We had a wonderful stay at Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa, especially as a family with young kids.
What we loved:
* Breakfast: A great and complete selection, with a thoughtful baby section that was especially convenient for families with little ones.
* Complimentary bikes: A really nice touch. They even provide child seats, so we could comfortably cycle with our kids. We ended up having a lovely morning ride all the way to the Luge.
* The sea view: Simply beautiful and definitely one of the highlights of the stay. Having the sea right in front of the resort adds a different sense of experience and makes the property feel like a proper getaway.
What could be improved:
* Breakfast queue: After 9 AM, the queue can get quite long and difficult to manage, especially for families with young children. Better crowd management during peak breakfast hours would make the experience even better.
We had an incredible stay! The rooms were great, and the facilities were top-notch. Highlights included movie nights on the beach and an absolute rockstar "Fun Team" keeping the energy alive by the pool. With so many great dining options and a staff that is genuinely friendly and helpful, this place has everything you need for an unforgettable getaway.
A very kids-friendly hotel and a great choice for families. Our kids enjoyed every day of the stay. Even though Singapore has so many attractions and activities for families and children, the hotel itself had great facilities that kept the kids entertained and happy.
The service was very good and fast, especially considering how busy the hotel was during the peak season. A special thanks to Aaron, who was very helpful during checkout. He assisted us with sending our luggage to the car and even helped remove the batteries from the kids’ toys, which we really appreciated.
Another big plus is that the swimming pool stays open until 10 PM, giving families plenty of time to enjoy it after a day out.
Overall, we had a very enjoyable family stay. Great facilities for children, good service, and a welcoming atmosphere. We would definitely consider coming back again!
We had an absolutely phenomenal stay with our 6 year old! The cool zone (kids club) staff are outstanding. I cannot say enough about how amazing they are. Our son did not want to leave every time we picked him up and just kept asking when he could go back. The resort has lots of great activities—board games, ping pong, and bikes for free. The pool is great with fast, friendly service. The food at all restaurants is yummy! Loved every minute of our week long stay.
