Absolutely gorgeous. Beautiful country, with beautiful people and unbelievable views everywhere you go. Everywhere is spotless and everyone is friendly and respectful. Food is fresh and tasty and the public transport is efficient and ridiculously cheap. 0.06p for a train 😱. Would love to go back 😍
Best hotel in Singapore, with spacious room and breath taking view from their wide window. Lifts are fast. If you dont stay here, you can go to 57 floor by going to the bar and watching sunset
Marina Bay Sands is an impressive hotel, but in my opinion it’s simply too expensive for what you actually get.
The rooms are modern, spacious, and very well presented, and the location is excellent. If your priority is being connected to luxury shopping, the MRT, the casino, Gardens by the Bay, and many of Singapore’s major attractions, it’s incredibly convenient.
That said, the hotel is absolutely enormous, and with that comes a few compromises. It lacks the personal touch and attentive atmosphere you often get at other luxury hotels. You can feel more like one of thousands of guests rather than a valued visitor.
The facilities are good, but they’re spread across such a very large property that getting from one place to another often involves a fair bit of walking. Even the gym was too small for a hotel of this size and wasn’t particularly convenient to reach. Over a stay, don’t be surprised if you’re clocking 20,000 steps a day just moving around the hotel touch visit local, eat and etc.
If your goal is to stay in the heart of everything and avoid taxis almost entirely, this is for you! However, if you’re looking for the best luxury hotel experience for the price, I don’t think it represents great value. You’re paying a significant premium for the iconic name, the location, and the infinity pool, rather than for a truly exceptional overall hotel experience. It’s more than double other leading hotels.
This is a review for the overall development including the mall side. Nice landmark with some scenic views around the area. Iconic architecture with good natural lighting. Well maintained and upkeeping at a very high level. Good to take photos if you are bringing friends and family that have never been to SG. But even the food court is quite costly. Can't say my review is complete as I have never stayed in the hotel before
Rooms after renovation are good. Not sure if whole hotel renovated or just partly. But we were lucky. Got view on Bay, but I wish to have room with balcony on Magic Tree Grove next time
