The BEST! I love to stay in this hotel. From the minute you step into lobby, you are given outstanding friendly service. Love the room, cleanliness and ambience! Special shout out to Angel and Ben at reception. Greeted me with smiles and made me feel that I’m an “important” guest! Always my go to hotel when I’m in Singapore! I invited my guests to dinner at their restaurant and the staff there also gave us very good service! Book it, you won’t regret!
Stayed here for one night but it was fabulous from check-in to check-out. First off, the hotel smelled amazing when we walked in. Angel (or maybe the tag said Angela, so sorry didn't manage to get a proper look) greeted us very warmly at the check-in area, which made us feel right at home and having just left a different hotel where the check-in process was not great, her warmth and professionalism made all the difference. She even offered a late check-out - much, much appreciated. All the other staff we encountered were just as pleasant and helpful. The room was as we expected - clean, tidy, bright. The pillows were nice and dense enough. Really like that the duvet was not tucked in tight, instead just laid neatly over like a blanket - all the tugging is unnecessary, if you ask me. The a/c touchscreen was super responsive so that was nice. As others have mentioned, the bathroom can be a little awkward if you're traveling with someone you're not that close with, but it was a non-issue for us. Maybe one thing to note is that when we opened the shower door, it smelled a bit funky (think sewer drain). Location was quite central and convenient for where we needed to be. The carpark staff was also very helpful. When we had an issue exiting from the carpark, the staff over the intercom did his best to help us and when that didn't work, he walked out to the gate to assist further. Great location. Shower room and toilet are location at the same spot, so the toilet gets flooded every time you take a shower, which sucks. The toilet position is extremely low. The room is pretty small. Service is great. High fee for early check-ins. Pillows are very tall, as a low sleeper, I wasn’t able to use them. Internet is AWFUL
We absolutely loved our stay at Park Regis by Prince Singapore! Our room was the perfect size for two people and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the view and the cosy window seat, where we could relax and watch the sunrise and sunset. The pool area, complete with its beautiful waterfall, was incredibly relaxing and provided us with countless hours of enjoyment. It was the perfect place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast each morning offered a great variety of delicious options, with something to suit every taste. The staff were also exceptional—friendly, cheerful, welcoming, and always happy to help. The hotel was conveniently located, being only a short walk away from the nearest station. From start to finish, our experience was fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Park Regis by Prince Singapore to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and well-located hotel.
What a great little hotel! Location is a short walk from Harbour Front MRT and Clarke Quay and Chinatown a short stroll. The staff are all welcoming and friendly, rooms are great, small but not tiny with ample space to unpack and hang, fold clothes and store suitcase. The ensuite is an open design, ok for couples not great for friends or older kids sharing with a parent. Check in was easy, as was check out, of which we got a late check out so helpful with a late flight. We were also able to use the amenities after check out and free baggage storage another huge bonus. Pool was great although in shadow in the afternoon if that's an issue for you, not for us though. Plenty of loungers and umbrellas for the morning sun. Gym was big enough, every thing you need for a full workout. Really a great little gem of a place, we will be back for sure!
