The best hotel in Singapore. I cannot stress how much i recommend this hotel. The location would be infinite stars if i could rate it that high and the rooms and service are super comfortable. Theres also a neat gimmick, the robots deliver you the stuff you ask for from the staff and its very fun to watch and see a fellow cute delivery robot arrive at your door. You can also follow it from the reception to see its journey through the elevators and to their destination. I would one hundred percent recommend this place as ive been staying there for two trips in a row and it has definitely enhanced my visit to Singapore. It is a big factor that made my trip so much better. This is the best hotel to stay in once again, the price is worth and it isnt even as pricey as the hotel in Marina bay sands, which is more out of the main area and more of a hermit kingdom place. This hotel is much better in my humble opinion

We had a fantastic stay at JEN Orchardgateway Singapore and will definitely be back! The hotel is beautiful, the location couldn’t be more convenient, and we thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities throughout our stay. Everything was clean, comfortable and made our family holiday so enjoyable. A very special thank you to Yin Yin, who truly went above and beyond to make our daughter’s birthday unforgettable. Walking into our room to find it beautifully decorated with thoughtful little gifts for her was such a lovely surprise. The look on our daughter’s face was priceless, and it’s a memory our family will cherish. Yin Yin’s kindness, warmth and attention to detail made us feel so genuinely welcomed. It’s people like her who turn a great hotel stay into a truly memorable one. Thank you again to Yin Yin and the entire team for such wonderful hospitality. We can’t wait to return!

Great location, so close to good shopping and MRT for transport. Rooms were great, we had 2 side by side, quiet, clean and had everything you needed. Great showers after a flight getting to Singapore and beds and pillows super comfy. Staff very friendly and attentive. Restaurant and breakfast buffet were excellent with good choice and views of the city. Roof top pool also has an amazing view. Had nothing to fault and would stay here again. Highly recommend.

I booked a 3D2N Club Room stay at Hotel Jen Orchard for approximately **$900**, expecting a premium experience that would justify the price. Unfortunately, the stay fell well short of those expectations. Despite being a Club Room, the room did not include a bathtub, which was disappointing for an upgraded room category. More concerning was the bathroom layout. The shower area features a brown sliding partition that only covers one side, leaving no way to fully enclose the space. As a result, anyone else in the room could potentially see into the shower, making it awkward for guests sharing a room with someone they are not particularly close to. Privacy seems to depend more on the integrity of the other guest than on thoughtful room design. The shower was also impractical. There was no convenient place to hang clothes or towels before showering, forcing guests to improvise. This level of functionality is something I would expect from a compact budget business hotel where space constraints are understandable—not from a Club Room marketed as a premium offering. To make matters worse, the room was noticeably dusty upon arrival, which further detracted from the overall experience. For a stay costing around **$900**, I expected a significantly higher standard of comfort, cleanliness, and design. Instead, the room felt underwhelming and lacked many of the thoughtful touches one would reasonably expect from a premium room category.
