Favourite hotel in Singapore so far - The cocktail hour at the living room had such nice canapés, drinks, and the pool is quiet, nice and relaxing. The staff made our anniversary celebration so special. The rooms are spacious and nice too. Would love to be back one day!

A Flawless Anniversary Escape – 5 Stars Aren't Enough! We spent a perfect 48 hours at The Barracks Hotel Sentosa to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and it was nothing short of magical. From our Friday arrival to our reluctant Sunday departure, the service was world-class. The experience started on a high note with Mr. Gopal at security. Even though he isn’t a direct hotel employee, he was an absolute gentleman—kind, funny, and genuinely welcoming. He set the tone for our entire stay, and the hotel should truly recognize him for the incredible first impression he provides. Emily was another standout; her infectious smile and genuine kindness made her a wonderful ambassador for the brand. Special thanks also to JJ, Gabbie, Zoey, and Jeffrey, who worked tirelessly to make our stay feel like a dream. To the many other staff members whose names we didn’t catch: thank you for going above and beyond to make our anniversary unforgettable. We cannot recommend The Barracks Hotel enough. We arrived as guests and left as friends, feeling truly celebrated! PS - the Hornbills were also an extra bonus!

Myself and my kids went to look for rooms at 11:30pm, was greeted by Ms. Elaine. Even though it was almost midnight Ms. Elaine explained the details and answered by questions patiently and with a very pleasant smile. When we came back with our luggage in 15-20min time, she was in the room helping the staff to make sure everything was well and arranged extra bed for my kid. I couldn't thank her personally at check out as she is on night shift. The manager Mr. Adikin took care of our breakfast on all three days. He is one of the nicest manager I have ever met in hotel across the world. Very kind, soft, humble. Other few staff at the Café were also very kind and gentle, made our stay very pleasant. we stayed from Friday night until Monday morning. the staff offered to extend the room until 4pm, very kind of them (compared to many hotels which will reject even if you make a request). The reason why we went at 11:30pm on a Friday night is a little story. we had booked an adjacent hotel for a weekend staycation with my kids. Only to be ruined by the service and attitude of the staff at reception and the shortcomings of the room, we cancelled that within an hour after check in and found Barracks, just to witness the exact opposite.

Third time staying here and this time was for 4 nights. Decided to write a review this round because it was made truly special by the service staff Emily. She made sure we were well taken care of , every food and drink order was smooth and even had great conversations with her. She was cheerful and friendly and that really made our stay special. Winston who I only got to meet on the last day was also a special touch with his personal in-depth history on this place made this stay more meaningful. No doubt the pools and the rooms were amazing and despite being a local Singaporean it was a true escape for me. But the service staff here made it extra special.
