It's okay, pretty much an overpriced airbnb. Don't go thinking 150 sgd can get you anything much better than plastic courtain shower lol. Staff is really nice tho. Thanks guys! And the location is pretty decent.

My family travelled all the way from Johor and decided to stay here and honestly the service was really top-notch ! 🥹🤍 We booked 2 units, and during check-in, we were told that the rooms would be on different floors. But Ram, Billy and Monisha really helped us out and managed to arrange both rooms on the same floor since we were travelling with kids 🥹 Check in & check out were super smooth, and the rooms were also clean, comfortable and spacious. Thank you so much Ram, Billy and Monisha for making our stay a lot more comfortable ! Really appreciate the great service 🫶🏻 Definitely recommended!
The underwhelming facilities mean the stay falls short it honestly feels more like a 2-star hotel. The staff were moderately helpful, though they didn't leave much of an impression. Given the high cost relative to the small room size and basic amenities, the overall value just wasn't there, making it hard to recommend.
We stayed here for a week while attending a program at NUS. It’s about a 5-8 minute Grab to campus, making it a convenient home base. We were notified the hotel was undergoing renovations and there might be noise, but we didn’t hear anything during our stay. I ended up experiencing both room types: “superior room” and the 2-bedroom suite. I stayed in the superior (single) room for a night before my friends arrived, which was not yet renovated. It left a lot to be desired: broken outlets, a worn and dated bathroom, and an overall less clean, older feel. Once we moved into the 2-bedroom suite, it was a completely different experience. The suite was newly renovated, spacious, and well laid out, with two full bathrooms, an in-unit washer, full-size fridge, and coffee and kettle setup. Everything felt clean and thoughtfully stocked. The beds were plush and comfortable, and the room stayed very quiet throughout the week. Night and day difference. Service was consistently strong. Ram at valet (tbh all the valet) stood out in particular, always welcoming and going above and beyond to help with rides and logistics. For longer stays, the mall next door is a real plus. Easy access to morning coffee, quick meals, and anything you might need. Overall, a practical and comfortable choice for a longer stay. Just be sure to confirm you’re in a renovated room, it makes all the difference. It’s less about atmosphere and more about ease and livability, which worked perfectly for this kind of trip.
The staff were sooo nice! Hehehehe. The room was clean.. they have iron, hairdyer, even weighing scales lol. The toiletries were also enough. But they don't have a bidet in my room (single room twin bad) but i did my research before hand and brought my portable bidet hehe. Overall so good! But.. the tv was not working but it's ok tho i didn't even bother ask the staff about it bc i stayed only for a night and i slept right away haha maybe if i asked the staff they will fix it
