Reviews
The staff at the Opus Restaurant in the hotel are friendly and efficient. They are fast in their work and also know when to give us space and privacy. We were served by Steven this morning, and he made us feel welcome and was good at his role. Food is good and new dishes are introduced regularly.
We chose the Voco Orchard for our wedding event.
Our wedding event was „smaller“ event with only 50 people and we were very glad that they have a location just fitting for this amount of people.
Ofcourse there are bigger rooms for bigger events aswell.
The whole process went very professional.
The preparations went very well thanks to the help of Ms Sunshine Garcia and Mr Ashok.
The team around Mr Ashok and the waiters are all nice and were attentive to our guests needs.
The banquet felt more like fine dining with a 7 course lunch menu and we surprised all of our guests with the variety and quality of the meals.
No one went home hungry.
The price is very reasonable and definitely not overpriced.
We can highly recommend the Voco Orchard to everyone. Not only as a hotel with a good service and beautiful rooms. But also as an wedding location for your special day.
Thank you very much !
The hotel is conveniently located near Orchard MRT station and ION Orchard, making it very easy to access.
The buffet spread was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious food.
I would especially like to acknowledge Push from the restaurant on Level 1 for his outstanding service. He was warm, attentive, and incredibly friendly throughout the dining experience. His professionalism and positive attitude made us feel very welcome and truly enhanced our visit. Thank you, Push, for your excellent hospitality.
We had an absolutely perfect stay at voco Orchard Singapore by IHG and are very happy to give it 5 out of 5 stars!
The breakfast was excellent – a great and varied selection with something for everyone. We would especially like to highlight the very friendly and helpful staff. A special thank you to Aida at the reception, who made our stay even more pleasant.
Housekeeping was outstanding – everything was always clean, tidy, and very well maintained.
Our 8-night stay from March 20th to March 28th was truly enjoyable and relaxing. One of the highlights was definitely the pool on the 24th floor – amazing view and plenty of sunshine directly on the pool, just the way it should be!
We felt very comfortable throughout our stay and will definitely come back.😀
Fantastic service, friendly and helpful. Perfect Orchard location for dining, shopping and MRT exploring. Wonderful international breakfast selection. Spacious rooms with super comfy beds. Pool with amazing views and relaxing cabanas. Stayed a week and wished we had longer!
