Had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Serangoon. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of food, and everything was fresh and tasty. A special thanks to Kim Peng for the excellent service. He was very friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our breakfast. His warm hospitality made our experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel, and I look forward to staying here again!
I’ve stayed at this hotel several times now and it’s easily one of my favorites! The location is super convenient being very close to Little India. The staff are exceptionally skilled, warm, and genuinely friendly. The breakfast is excellent too! While the rooms are on the smaller side, they are very clean and well-maintained. The bathroom is spacious enough, though I do think the quality of the toilet paper could be improved. Whenever I’m in Singapore, this hotel will always be at the top of my list. I stayed here for more than 17 days and had absolutely zero complaints. Because of the long stay, it honestly started to feel like a second home, and that is entirely due to the incredible staff. The reception team was always so warm and welcoming, big shout-out to Yi Leng, Karthik, and Faizal. Yi Leng in particular is exceptionally courteous and kind. The cleaning staff, Ut and June, were also wonderful people who kept my room as clean as it could possibly get and were always so sweet. Even the General Manager, Rishu, goes out of his way to make sure any questions are answered and does everything to make your stay convenient. The hotel has a good, compact gym which is free to use, and their laundry service is great, the self-laundry is very reasonably priced which was super helpful for a long stay. On top of the amazing hospitality, the breakfast had a huge spread that was both highly hygienic and very tasty. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, whether you are traveling with family, as a bachelor, or backpacking. It definitely will not disappoint you. The location is also optimal, there is a bus stop right outside the hotel and an MRT located within a 4 minute walk.
I had a fantastic experience staying here. The location is excellent (10/10). The MRT station is nearby, and the bus stop is right in front of the hotel, which makes commuting very convenient. Room service was also outstanding (10/10). The room attendant was very polite and helpful. The overall hotel service deserves a 10/10 as well. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. Breakfast was great (10/10), with good vegetarian options available. Fresh fruits and juices were also provided. Cleanliness was impressive (10/10). The hotel is very well maintained and everything was kept neat and tidy. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
