W Singapore - Sentosa Cove

For one bedroom suite, the in-room design is colorful and playful, while the bathroom leans more luxurious and polished. Opening the windows reveals a stunning view of the marina, which really elevates the whole experience. The turn-down service was a lovely touch, they left gimmicky, beautifully designed cookies printed with the hotel's logo, the map of Singapore, and an orchid, each with its own meaning, and they tasted great too. As for the facilities, practically every corner of the hotel is photo-worthy, there are quirky statues and art pieces scattered throughout, making it feel like a playful, Instagram-ready property at every turn. The staff here are absolutely wonderful, so kind, warm, and always ready to help with a smile. Everyone I encountered went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. It truly made my stay special, and I would love to come back and stay here again.

Our stay at the W Hotel in Singapore Sentosa was truly amazing from start to finish. The Service by the team was truly amazing and they tried to fulfil all of our wishes! Starting with check in by Jessica which was fantastic. The rooms were beautiful — stylish, comfortable and exactly what you'd expect from the W brand. What really elevated the experience was the hospitality. The entire team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, Ferdinand in particular stood out — he was fantastic and added so much to our stay with his genuine warmth and attentiveness while spending time at the pool with the kids. Thanks Ferdinand! The pool area was a definite highlight, perfect for relaxing during our stay. Breakfast was also very good, and a special mention for the flat white made on a proper espresso machine — a small detail, but one we really appreciated. Overall, a great experience from the rooms to the service to the little touches that make a stay memorable. We'd happily return to the W Singapore Sentosa.

We stayed with our family at the W, Santosa for 8 nights. We were 6 adults and two babies, and had 3 rooms booked. The rooms were wonderful, very clean and serviced twice a day. The facilities were fantastic, the pool area, restaurants, bar, spa and gym, were all excellent, we made use of all of these areas. The concierge staff and in fact all the staff were wonderful, so helpful and going above and beyond to make our stay delightful. We will definitely stay at the W again on returning to Singapore and we have recommended it to our family and friends. I would highly recommend staying at the W if you are visiting Santosa, Singapore.

This is truly a great hotel. The rooms are spacious and well appointed, the service is great and the quality of the food is great. The pool is quite large and the water slide was perfect for the kids (and adults). As for staff, they are amazing but I have to give a special mention to Vince at the Concierge desk. Super friendly and very helpful and even went out of his way to get stuff we forgot in a taxi cab back to the hotel. Vince is a true representative of the brand and he understands VIP and Guest Relations to the highest degree.
