We recently stayed at Village Hotel Sentosa for a 3-day family getaway, and it was absolutely lovely. The highlight was the warmth of the staff — they were so patient, kind, and genuinely wonderful with our toddler son. He felt so at home, and that made all the difference for us as parents. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-located — close to the beach, Sentosa attractions, and great dining options. Thank you to the entire Village Hotel team for such a warm and memorable stay. We're already looking forward to coming back!

The room was quite small, but it was fine as we weren’t expecting too much. The location was excellent, especially being very close to Universal Studios. However, when it comes to food, the hotel does not really accommodate Muslim guests. At breakfast, although there were some items we could eat, the eggs were cooked using the same pan that may also be used for bacon or ham. We also wanted to order a vegetable pizza, but we were told that the same oven is used for all pizzas, including those containing pork, so we could not order it. Overall, the location was great and very convenient for visiting Sentosa and Universal Studios.
My daughter, wife and I enjoyed our stay at Village Hotel thoroughly. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff at reception were very friendly and we were able to check into our room 4 hours earlier which allowed us more time to explore Sentosa and without the worry of having to carry our bags. There were vending machine on our floor with items extremely well priced. The pools were amazing and were advised before hand that one was closed- the 1 red mark was that we weren't advised that part of the infinity pool was also closed when we were there. Location is great too, very easy to get to other parts of Sentosa Island and even Vivo City was close by with the Mono Rail.
Enjoyed our stay at Village Hotel thoroughly. Rooms were clean and spacious. People at the reception were very friendly and helpful. There’s a vending machine in our floor with things not over-priced. Makes it easy for us get bottled water or some quick snacks for kids. There were about 3 different pools for kids to enjoy despite 1 other adventure pool being closed. Swimming in the lazy river really enjoyable for the family. Location is great too, very easy to get to universal, aquarium or anywhere in Sentosa. Even the Vivo city mall very quick ride through bus and mono rail. I would definitely stay here again, hope team is able to continue the good work they’re doing.
Location was great, staff were friendly, and the breakfast was good quality. However, the bed was a bit hard and uncomfortable and there were no washcloths or conditioner in the bathroom. When coming from overseas we don’t usually bring shampoo/conditioner as we don’t check luggage. “Conditioning” shampoo just doesn’t cut it for longer hair. Not sure why no washcloths. We got bath sponges from the Daiso in Vivocity though so that’s an option. Close to tram for travel to beach, mall, or Universal Studios so that’s was great. The pool area was really great too. Overall it was a nice stay and we would return.
