Came here with my girlfriend who is visiting from overseas. Great location with many food options even late at night. Near the train station. Service was kind and attentive. Rooms were clean, quiet and beds were comfy. Nice pool on the rooftop. Cons: small parking lot. Small bathroom. Aircon is a bit loud.

A well located accomodation along Lavender street. Clean room and toilet. Well mannered reception in spite of busy task. They do provide luggage keeping facility for inhouse. Downside its a transit hotel for travel providers hence it get very busy in the morning esp at the small lobby area. So if u are into calm and serene hotel enviroment this is not one for u.
Excellent service and staffs were very friendly. Chefs for breakfast & dinner accommodated our son's food allergies and cooked as advised. Top service from front desk, houskeeping to restaurant service staffs, top notch was Fikrie who looked after us very well. Neat and tidy room with beautiful rooftop pool. Great hotel for families. Highly recommended!
Stayed at Mercure Singapore Tyrwhitt between 16-20 May 2026 and had a mixed but generally decent experience. The rooms and restrooms are quite compact, and the space feels adequate for a maximum of two people. If you are travelling with larger luggage or as a family, it may feel a bit cramped. Unfortunately, we experienced an electricity failure on our first night, which was inconvenient as we had to walk up and down six floors due to the lift outage. This certainly impacted our initial experience. On the positive side, the food spread at breakfast was good, offering a decent variety, and the staff were courteous and helpful throughout our stay. The location is definitely a strong point. There are several local restaurants, cafés, bars, convenience stores, and dessert/ice cream places within walking distance, making it easy to explore the neighborhood and find dining options at any time. Public transport connectivity is also convenient. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant. For vegetarians, the options are somewhat limited, so that is something to keep in mind. The swimming pool on the terrace was decent, and one of the highlights was being able to enjoy the city skyline views from there, especially in the evening. Overall, a good location and courteous staff, but the compact room size and unexpected power outage affected the overall experience.
I chose this hotel because of the room set up they had. I didn't realise until the day before book in that there were 2 set ups. Of course we'd be allocated the one we didn't want. But staff managed to get us moved on our second day to the lay out we wanted. And it was fabulous. Pool is fantastic. The breakfast buffet wasn't the favorite we've ever had. They have some strange ideas of what western food belongs in a breakfast 😂 (our Malaysian hotel was the same) but there's not a lot of western choices and my 11yo skipped breakfast most of the days we were here. The restaurant is very squishy. The rooms are not very soundproof. We were regularly disturbed by people talking loudly in their room across the hall from us. We enjoyed our stay though and my son loved having his own space in the hotel room which wasn't an option in other hotels. There were plenty of food outlets, shopping opportunities and things to explore within walking distance.
