From the moment our transport arrived at the hotel entrance, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality that continued throughout our stay and right through to our departure.
Our room was beautifully presented, thoughtfully designed, and exceptionally comfortable. The selection of restaurants within the hotel offered wonderful variety, and each was staffed by attentive professionals who consistently delivered service eloquently.

One of the best hotels I have stayed at. The buffet breakfasts were amazing a large variety and quality was outstanding. The pool was so refreshing. I loved the slippers and are still using them for the rest of my trip. The attention to detail was exceptional eg cord ties. Ammenities provided were lovely. Special packs for the kids. Everything was done very well. Staff lovely.

I had a wonderful experience at EMBU restaurant where I had my breakfast lunch and dinner at. Ella at the registration counter welcomed guests with such great energy and a warm smile that immediately set the tone for the day. A staff member named Radiance truly made my day with her genuine smile.
I was impressed with Nan from Doha, who is currently on a temporary exchange program. She noticed that my coffee had gone cold and thoughtfully offered to replace it with a fresh hot cup without me even asking. Grace also stood out with her warm smile and friendly small talk, checking in on me despite the busy breakfast crowd.
The food at the buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner was superb. I am especially picky when it comes to kaya toast, even though it is such a simple dish, but they made it absolutely perfect. From the desserts to the Asian selections, every dish was beautifully executed.
The housekeeping team added such a thoughtful personal touch by surprising me with a hidden bookmark in my book — a small gesture that made a lasting impression.
I also absolutely loved the spa environment. Every staff member carried themselves with genuine pride in delivering exceptional customer service, which made the entire experience feel warm, sincere, and luxurious.
The spa lounge was incredibly pampering and thoughtfully curated. I especially appreciated the healthy refreshments provided — from high-quality nuts and berries with yogurt to guacamole with vegetable strips, fresh fruits, blue pea tea, ginger tea, and saffron tea. The attention to wellness and comfort in every detail truly elevated the entire experience.
This stay has definitely made me a fan, and I look forward to returning again.
We loved our recent stay at the Mandarin Oriental in Singapore. The staff were all incredible. The attention they paid the kids was so sweet and their thoughtfulness was really noted. They seemed genuinely interested in getting to know us, where we were from, and what our plans were for that day. The breakfast buffet was incredible - one of the best we've ever had. The hotel is architecturally beautifully and well looked after. The room had everything we needed.
My son showed a particular interest in the robot, which takes dirty dishes away during the breakfast (at Embu). This was noticed by one of the staff, so when it came time to sending the robot back to the kitchen, he asked my son if he wanted to help him do it and showed him which buttons to press to send the robot on its way. My son absolutely loved this!
On the morning of our check-out (April 9th), after breakfast, we were going to be heading to the Marina Bay Sands Cruise Terminal to board the newest Disney cruise ship. One of your servers noticed that we were all wearing matching Mickey Mouse t-shirts and must have realised we were going on the Disney cruise, so she brought over a freshly cut mango on a plate with a chocolate that said 'Bon Voyage' on it. That was really special - thank you!
Top notch through and through. This was my first time staying at a Mandarin Oriental and I know we’ll be staying there when we come back to Singapore. The staff was incredibly helpful. Upon our arrival the valet took our luggage to deliver when we checked in. The front desk staff was incredible, we were on our honeymoon and after check in front desk (I forgot her name -super sweet!) escorted us to our room. They had rose petals and two towel swan’s on the bed such a nice touch!
A few weeks prior to our arrival I reached out to get photos of the gym and they sent them promptly with great photos.
The hotel is central to so much we walked to the gardens, the sands and to the hawker market.
The food was great and the staff would always say hello and help us if needed with anything. This is truly a 5 star hotel.
