I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard City Centre and had a truly enjoyable experience. While the hotel may not be the newest property in Singapore, it is definitely a case of "old but gold." The building has been very well maintained, and everything was clean, comfortable, and in excellent condition throughout my stay. The hotel's central location is also a great advantage, making it easy to explore Orchard Road and the surrounding areas. What made my stay particularly memorable was the outstanding service. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by Jason at the reception desk. He was friendly, professional, and highly accommodating, ensuring that the check-in process was smooth and efficient. Jason's genuine hospitality immediately made me feel welcome and valued as a guest. His positive attitude and willingness to assist left a lasting impression and reflected the high standards of customer service at the hotel. During my stay, I ordered the mutton biryani from Tandoor, the hotel's Indian restaurant, and it was excellent. The portion was generous, the mutton was tender and flavorful, and the rice was fragrant and perfectly cooked. It was one of the highlights of my stay and a dish I would happily order again. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard City Centre. The combination of attentive service, a well-maintained property, and excellent dining made for a comfortable and memorable experience. Great hotel in a very central location Rooms This hotel has GIANT rooms compared to the rest of Singapore. They are not too outdated and aren't that loud. The beds are comfortable enough and the bathroom was clean. Service The service here was typical of any hotel. Nothing special, nothing extremely bad. Final Thoughts The location of this hotel is amazing. I would recommend anyone coming to Singapore not wanting to spend $500 a night on hotels to stay here.

Wonderful clean rooms and helpful friendly staff! The rooms were delightfully spacious, the showers had perfect water pressure, and it really felt like we were staying in the lap of luxury for such an affordable price! But the real stars of our stay were the staff! Our bartender/waiter/general lobby man Aaron was amazing! He was so friendly and welcoming. He remembered us for our whole stay and really made us feel welcome here in Singapore! He was very knowledgable. The other wait staff including Thuy and an Indian gentleman whose name I didn't catch were also great. Our housekeeper, Lisa, was stellar and was very eager to do her job! Highly recommended! Definitely coming back and made the 16+ hour flight worth it! Big shout out to Aaron!

A lovely one-night stay at Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard City Centre with my mom. The service throughout our stay was warm and attentive, making us feel genuinely welcomed. The breakfast selection was excellent, offering a wide variety of options from Eastern to Western. I especially appreciated having both comforting congee and a full English breakfast available. I also discovered a new favourite snack there Medu Vada! which was absolutely delicious. During the daytime, there was some construction noise in the surrounding area, which was unfortunately unavoidable. However, we appreciated that the hotel staff informed us in advance, allowing us to plan accordingly. And a very special thanks to Miss Dorothea for her kind assistance and for thoughtfully helping us with a room upgrade, which made our stay even more comfortable. While the hotel may appear slightly dated in style, it was very clean and comfortable, with a classic charm that made the stay feel warm and pleasant. A truly pleasant and memorable experience, and I would definitely consider staying here again, hopefully once the nearby construction is completed.
