While the room is not huge, it is good enough for me. It is clean and has all the necessary stuffs to give you a comfortable stay. The location of the hotel is very good. Surrounded by attractions and good restaurants within walking distance. However, I am onligated to give this hotel a 5 -Star because of its service. When I checked out, I left my passport in the safe. After a golf game and while on the way to the airport, I received the message from the duty manager that I have left my passport in the safe and asked me to collect. I had no other choice but direct the Grab driver to send me to Pullman to pick up my passport. However, the Grab driver refused to continue the journey to send me to the airport. I seeked help and texted the duty manager to assist me to call a cab and allowed me to pick up my passport from level 1 so that I don't miss my flight. Without any hesitatation, he actioned it perfectly for - having the cab ready and a lady with my passport by the time I reached the hotel. Within a split second, the joyful conceirge fella helped me to shift my luggages to the standby cab and I collected my passport and continued my journey. I arrived at the airport about 40 mins before the flight and managed to check-in and had my flight back. I am greatly indebted to this duty manager and his crew during that day. They delivered a first class service.i have regular trips to Singapore and my next trip to Singapore will definitely be in Pullman again. You have earned a loyal customer.

I recently stayed at the Pullman Singapore Hill Street for a business trip, and overall, it delivered a comfortable and convenient experience. The property is remarkably clean, sleek, and modern throughout. My room was exceptionally quiet, providing a peaceful environment to focus on work and get a good night's sleep. From a location standpoint, the hotel is ideal for corporate travel. Pickups were hassle-free, and getting a Grab taxi at any time of day was fast and easy, making commutes around the city seamless. There were, however, a couple of minor drawbacks. My room was located on the 6th floor, so there wasn't much of a view to speak of. Since I was on a busy work schedule, this didn't bother me much, but the real disappointment was the gym. The range of equipment felt fairly limited, especially when compared to other nearby hotels I've stayed at previously. Overall, the Pullman Hill Street is a solid, efficient choice for a functional business stay. That said, if I were visiting Singapore on a personal or leisure trip, I would likely shop around a bit more for options with better views and superior amenities.
I really wouldn’t recommend staying at Pullman Singapore Hill Street. I checked in on my birthday as an Accor Gold member (I know Gold isn’t exactly top-tier), arriving at around 6pm. I asked if a late check-out was possible, but was told the latest available was 1pm. Fair enough if occupancy didn’t allow it, but there was no recognition of either my birthday or my loyalty status, which made the stay feel rather transactional. My biggest issue, however, was the drinking water policy. The hotel doesn’t provide bottled water, only filtered water using the glasses in the room. I wasn’t comfortable using the glasses as they didn’t look particularly clean, so I asked if bottled water was available. I was told the hotel doesn’t provide complimentary bottled water and my only option was to purchase an Aqua Panna for S$15. I ended up buying it because I wanted sealed drinking water. I’m all for sustainability, but sustainability shouldn’t come at the expense of guest comfort. If you’re removing bottled water, at least provide freshly sealed reusable cups, or another hygienic alternative for guests who aren’t comfortable drinking from in-room glasses or kettles. I can’t imagine I’m the only guest who feels this way. Unfortunately, this experience has pushed me back towards Marriott Bonvoy. There are plenty of hotels that manage to balance sustainability with genuine hospitality, and this wasn’t one of them.
It's hard to find anything negative about a stay at the Pullman Hill Street: the location is very convenient and central, the building is modern and well-maintained. The rooftop is a real plus, with its stunning infinity pool and welcoming Mexican restaurant. The exceptional courtesy of all the staff also makes a difference. A special mention goes to the housekeeping staff, who are truly exceptional in every area of the hotel. The only flaw is breakfast: the space is too small to accommodate all the guests, resulting in long lines and waits. For the rest: congratulations!
I had a wonderful stay at Pullman Singapore Hill Street. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful and genuinely friendly. What stood out most was how they recognized and appreciated loyalty membership — it’s always a great feeling when your loyalty is acknowledged and valued. The location is excellent, making it very convenient to explore the city, whether for business or leisure. The rooms are spacious, thoughtfully designed, and very modern, with a clean and stylish aesthetic that makes you feel comfortable right away. The food and beverage options are also impressive, offering great variety and quality. Everything feels fresh, well curated, and aligned with the hotel’s contemporary vibe. Overall, a fantastic modern hotel with excellent service, comfort, and location. I would definitely stay here again.
