My stay at PARKROYAL Pickering was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was amazed by the beauty of the property. The architecture and lush greenery create a breathtaking atmosphere that feels like a peaceful oasis in the middle of the city. The hotel is quiet, relaxing, and truly embraces environmental sustainability in a way that is both impressive and inspiring. Every detail feels thoughtfully designed to create a comfortable and memorable guest experience. The staff were outstanding throughout my stay. Everyone I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. The breakfast was also one of the best hotel breakfasts I have experienced, with a fantastic variety of high-quality options each morning. Honestly, I cannot say a single bad thing about this hotel. Everything exceeded my expectations. Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful experience. I will absolutely be back on my next visit to Singapore.

Very beautiful hotel in the middle of the city within walking distance to everything that you want to see. The room was nice, comfy and clean. The buffet breakfast is pricey, but it’s good and fresh. The overall feel of the hotel is really nice and looks amazing. This location is also very close to the train which you can take to and from the airport. I recommend this hotel for sure.

The hotel is fantastic. The materials give it warmth and a story. Our room had a view of the garden and it was breathtaking. Everything was clean, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The young man who brought our luggage was modestly friendly, the room was cleaned the moment we left, the service at the reception was impeccable, the taxi arrived in a few minutes. The pool and all the greenery were wonderful. We found this hotel more beautiful than the famous Marina Bay Sands. Really. Thank you all.

Every staff member was very polite and friendly, and the service was consistently good throughout our stay. ❤️ The location is very convenient and easy to get around. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also really good with a wide variety of choices. I came with my parents and they really enjoyed their stay, they were very happy with everything. Thank you PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay for the wonderful experience. Will definitely come back again next time.👍🏻

I would like to thank Jet of the Lounge on 16/F for his exceptional service. He was most helpful and kind to us. He was always courteous and friendly. He tried to ensure we receive the best service and would anticipate what we would need before we even asked. In fact, all of his colleagues on 16/F deserve praise. Jet and they have certainly projected a positive image of the hotel. Great job to him and the team!
