My stay at this hotel was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I arrived, I felt truly welcomed, and I want to give a special thanks to Ronald. His exceptional hospitality and warm personality made my visit truly unforgettable. He went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, leaving me with wonderful memories that I will cherish. The room offered a fantastic view that was simply breathtaking-waking up to such a sight every morning was a highlight of the trip. Additionally, the lounge staff were all incredibly kind and attentive. The food served during the Happy Hour was absolutely delicious, and the Laksa, in particular, was truly outstanding. This is definitely a place I hope to visit again in the future. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

We had a wonderful stay at the Swissôtel The Stamford and truly enjoyed every moment. As a Platinum member, we were delighted to receive an upgrade to a high-floor room with an incredible Marina Bay Sands view. Waking up and enjoying the breathtaking Singapore skyline from our room was an unforgettable experience. Another highlight of our stay was the lounge. The sunset views overlooking the marina and the city skyline were absolutely stunning and made the experience even more special. We would also like to give special recognition to Mr. Cheary in the lounge. He was consistently upbeat, attentive, and provided outstanding service with a warm smile every time we saw him. His hospitality truly made us feel welcomed and valued throughout our stay. Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable experience. We look forward to returning again soon.

Located between two very close by subway stops, centrally positioned to easily reach all parts of the central business district. The staff was exceptionally helpful. The hotel is located directly above an underground mall with lots of very good restaurants, boutique shops, and a grocery store. Rooms were spacious, extremely clean, and quiet. We we able to leave our luggage for the day before going to the airport.

Had a fantastic stay at Swissôtel The Stamford Singapore, honestly couldn’t ask for more. The location is spot on, right in the middle of everything and super easy to get around. The room was clean, comfy, and had an amazing view that never got old. Great beds, plenty of space, and everything just worked. There were still good facilities to enjoy during the stay. The only slight disappointment was that the main pool was under renovation at the time. a bit of a shame, as it looks amazing. That said, it didn’t take away too much from an otherwise great experience. Big shoutout to the staff — super friendly, helpful, and made everything feel easy from start to finish. You really feel well looked after. All in all, a great stay and a hotel I’d happily recommend to anyone heading to Singapore. Would definitely stay again!

My last night of an excellent 10-day stay. The location is central, public transport is easy, and the hotel worked very well as a base for Singapore. Ariana and Gilbert gave me a great welcome right from arrival. The room was spotless every day, turndown service was excellent, and the staff across housekeeping, concierge, and the lounge were consistently impressive. The views were fantastic, especially Marina Bay Sands and the endless tanker traffic in the distance. The room lighting was also one of those small details that really stood out. Soft, warm, and very well done. I also appreciated my Platinum status being properly recognized with a clear benefits letter. The executive lounge on the 65th floor was a real highlight. I spent a lot of time there for breakfast, coffee, a drink, or just to recharge. The staff in the lounge are exceptional. I’d name them all, but there are too many and they all deserve the credit. I’d stay here again without hesitation.
