Staying at Equarius Villas was a truly once-in-a-lifetime experience. We stayed in an Ocean Suite, and falling asleep while watching manta rays and thousands of fish swim by right from our bed was absolutely magical. The personal butler service was outstanding, with thoughtful touches throughout our stay. If you want a unique, luxurious getaway, this is it—worth every penny!"

We recently had another stay at Equarius Villas. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. There were a few issues with our room that were certainly not okay, but they were quickly attended to, and the team took immediate steps to rectify the situation and carry out service recovery. These days, many hotels in Singapore can offer luxurious rooms, beautiful furnishings and excellent amenities. Those things are expected of a 5-star hotel. What truly sets a hotel apart is its people. The service we received from the VIP lounge team was exceptional. From the moment we checked in, throughout our stay, and even after we had checked out, they continued to follow up with genuine care and concern. They didn’t simply do what was required of them—they went above and beyond. They reached out to check on our well-being immediately during the stay, kept in touch, ensured issues were addressed, and assisted throughout the service recovery process without delay. That level of sincerity and dedication is something you don’t come across every day. A special thank you to Abigail, Anthony and Rachel. Your professionalism, compassion and commitment to guest satisfaction did not go unnoticed. You guys truly deserve recognition for the hard work and care you put into making the Resorts World Sentosa guest experience what it is. Thank you for your outstanding hospitality. ★★★★★ Our Best Stay Yet at Equarius Villas We have returned to Resorts World Sentosa every summer for years because of its access to Adventure Cove. We have stayed in the Ocean Suite before, but this time booked a one-bedroom villa with a private jacuzzi and direct access to the huge pool. This was our best stay yet. There have been many improvements since last year. Check-in and checkout were seamless, with no lobby congestion or long wait. At around 1 p.m., we received a call that our villa was ready, and the team arranged buggy pickup from Hotel Michael. WhatsApp communication was excellent, with fast responses throughout our stay. The villa remains wonderful, but the team made the real difference. Special thanks to Butlers William, Charles, and Willy, and the entire butler team. We appreciated the turndown amenities, mosquito coils at sundown, extra water, and insect repellent, especially as my wife is allergic to mosquito bites. We also appreciate the Chairman’s approval for buggy service to the front entrance of Adventure Cove. At checkout, the team even delivered our luggage to Hotel Michael, saving us a return trip. One friendly suggestion: the new butler uniforms look polished but seem too formal, heavy, and warm for Singapore’s climate. After three decades in hospitality, I believe uniforms should be elegant, breathable, comfortable, and suited to a tropical resort. Exceptional service from start to finish. We look forward to returning next summer.
