Unforgettable Stay. We stayed in Rooms 363 and 364 from August 24–26, and after staying in numerous luxury hotels throughout this summer holiday, I can confidently say that Sofitel Sentosa was the absolute cherry on top of our entire season. The level of care and intuitive service provided by the staff made our stay truly exceptional. While the property itself is lovely, whatever slightly fell short in the "hardware" was more than adequately made up for by the exceptional, warm, and attentive "software"—the staff. A special mention must go to the incredible dining and housekeeping teams who took such wonderful care of us: Farah & Ella (Dining): Exceptionally hospitable! They possess a rare, intuitive foresight—consistently anticipating what we needed long before we even thought to ask. Tony (Dining): Incredibly friendly, warm, and easygoing. Chatting with him felt instantly like connecting with a good friend. Leo (Housekeeping): Meticulous and thorough. He was so careful with every room preparation, and you could tell he truly poured his effort into ensuring our stay was seamless and comfortable. While the resort itself is gorgeous, it is extraordinary individuals like Farah, Ella, Tony, and Leo who turn a hotel stay into an unforgettable experience.

I am currently on staycation at Sofitel Sentosa, and sad to say, so far it is missing the mark. Let me start with the pros: Room: it has a lovely design and nice garden view, the bed is very soft and comfortable, and the air con is strong and cold. The bathroom is lovely and we enjoyed the bath tub, however one of the shower tiles came off while I was showering. Not good! My daughter appreciated the child bath amenities and the child sized hotel slippers. Staff: everyone we met so far has been very helpful and kind Cons: - the hotel advertises itself as being child friendly, and as recently as 23 July, they posted an instagram post advertising their kids club. Today the concierge informed me that there is NO kids club, well not any longer. My daughter was disappointed, and this is blatantly false advertising. Please remove the instagram post if you don’t offer such services anymore. - the pool is not exactly kid friendly, it ranges from 1.4m deep to 2.5m, so all the families with kids are clinging to a narrow strip of shallow pool along the side. It would have been nice if they provided pool toys and floats for the kids, but all I saw were life jackets. - yesterday my daughter fell and scraped her knee. I asked for a first aid kit to clean her wound and was given some sterile water to clean it instead. When I asked about disinfectant, I was told that it is not hotel policy to provide medications to guests. Can I just say what a ridiculous policy this is? Disinfectant is hardly a medication, it’s like saying hand sanitiser is a medication. So if guests trip and hurt themselves they’re just supposed to use sterile water to clean their wounds?! This is supposed to be a five star, child friendly hotel, and there’s no disinfectant in the hotel’s first aid kit for you to clean your child’s knee scrape?! I can hardly believe it. I was all set to drive out to buy disinfectant, but luckily my husband mentioned the incident to one of the front desk staff who happened to have a personal bottle of disinfectant with her (I wonder why). Again, thanks to the lovely staff for their help. The property and staff are great, and I really like the hotel itself. Sadly such incidents (no proper first aid kit, false advertising) have really marred my guest experience, and I wouldn’t really rate this hotel as child-friendly.
We are currently staying at Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Resort & Spa and our experience has been outstanding so far. A special thank you to Lucina for the wonderful cocktails, always prepared with care and served with a genuine smile. Her warm personality and excellent service made every visit to Lebar a pleasure. We also had a fantastic dining experience at Kwee Zeen. A heartfelt thank you to Pamela, who looked after us throughout the meal with exceptional kindness, professionalism and attention to detail. She truly made us feel welcome and ensured everything was perfect. We would also like to thank Samuel and Jeffrey for their hospitality and attentiveness. The level of service provided by the entire team has been remarkable and is a true reflection of the hospitality standards at Sofitel. They have made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. Thank you all for making our stay so enjoyable. We would highly recommend this resort and look forward to enjoying the rest of our stay 😊🇸🇬
Was truly an amazing stay for our wedding anniversary. Extremely relaxing. What made our stay extra special was the incredible staff, they all greeted us by our name!! The service was top notch. They went above and beyond for our needs! We loved our evenings in the Lebar. The cocktails were scrumptious! Loved lounging and swimming in the very large pool too. To the team, thank you!!
Linda is the best staff at check in/out reception. She is good at hearing our feedbacks and address them perfectly. The cliff food is ok but not overwhelmingly the best for a first time visitor. The swimming pool facilities look old and worn out especially the tiles inside the pool. There is this little playground (for babies?) at the garden has discolouration. I don’t know what the management are doing with this little garden just outside the windows of level 2 rooms. I think need a lot of touches to beautify your garden. The shuttle bus at 12pm timing is the worst experience. Guest are not the priorities to board first. Seems to have many staffs using the shuttle bus. Strong thinner smell are all over the place and inside the guest lift. Overall I would somewhat recommend Sofitel Sentosa to my friends. I hope this place can improve in the future.
