We arrived on a very early morning flight and was very tired so to have Qal looked after us was a bonus. Qal was very kind and helpful. He allowed us to check in early, making the process of checking in so smooth. He went out of his way to make us feel so welcome and comfortable. Thanks Qal for looking after uu.
The overall experience was excellent! My friend was celebrating birthday during our stay. The staff Jack was very friendly and thoughtful, not only wished my friend a happy birthday, but also upgraded our room as a birthday gift. We had a great stay at this hotel. It is very clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and in a great location for exploring the city.
A really nice extra is that the hotel provides bicycles for guests to use, which is a fantastic and convenient way to explore the city.

Service was absolutely amazing! We were checked in and checked out by Zul, and he provided us an incredible service. He was incredibly welcoming and genuinely interested in getting to know us. We were the first Lao people he had ever met, and made us feel so welcomed and appreciated. His kindness and hospitality were truly phenomenal. We're very grateful for the wonderful experience, thank you Zul! The room was amazing, we had the MBS view so it was phenomenal. The location is quite convenient, was pretty much close to everything and it made getting around pretty easily!
