The Ritz-carlton, Millenia Singapore

Our family recently stayed at The Ritz Carlton, Millenia Singapore, and it was truly exceptional. From the moment we stepped out of our Grab, Henry and Miho made us feel incredibly welcome. Despite it being our first stay at the Ritz, they treated us like returning family. Throughout our visit, we were spoiled with thoughtful touches including a room upgrade, late checkout, cookies, handwritten notes, a late night dessert delivery, and toys and activity books for our children. Every gesture felt genuine and personal. There is a reason The Ritz Carlton is one of Singapore’s most loved hotels. The location and facilities are world class, but it is the people who make the difference. Henry and Miho consistently went above and beyond to make our stay special. In fact, our daughter was so touched by their kindness that she wrote them a note and gifted them a small handmade origami sphere before we left. The only negative was having to say goodbye. Thank you, Henry and Miho, for creating memories our family will cherish for years to come. We cannot recommend The Ritz Carlton highly enough.

My stay at the Ritz-Carlton Singapore was truly the best hotel experience I have ever had. Every single person went above and beyond with impeccable service and genuine hospitality, from the spa to the restaurants to the concierge team. A special thank you to Jasper at Colony, who completely made this trip what it was. He took the time to teach me how different foods were prepared, shared his knowledge of various cuisines, and made every interaction feel so personal and memorable. His passion, kindness, and attention to detail created an experience I will forever be grateful for and always remember. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special. I cannot wait to return.

We just checked into The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore to celebrate our anniversary and were immediately welcomed with such a thoughtful surprise. The team prepared a beautiful anniversary setup with a cake, rose petals, balloons, and a handwritten card, and we were also generously upgraded for our stay. A sincere thank you to Pure, who personally escorted us to our room and surprised us with the setup. She was incredibly warm, attentive, and welcoming, and truly made the experience feel personal and memorable from the moment we arrived. It was such a lovely and unexpected gesture that instantly made our day extra special. We cannot wait to enjoy the rest of our stay here ❤️ P.s. the cake was absolutely delicious 😋

Stayed at The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore and had a great experience. Service was warm and professional from check-in to check-out. On the day 5pm have a free tour explanation about the arts.Loved the art around the hotel. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with an amazing Marina Bay view—especially at night. The bathroom was luxurious with a great soaking tub. Breakfast had a wide variety and everything was high quality. But Breakfast restaurant Colony is too crowded and there was the long queue. Overall, an excellent stay—would definitely come back.
