Booked the hotel for a 2D1N staycation through Agoda. But was only informed the day before of my stay that the hotel had a system glitch so they didn’t capture my booking. The hotel was fully booked and hence we had to cancel the staycation, there was no compensation from the hotel except for Agodacash.. It’s quite a disappointing experience, having to scramble for alternatives last minute and absorb higher prices at alternative hotel due to the hotel’s unreliable system.. :(

Victoria has been extremely helpful in assisting me to join as a member with great follow up! ✨ Love the facilites and activities here - facilities are clean, gym/studio very spacious with great classes! Emily from Recreation has also been very supportive and did a gym introduction with us. The team here have all been exceptional with great service. Looking forward to joining more events ✨

We engaged One15 Marina, specifically Bar Nebula, for our pre-wedding festivities and we are so glad we chose this venue as it was gorgeous, with such natural sunlight flowing through the ceiling to floor windows, yet with airconditioning and a fabulous sound system. Engaging with Alvin from the start gave us a huge amount of confidence that we would be able to carry out our vision. The level of flexibility and communication we saw from Alvin was unmatched! Near instant replies at all times of the day or night and a "we'll make it work" attitude meant that we could trust that things would get done. Across multiple visits from vendors, ourselves, family, Alvin kept a clear cool head and gave us the confidence we needed that we would get the best value for our money as well. Shoutout to the front of house staff as well who accommodated my father and made him feel comfortable during his stay there. The level of professionalism we faced from Alvin and team was excellent. Even on the day of the event with minor hiccups (e.g. rain/wind knocking down some outdoor decorations, amongst others), they dealt with it skillfully and tactfully such that our guests never even doubted that anything was amiss. Additionally, the AV team worked with our DJ/emcee and our photo/video coverage crew to ensure that guests had the best experience and that all memories would be documented. 10/10 experience working with Alvin and we would strongly recommend One15 Marina for your event as coordination and communication throughout the whole process was stellar. I am sorry to write this review and I really wanted to like this place but I just could not. I paid 5 star price for a 3 star quality hotel. No bell boy when we arrived at the hotel after 10pm. We had to drag our massive suitcases down, some stairs then onto elevator. The staff at reception were nice but NOT the 5 star service I was expecting. No proper welcome into their hotel like you expect to feel. The hotel/resort gave out no 5 star vibes. The breakfast was below average. I do have to mention that a young Indian ethnicity looking gentleman during breakfast may have been the only staff who had excellent service and communication but everyone else fell short from what I had expected. The rooms were of 3.5 star to 4 star quality. I was so disappointed only because I paid over 750AUD per night for an absolute below average hotel. Often when I called reception for waters, there was no answer. On our departure date I called multiple times to no avail and I was forced to walk down to lobby to request for bell boy. My apologies for this review once again but paying so much really left a dent on this experience.
