We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Michael on Sentosa Island and can’t wait to return! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to Universal Studios Singapore, with so many fantastic restaurants, attractions, and entertainment nearby. We loved how lively the atmosphere was, with plenty of places open late, making it easy to enjoy Sentosa well into the evening. A special thank you to the wonderful lady who checked us in. She was incredibly warm, friendly, and professional, and kindly upgraded our room, which made our stay even more special. I only wish I could remember her name so I could thank her personally. The concierge team was also fantastic, and we really appreciated being granted a late check-out, which made our departure so much more relaxed. The pool was lovely and a great place to unwind. The only small suggestion would be to warm the water a little, especially once the sun goes down. Overall, this is a fantastic property in an incredible location with genuinely caring staff who made us feel so welcome. We highly recommend Hotel Michael and are already looking forward to our next stay!

I had another wonderful stay at Hotel Michael. This is one of the hotels I enjoy returning to, and it has never disappointed me. The room was clean, tidy, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The location is also very convenient, with the mall just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy shopping and dining. I've stayed at Hotel Michael several times, and every visit has been a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I look forward to coming back again!
3D2N stay here, and I just have to say it was pleasant. The hotel rooms provide many quality facilities, including aesthetic. Also probably one of the only few hotels I've been to that have shampoo and soap that's genuinely good. Location wise, it's quite good if you wish to explore Sentosa's attractions.
Stayed at Hotel Michael for a staycation at Resorts World Sentosa. The location is definitely one of the best points — just a short walk to Universal Studios, SEA Aquarium and other attractions, making it very convenient for families and couples. The room design feels classy and spacious, with a unique artistic theme that gives the hotel a more premium feel compared to typical hotels around Sentosa. Bed was comfortable and the room was generally clean. Staff were polite during check-in and helpful when needed. Some areas do feel slightly dated, and certain facilities could use a refresh, but overall the stay was still enjoyable. Good choice if you want convenience and easy access to attractions without needing to travel around Sentosa too much.
We chose this hotel for our first trip to Singapore with our baby and booked it via Agoda. We stayed for 3 nights, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location is excellent—situated in a prime, upscale area on Sentosa Island, within Crockfords Tower. The reception staff were warm, courteous, and very helpful throughout our stay. The lobby has a unique design compared to typical hotels. There isn’t a conventional seating area with sofas or chairs; instead, it features a striking Adam and Eve sculpture surrounded by premium retail stores such as Rado, Bvlgari, Cartier, and Tumi. We stayed in a Deluxe room, which was spacious and comfortable for our family. It offered a nice view of Sensoryscape and the Sentosa station. The room was well-equipped, and the complimentary minibar (including coconut water, mango juice, and other beverages) was a thoughtful touch. There is also a small balcony. The bathroom and overall room ambiance were very good. One drawback was the breakfast arrangement. It is served at Hotel Ora, which is a bit of a walk (connected via Hotel Michael). However, the walk is pleasant—you get to enjoy some of Hotel Ora’s artwork and pass by the popular Ijooz orange juice machine. The breakfast itself was excellent, with great variety and taste. The hotel also has a pool and gym, which looked well-maintained, although we didn’t get a chance to use them. On our first day, we experienced a power outage in our room (and possibly a few others) that lasted around 1.5 hours. It required multiple follow-ups, including calls and a visit to reception. A technician attended but initially struggled to resolve it; eventually, the power was restored. The staff handled the situation professionally—the receptionist apologized, and we even received a call from Michael, the CEO, offering an apology along with extended checkout and access to a refreshment room, which was a commendable gesture. The property also has a 24/7 casino, which feels like a completely different world. From the lobby, there is direct access to Resorts World Sentosa, where you’ll find several 7-Eleven stores (including one open 24/7), luxury shops, and major attractions like Universal Studios, Singapore Oceanarium, and Sentosa station. The station connects you across Sentosa Island and to VivoCity and HarbourFront Centre. Overall, it was a very good stay. I would definitely consider staying here again—perhaps trying Hotel Ora next time for a complete experience.
