Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium By Ihg

Arriving at the MRT it is easily accessible, but slightly confusing when you are directed through the shopping area. It wasn’t a particularly pleasant access, with what appeared to be ‘hostess bars’ being actively promoted and ‘massages’ being offered by others. Once inside the hotel, the staff were great! Friendly, offering advice and all the information we needed. The room was huge, a very expansive view across the city, comfortable and best of all, had a very private bathroom, with no glass panels that other hotels have in Singapore! The breakfast was comprehensive and had more than enough options to satisfy us. With so many rooms and floors I expected to have to wait for a lift at busy times, but this was never a problem. Overall a good hotel that I would be happy to recommend and return to.

Great stay overall. The concierge Chandu was extremely helpful. He was very friendly and professional. Breakfast had lots of choices; staff at the cafeteria were very friendly and helpful. I especially want to thank Janice and Shanti for their dedication to their clients. My only negative experience was the size of the room. We stayed here last time in 2008 and rooms were great. It looks like they have divided one room into two. Anyway, overall we enjoyed the stay.

Great in all the ways ! We had a truly amazing stay at the Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium. All our requests were attended to promptly via emails and executed asap during our stay. The rooms were spacious and clean. The buffet had everything for everyone including food for the Vegetarians. Everyone who attended to us was extremely warm and welcoming. The staff was very supportive. I requested a small arrangement/decoration in room on the occassion of my wife's birthday and they attended to that with a very decent room decoration along with a delicious chocolate cake. Highly appreciated 👍 Thanks a lot to the Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium Management and Team for their amazing hospitality.

Splendid on all accounts! We had a truly splendid stay at the Atrium! Our special requests were attended to promptly via emails and executed flawlessly during our stay. The rooms were spacious and clean. The buffet spread had everything for everyone (incl for the Veg folks!). We were accommodated late one night at the restaurant due to our day long excursion, much appreciated. We were also provided take-away Breakfast on the day of our early morning flights. We were even provided an umbrella each (10 of us!) during the rainy days. Everyone who attended to us was extremely warm and welcoming! We Thank the Atrium Team for their great hospitality.
