay here and would definitely visit again in the future! The room was clean, comfortable and larger than expected, the staff were friendly and polite, and the address is in a great spot. It was also super quiet inside the room (ours was on the fourth floor, facing the street). We couldn't hear any noise from our neighbours; however noise from the hallway itself travels very easily into the room.
The interior deco is very nice - especially the loft rooms. However, service can be better. The pantry ran out of ice and housekeeping services were not available (it was only 6ish) and I was told to go out to buy ice myself 🙄 The down side about the location is the area, but the upside is that its reasonable walking distance to the mrt (although I wouldn't entirely classify it as "near").
