Resorts World Sentosa - Crockfords Tower

I am currently staying at Crockfords Tower RWS Singapore. Today I checked in and was given a room which I did not feel comfortable in and the balcony door was permanently locked. So I called front office to request for a change of room. I was advised that a staff would be coming up to assist me. Guest Services Staff named Astika arrived and advised me that she would like to show me a few types of room before I make a decision on which room to stay in. She brought us to a few rooms and made the extra effort to double check if the balcony doors could be opened in every room that we looked into. I am impressed by her meticulous attention she paid to my requests, taking note that I am looking for the same room type as I had stayed in previously. She made the effort to look at my previous record and brought us to the room type that we stayed in previously. We are very pleased and appreciate her kind assistance. Thank you. Excellent Services!

Had my birthday staycation here for 2 nights and I was blown away. The perfect 5 star hotel, from check in to check out. The staff were very attentive to our needs and helped us with a smooth check in. The breakfast choices were really great. Hotel is connected to the casino, premium shopping area and Weave (my favourite). I’m coming back again and next time i’ll look forward to spending the day at USS

Stayed at Crockfords Tower at RWS, and the experience felt luxurious and private. The room was very well equipped, with a good coffee machine, a very big bathtub, and even a steam room next to the shower, which really stood out and made the stay extra relaxing. The swimming pool was quiet, which added to the peaceful atmosphere. Overall, a high quality and relaxing stay, ideal if you are looking for privacy, comfort, and premium facilities.

Hubby and I had a one-night stay here and we were full of disappointments when we thought Crockfords Tower at Resort World Sentosa is supposed to be a luxury suite hotel with first class service. First. upon check in, we were greeted by a cold and unwelcoming front desk staff who told us due to "inventory issue" no king bed suite available even though we had booked for one. So was assigned to a twin-bed instead. Next, in the suite, there was no USBC charging port available and was informed that we have to leave our phones to concierge to charge instead. OMG. Worse, there was power outage in the room and it took a while for technician to fix and by the time he did, hubby and I were already tired and worn out. Could not even get a good rest. Although this was a complimentary stay from Crockfords Tower, I believe the hotel must treat every guest the same. I had many other complimentary stays in other 6-stars hotels and we were warmly treated just like any other guests. The staff made sure we enjoyed the stay so that we will return again and again. But for Crockfords Towers, it was a real disappointment for us. or perhaps it was a complimentary stay, so hotel treated us differently.
