We had to attend a conference at Marina Bay Sands, and our company booked our stay at Ibis Bencoolen. The room was spacious enough for two people, and I liked that we could adjust the air conditioning to our preferred temperature. The shower also had a water heater, which was a nice plus.
The only downside, I guess, is that the room door and elevator looked quite old. The hair dryer in our room was also a bit unreliable—it worked sometimes, but other times it just wouldn’t turn on. Lol.
On the bright side, the staff at the lobby were really helpful. They explained everything clearly during both check-in and check-out, which made the whole process smooth and easy.
Had a wonderful stay at Ibis Singapore Bencoolen! The hotel is in a fantastic location, within walking distance to Bugis, Bencoolen MRT, and many great food options. It made getting around Singapore incredibly convenient.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The housekeeping team did an excellent job, and the staff were consistently friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my visit.
What stood out most was the warm hospitality and efficient service. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the team was always willing to assist with any requests.

Amazing stay!
This was our first time visiting Singapore, and we had such a great experience, especially thanks to this amazing hotel!
The service was excellent from start to finish. Our room was super clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a highlight too, lots of variety, great protein options, and very kid-friendly!
The hotel gym was impressive as well, equipped with Technogym machines and high-quality cardio equipment. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better, just a short walk to the MRT, right across from a bus stop, and really close to Bugis Street. We’ll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Singapore. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

We stayed at ibis Singapore on Bencoolen for one night as a small family with our baby, and it was a pleasant experience overall. The hotel’s location is excellent — close to Bugis, Bencoolen, and Rochor MRT stations, which made getting around Singapore really easy.
Our room was compact but clean and comfortable, just right for a short stay. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit, especially during check-in.
However, it’s worth noting that there’s no bidet in the bathroom, and our booking didn’t include breakfast. Still, there are plenty of food options nearby, from local eateries to cafés within walking distance.
Overall, we had a comfortable and convenient stay. ibis Singapore on Bencoolen is a great option for families or couples looking for value and location in the heart of the city.
