I booked a Premier Family Room – 1 King + 2 Single Beds for my wheelchair-bound father and my mother. From the room description, I was under the impression that it would be a proper family room with two separate sleeping areas/rooms. I also specifically stated in the guest comments: “My dad is in a wheelchair, so please make the stay as comfortable as possible for him.” I had hoped the hotel would take this into consideration when assigning the room. Unfortunately, the arrival experience was already quite confusing. We were unsure which floor we should go to for check-in. The lift indicated that the lobby was on the 2nd floor, but when we arrived, we could not find anyone. We then took the lift to the 3rd floor, but when the doors opened, we saw hotel rooms instead of a lobby and thought we had gone to the wrong floor. We ended up going up and down in the lift trying to find the check-in counter, which was especially difficult with my wheelchair-bound father. When we finally arrived at the room, I realised that the “family room” was actually two simple connecting rooms. I then asked the receptionist if there was a more suitable room for a wheelchair guest, but was told that all the connecting rooms with handicapped facilities were fully booked. However they did find a chair to be placed in the shower area for my dad to be showered which I appreciate. I have to say that I am quite disappointed, especially because I had clearly highlighted beforehand that my father is wheelchair-bound. I would have appreciated it if the hotel had clarified the room arrangement with me before arrival or made a more suitable arrangement where possible. I was hoping for a more comfortable and seamless stay for my elderly parents, but unfortunately, the experience has been rather frustrating. One more to add, I received an email to do a pre arrival registration which I told the trouble to register each guests however upon arrival they took our identity cards and do registration again which took longer than the 3 minutes as stated in their email “the process should take no more than 3 ministers. Please have your passport ready for verification.”

Our family of 9 stayed across 4 rooms (including a suite) for 2 nights, and the overall experience was very disappointing. Most of the staff felt cold, unwelcoming, and indifferent throughout our stay. • Slow Check-In: Despite completing the pre-arrival form in advance to speed things up, check-in was surprisingly slow. • Suite Maintenance & Hygiene: My suite had a clogged sink and a faulty water dispenser upon arrival. Maintenance fixed the sink quickly, but the technician walked inside with dirty safety shoes—no shoe covers were used to protect the room's cleanliness. The broken water dispenser was never fixed. Staff simply left an electric kettle next to it without an apology or extra bottled water. Replacing a multi-temp dispenser with a kettle isn't practical when you need drinkable water right away. • Multiple Room Issues: The rest of my family experienced leaking showers and unreliable water heaters in their respective rooms. • Accessibility Concerns: The pool is only accessible via a steep flight of stairs, making it extremely difficult for my elderly dad to access. We read online that Oasia guests could use the sister Village Hotel pool, but staff gave us a flat "no" without any attempt to assist. • Breakfast: Long queues due to very limited seating (go early if you want to eat without waiting). The food variety was decent, but the taste was very average. We came expecting a seamless staycation but were met with poor maintained rooms and unhelpful service. Definitely won't be returning.
“Nice hotel with great type of room for family with BABY” 👶🏻🚊 PRO ✅ Room type “Family suite with sofa bed” Even the total area of the room is not large, the room has 4 separation parts (living area, bath room, small closet, bedroom) so we can easily manage the noise or have a quiet area for our baby to sleep. 🛋️ The sofa bed is very useful. It quite big so we used it as a playpen on daytime 👶🏻. 📍The best thing is the LOCATION! It just next to the station so it was super convenient and you can see the railway station from your room windows (the baby enjoyed this view 🥳). 🛒There are a tiny seven eleven, starbucks and KFC out there just opposite the property so no worry about late night snacks. 🤗🩷 CON ☎️ The CON is our telephone in the room didn’t work for the whole 3 days 🥲 which we need it to request some stuffs for baby. However, the staff gave us their Whatsapp number instead and it surprisingly worked. The hotel manager responded our requests quite fast. 👍🏻 🥳 💯 To sum up, I would recommend this hotel with this family-type room for any parents with small baby. 😄
Location and staff are great, but room and breakfast are somewhat disappointing. Room needs upgrade. The room we stayed - basin doesn't work well, toilet doesn't work well, shower room very dark, and a number of other small unattended details. Breakfast is not buffet but by order only and not very well, neither of us finished them. Swimming pool is like maybe a 4 star hotel pool.
Stayed for a night recently. Check in and out was smooth. Stayed in a family suite. Overall was “clean” but the room felt somewhat dated and in need for some deep cleaning. Fairly dusty as well. The wooden flooring has taken some beating over the years! The check in staff Donald was nice and kind but maybe forgot the surprise for my daughter’s birthday? He personally served us some welcome juice which was a nice hospitality touch. Thanks Donald :) The location itself is very convenient just one stop away from Universal Studios. It’s very close to other food options at nearby Village Hotel and Outpost Hotel. Would come back again for special occasions.
