We had an excellent stay at InterContinental Singapore Robertson Quay. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, professional, and welcoming.
A special thank you to Farid at the front desk. He greeted us with a genuine smile, made us feel welcome right away, and went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of throughout our stay. His attentiveness, professionalism, and willingness to help truly enhanced our experience.
The hotel itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and in a fantastic location. Combined with the outstanding hospitality from team members like Farid, it made our visit to Singapore even more memorable.
Highly recommended, and we look forward to returning in the future!
Some say the rooms are a little small and that's true, but many other aspects of the hotel make up for that.
The rooms are well appointed, they have large windows which let in plenty of light. They are modern and very clean. Our room had a pleasant view of the Singapore River and some of the city scape.
The hotel is literally on a vibrant stretch of shops, restaurants, small parks and bridges and you can easily explore both sides of the river.
The breakfast is quite good and plenty is provided.
The staff was excellent. They were kind and very helpful, especially those at reception like Dvi, ever ready to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
The pool is a good place to chill and cool down but nothing fancy. Aesthetically, we're not sure why there's a view of the exposed elevator shaft in the that area.
Nonetheless, overall the place is well positioned and comfortable. We always looked forward to returning after adventurous outings exploring Singapore. It deserves 5 stars.
Excellent stay at the InterContinental Singapore Robertson Quay. The hotel combines elegance, comfort, and a very peaceful atmosphere in a perfect riverside location with great restaurants nearby.
The rooms were stylish, spacious, and exceptionally well maintained. What truly made the experience outstanding was the professionalism and genuine hospitality of the staff.

Excellent service and really nice hotel, it isn’t the biggest or the grandest but maintains a high level of quality in the rooms, the staff and breakfast was so, so good.
Check in process was very smooth, we arrived early in the morning, left our bags and went out. By 11.30 they texted us to inform that our room is ready, and when we got in our bags were already there.
The room was on the small side but everything felt of good quality, nice teas and coffees, amenities and furnishings.
Breakfast is in the Publico restaurant downstairs, really good selection and tasty.
All the staff were highly professional and courteous.
A lot of restaurants nearby but approximately 7 minute walk to the nearest MRT station.
Overall, really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay here again for our next visit to Singapore!
We recently stayed at InterContinental Singapore Robertson Quay and had a really pleasant experience overall. The room was definitely on the smaller side, but it was very thoughtfully designed so it didn’t feel cramped. Everything was well laid out, clean, and modern. The bed was super comfortable, and I appreciated the quality of the linens and bathroom amenities. It felt cozy and perfect for a short city stay.
The location at Robertson Quay is also a big plus — nice riverside area with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance, but still feels quieter and more relaxed compared to the main tourist spots.
Service was one of the highlights of the stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. I want to especially mention how well they take care of members. There was clear recognition of membership status at check-in, and the team made an effort to explain the benefits and ensure everything was arranged properly. It felt personalized rather than transactional, which I really appreciated.
Overall, even though the rooms aren’t large, the comfort, service, and member recognition made it a great stay. I’d happily return and would definitely recommend it, especially if you’re an IHG member looking for a well-run property in a great neighborhood.
