The Warehouse Hotel

We celebrated our Solemnization at the hotel. The staff were incredibly warm and friendly and took good care of us during our stay. Their coffee, in-house beer and cocktails are top notch! My wife and I are also really grateful to have had Syah as our ROM coordinator! He was so patient, understanding and accommodating throughout the whole process. He took the time to listen to what we wanted and even gave us some really helpful suggestions on how to plan the event flow which made things so much easier for us. We never felt rushed or pressured at any point. He was always so understanding and willing to work around our needs, which meant a lot to us. He’s also such a bubbly and fun person, which made the whole experience feel really comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you for making our ROM day so smooth and stress free! We’re truly thankful and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a coordinator who genuinely cares. This is a great, quaint hotel in Singapore, decently located. The vibes are high, the bar has great drinks, the music is loud. I did get a very loud room, but they graciously switched me as there was no way I was sleeping through the bass. If you are sound sensitive, it could be a gamble. I love their toiletries - Ashley and Co. - and they also have cute pour over coffee sachets. I’ve stayed twice, I will hopefully get a third in the future.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and the experience exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. To our surprise, we were also given a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more special. The upgraded room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. A special thank you to the gentleman who assisted us during check-in. Unfortunately, we didn't manage to get his name, but his kindness, professionalism, and excellent customer service left a lasting impression on us. He truly went above and beyond to make us feel valued as guests. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

The hotel is an oasis in the middle of the city. It is a very calm, peaceful place where the staff cannot do enough for you. The decor is luxurious with wonderful design. The rooms are the height of interior design but are also very functional and comfortable. The staff excel at what they do and are so friendly and helpful. I can not fault this hotel and would recommend it to anyone.
