Room very nice. 2 Bath towel, hand towel and basic tap outside, toothbrush to ask (better if have your own). No tea or coffee in room only at level 2, got recycle bin outside. Location a bit far from central. Got bus but not direct, MRT walk at least 10-15min. Travellers no worries.
Stayed there 6 nights. Personell is really kind and helpful. Rooms are clean and modern. For stays below 7 days, you get no room cleaning and new towels only once. Breakfast is really minimal for the price, would recommend getting breakfast somewhere else for example in the Hawker Center next to the Hotel. Hotel has a really nice Bar with live music multiple times per week, a really nice location and a big area for leaving your luggage with a good equipped free to use kitchen. For us, earlier Checkin was no problem which also was really nice.
We had a wonderful stay at lyf Bugis Singapore for 5 nights and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, shopping, and many of Singapore’s main attractions. It made getting around the city effortless. What truly made our stay exceptional was the amazing staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. A special thank you to Iren, Fifi, and Iszuaan for their outstanding hospitality. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and looked after throughout our stay. Their kindness and professionalism really made a difference. Thank you to the entire team for making our trip so enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend lyf bugis Singapore to anyone visiting Singapore!
The hotel location was very convenient and easy to travel, can walk to shopping mall, convenience store, and night street. There was also a restaurant downstairs, which made everything even more convenient.The bed was comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. I had a small issue during check-in, but the staff were very helpful and resolved it quickly. There were also staff members at lobby level 2 who gave me very useful recommendations and assistance during my stay.

Bugis Street, Sim Lim Square, and several MRT stations are all within easy walking distance, so getting around Singapore is effortless whether you’re heading to the CBD, Marina Bay, or Orchard. The surrounding area is lively as well, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, and shopping spots nearby, making it a great base for both short stays and longer trips. What stands out about the hotel is its modern, high-tech feel. The property has a sleek, contemporary setup with smart design elements and communal spaces that give it a fresh, almost startup-style vibe rather than a traditional hotel atmosphere. One of the highlights is the very nice 24-hour gym, which is well-equipped and perfect for guests who want to keep up with their workouts regardless of schedule. Overall, it’s a stylish and practical stay that combines a prime location with thoughtful, modern facilities.
