Orchid Hotel

I booked Orchid hotel over a month ago and asked for a double room and a twin room for 3 of my children. Perhaps I would take my youngest boy to sleep in double room with parents. I also wrote a message with this request. They informed me that my request could not be confirmed. When I arrived they just offered is 2 double rooms, ignoring all my request. My main questions is WHY do you offer twin room if someone can not book it or you an not confirm it in advance? This is very unprofessional and not custom oriented service, hopefully international level of service will reach this hotel one day… I was very surprised for this fact in Singapore as I thought it’s one of the leading countries in the world where human is number one and above all, just because of being human. OK, my eyes got open, and I realized that even here, when it comes to business money is all they care. When it comes to hotel, the rooms are good, location excellent, breakfast good, however, most options are for Chinese as they orient more for Chinese tourist (as the hotel manager said the day we arrived)… Not sustainable though, I was surprised to see a soap (not liquid soap) If I ever come back to Singapore, I won’t book this hotel. If you are not from Asia, I would not recommend you booking this hotel either.

We stayed at holdiday inn we the service was amazing. If we had a room issue, the staff jumped at the call to aid. The staff was welcoming and very helpful. The food at the morning breakfast is wide and full of variety. We enjoyed the staff and our time in Singapore. We had to cut our trip short, but the staff were very helpful in every way. Thank you to all the wonderful staff that made our stay awesome!!

I had a very pleasant stay at Orchid Hotel Singapore. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of food. The cleaning service was excellent, and I really appreciate the care and attention from Theresa, my room attendant. She kept the room clean and made my stay more comfortable. Thank you, Theresa and the Orchid Hotel team!

I’ve been staying here for almost a week now, and the experience has been excellent. The hotel ambience is wonderful, with spacious and well-maintained rooms that are serviced very efficiently. A special mention to Mr. John for his outstanding housekeeping service — the room was always kept perfectly neat and clean.The hotel also feels very safe and comfortable, especially for female solo travelers. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of tasty options. Overall, it has been a pleasant and comfortable stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.
