We stayed for 2 nights at the hotel and had an amazing time. The room was quiet and very well equipped, we had amazing service throughout. The pool was perfect with a great view and good opening hours. Breakfast was next level with the most amazing spread you could ever imagine. Throughout our stay we had brilliant staff members, especially Hima in the evening and Shawn on reception. They made our trip even more special. Thank you so much!
Love the heritage gallery that shows the Singaporean spirit. The building is aesthetically designed with a combined European and Asian style. The room is modern while keeping the traditional Chinese design. Stuff here is very friendly. Food is of excellent quality. Especially appreciate the reception at the restaurant for the generosity and kindness. The hotel is a cheery on the cake of Singapore 🌸
Satisfactory experience overall. The cleaning staff are outstanding, the rooms are great. The overall experience? Not really memorable, unpersonalized. Something that we are glad we did but have no appeal or interest to come back and revisit. We mentioned twice that we have a special occasion for our stay. Once whilst booking directly on the phone, second when checking in. Not a single thing was done to tailor our experience, not even a simple card or well wish. If you are just looking for a great location, high quality hotel this is it. Looking for a stay for a significant event? Avoid. EDIT: after reading other reviews, it’s come to my attention that the hotel has provided special gifts/well wishes to those celebrating special occasions. Perhaps because of our race, we weren’t given this treatment - feels xenophobic and discriminatory.
An exquisite stay with wonderful historical charm. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and offered a beautiful view. The breakfast buffet provided a great variety of options, and I especially enjoyed the delicious laksa. Although housekeeping missed my note about traveling with a child and did not provide children's amenities in the room, the concierge's complimentary ice cream more than made up for it and absolutely delighted my kid. Additionally, I accidentally left personal items in my room upon checkout, and the hotel staff promptly assisted in shipping it back to Taiwan for me. Thank you so much for the outstanding hospitality!
The Fullerton Hotel Singapore is in a fantastic location, and the building itself is absolutely beautiful and very picturesque. Most of the staff are friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which made the stay pleasant overall. The rooms, however, feel a bit outdated. The carpet has clearly seen better days, and the shower is quite small considering how large the bathroom is. The gym is on the smaller side but well equipped with everything you need for a proper workout. I didn’t get a chance to use the swimming pool. Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection, and almost all the staff were very attentive - although one staff member didn’t seem particularly enthusiastic about her job. Overall, a good experience thanks to the location, service, and breakfast, but the rooms could benefit from an update.
