W Hotel Sentoza

This is truly a great hotel. The rooms are spacious and well appointed, the service is great and the quality of the food is great. The pool is quite large and the water slide was perfect for the kids (and adults). As for staff, they are amazing but I have to give a special mention to Vince at the Concierge desk. Super friendly and very helpful and even went out of his way to get stuff we forgot in a taxi cab back to the hotel. Vince is a true representative of the brand and he understands VIP and Guest Relations to the highest degree.

A truly memorable stay at the W Sentosa, and much of that credit goes to the exceptional team that made us feel like valued guests throughout. A special shoutout to Ms. Jas at the concierge is an absolute gem who went above and beyond at every turn. Ms. Bella at check-in made our arrival seamless and warm, and Ms. Q at WOO Bar ensured our time there was nothing short of delightful, going out of her way to accommodate our requests with a smile. The rooms were excellent well-appointed and comfortable — and the swimming pool was simply superb. The fact that it's open 24 hours was a huge bonus; we made the most of it and loved every moment. On the transport front, Bus B is a fantastic and convenient option, and the complimentary W shuttle to VivoCity was a real blessing,practical, timely, and much appreciated. Overall, a wonderful experience from start to finish. The W Sentosa strikes that perfect balance of luxury, warmth, and fun. We will absolutely be back, and we'd recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for a standout stay in Singapore.

We stayed one night on a Saturday here, we booked the standard room and got upgraded to a pool view room, reception staff was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and made us feel welcomed as compared to aloft hotel that we stayed in Novena, we got none of these. The room is large with complete 5 stars amenities. Bed linen is soft and feel luxurious. Only minus point, the toilet has no bidet. Everything is the room is perfect, bathtub is large! Love it! Swimming pool is large with pool bar! Jason’s supermarket is nearby but they close at 8pm! There is another supermarket called ‘Cold storage’ which is about 10mins walk. Breakfast the next day is also 5 STARS, staff is exceptional, food is great! 10, 10, 10 points across the board! Checkout is smooth, parking is complimentary for in house guests (1 time). We would definitely come back for special occasions.

Absolutely incredible service from Nigel and the entire team! Nigel went so far above and beyond to make our stay perfect and seamless! He was fantastic in getting us into our room early with almost no notice upon our arrival, upgraded our suite to a room with a wrap around balcony and awesome view, and left personal treats like wine and fruit in our room thru our stay. Gym is spacious and well equipped. Didn’t spend much time at pool but looked nice. Shuttle service from hotel is convenient for getting to attractions on the island! Breakfast spread was terrific…lots of variety and all options were fresh and expertly prepared! Would highly recommend!!
