Had a lovely high tea at Ginger.Lily, Hilton. The atmosphere was wonderful, and the service was warm and attentive. We even made an ad hoc request to celebrate my friend’s birthday, and the team kindly arranged a complimentary birthday cake for us. Such a thoughtful touch that made the celebration extra special! A big thank you to Shirlina Leo for making our experience so memorable. Highly recommended! ✨🎂☕

My go-to hotel every time I’m in Singapore! The location is amazing and the service has always been great. Despite the hotel being at a high occupancy rate, they still allowed me to check in early as I was travelling with an infant, which really helped. They also extended a late checkout for us, which I really appreciated. My son enjoyed the breakfast and I did too! The chwee kueh, smoked salmon and dosa were especially good. The food during tea time at the lounge was great as well. They also took really good care of my breastmilk. I forgot to freeze my blue gel ice pack and told the receptionist on the ground floor that I needed it frozen within two hours, and asked if it was even possible. Somehow, they made it happen. Magic!! Little things like this really make travelling with children so much easier. Definitely one of the reasons I keep coming back whenever I’m in Singapore.

Had a fabulous birthday lunch for a friend at Estate, Hilton Singapore Orchard. The food was fantastic, but what made it truly memorable was the service. We had the pleasure of meeting Chef William, who was incredibly warm and hospitable. When he learned we were celebrating a birthday, he surprised us with a small cake with "Happy Birthday" on it — such a thoughtful and personal touch. That level of dedication to service is rare. Highly recommend!
