No help with luggage. Apts are clean and nice and the location near Orchard is good. Easy to walk down despite the heat. However they charged us SGD 800 extra for electricity. Seems like a total scam as I've never had hotel apts charge electricity separately and that too such a huge amount. Terrible experience and I would suggest avoiding this place.
I stayed at Le Groove Serviced Residences for a full month during a home renovation, and it proved to be an excellent choice for a long-term stay. The Highlights Peaceful Environment: The property is remarkably quiet and never feels overcrowded, which made it a fantastic, relaxing retreat to return to every day. Great Amenities: The gym is perfectly adequate for a daily workout. The swimming pool and jacuzzi areas are highly relaxing and rarely busy, offering a nice, peaceful pocket of downtime. Shuttle Service: While the nearest MRT station is about a 10-minute walk away, they conveniently bridge this gap by providing regular shuttle buses to Orchard, which was a huge plus. Things to Note Breakfast: The complimentary breakfast is fine if you aren't too picky—mostly pastries, toast, coffee, and fresh fruits. It is a bit lacking in protein options, so keep that in mind if you prefer a heavier morning meal. Overall, if you are looking for a quiet, spacious, and uncrowded place for an extended stay in Singapore, I highly recommend Le Groove!

Just checked out today and was very happy with our stay. We arrived in the middle of the night with a baby after an 18 hour transit, and they ensured that our check in was smooth despite it being after hours. Thank you!
