Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room and facilities were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, making our stay very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their excellent service truly made us feel valued and at home. The overall experience exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay. Looking forward to returning again in the future!

The location is excellent, just a short 3-minute walk from Fort Canning MRT and 5 minutes from Clarke Quay MRT. The room was spotless, and the service from both housekeeping and the front desk was exceptional.
A special thank you to Sufian from the hotel’s restaurant Entrepôt, for arranging a fantastic lunch featuring perfectly cooked Angus beef steak, chicken satay, teriyaki chicken, and truffle fries. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate our requests.
The swimming pool was clean and well-maintained, and my children had an amazing time enjoying it.
Breakfast was another highlight of our stay, with a wide variety of American-style breakfast options, a live egg station serving delicious omelettes, and freshly made pancakes that were simply irresistible—I even went back for seconds! Special thanks to Shankri for her attentive service and for helping with my children’s special food requests.
Overall, we had a fantastic staycation experience. My children and I thoroughly enjoyed our time here, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended!
Front office staff were really helpful! Checked in on Fri 19 and they accommodated to us not having physical identification by allowing us to email them our passport images.
They never hesitated to assist us with our questions and requests like getting extra towels or cups! Our room was not facing the construction and the noise was bearable! We were facing the river and could see a nice view of the CDB and MBS!
Great stay! The only downside was probably the parking which is out sourced by the hotel but if there was complimentary/discounted parking for guests, that would be superb!
This is a bit of a late review since we stayed here for 3 nights in September 2025. This hotel is perfectly located close to the metro, has a bus stop 2 min away, and a 10-min walk from the various restaurants and entertainment options. Service was great and the ladies at the front desk were always happy to answer our queries.
Rooms are small with very limited storage options especially if you're travelling with more than 1 suitcase. Loved the in-room tea and coffee options provided, as well as the mini electric water filters that ensured we could safely consume the tap water without adding to plastic waste. Great job on focusing on sustainability! The only issue was the filters could only handle small amounts of water at a time which meant we had to run it multiple times before we could fill up an entire bottle.
The breakfast buffet included in the price was mediocre, and with limited options especially for me who is a lacto-ovo vegetarian. For instance, eggs were made using the same utensils that had just been used to cook bacon/sausages. I request the hotel administration to train and sensitise their staff and also look at having separate pans/utensils to cook eggs where contact with meat products can be avoided 100%. My husband, who eats meat, had no issues with the options on offer, and enjoyed his daily breakfasts. The coffee was great!
All in all, we enjoyed our stay here barring a couple of things. If the hotel can improve their breakfast options to be accomodating to those with food preferences, we'll definitely come back and stay here.
My husband and I stayed 2 nights at The Robertson House as a stop over for a Thailand holiday. The staff were friendly and helpful. The check in process was quick and easy and the porter took our bags from the taxi to our room where he pointed out the room facilities. The room was comfortable and while not huge, is normal by Singapore standards. We found with 2 cases the floor space got taken up quickly. Our room over looked the pool and there was no outside noise that we noticed. A great location handy to the river walk, cafes, bars, restaurants and entertainment. Checkout was quick and the porter put our luggage in the taxi for us and checked with us that we had our passports. A very enjoyable stay. We would stay here again.
