Novotel Singapore On Stevens

Stay in Novotel has been awesome. It is a long awaited staycation for my daughter and I so we are so glad we settled on Novotel. Premise is very clean and well-maintained. Couldn’t see any sign of neglect even though it has been a while since its opening. Hotel is also well-equipped with facilities. Having two pools and a 24 hours gym really help too. Staff has also been very hospitable and genuine. Can see that they take pride in their jobs, regardless of their roles. In particular, Agnes from the breakfast service. She makes the effort to check in with the guests whenever she cleans the table and greets every table with a warm smile. I felt at home to know that someone goes the extra mile to look out for me. Just one note, shuttle bus service is very helpful but when there are too many guests, those who couldn’t board the bus will either have to wait about 40 mins for the next shuttle or get a cab.

I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Singapore On Stevens! The facilities and atmosphere were great, but the service truly stood out. I’d especially like to thank Manager Deepika for her exceptional hospitality and kindness throughout my stay. Her warm attitude and attentive care made my trip so much more memorable.
