Goodwood Park Hotel

Goodwood Park exceeded my expectations, the location is fantastic, with plenty to explore nearby and Far East Plaza just a stone's throw away. Super convenient with a bus stop right at the doorstep, though do note the MRT is a bit of a stroll (totally manageable). What really sets this place apart is the service, warm, professional, and genuinely caring, like a classic grand hotel should be. A special shoutout to Fasal at the luggage counter: his greeting upon my arrival instantly melted all the exhaustion from my long flight. Absolute legend. Fasal, sending all my love to you, thank you for making me feel so welcome!🤗 Highly recommended for anyone who values character, comfort, and heartfelt hospitality. Will definitely return.

Would highly reccomend Goodwood, really good location and the staff are so lovely and attentive. Rooms are amazing and beds are super comfortable (if you like soft beds). Definitely a 5 star hotel!! 🌟 Shout out to Fatima and Jimmy for such great hospitality!

Goodwood Park Hotel ( residence ) I stayed for 8 nights and have to say the experience fell short of expectations for a 5-star hotel, especially given the rates charged, we paid for more then $500 Sg dollars per nite. Hardware & Maintenance The hotel feels quite dated. Rooms are not well maintained and clearly lack proper upkeep. Many fixtures and finishes show their age. Air-conditioning The AC system is the worst part. The balcony door has to be aligned to a very precise position before the air-conditioning will even switch on. This is frustrating and not acceptable in a 5-star property. Housekeeping Housekeeping is inconsistent. On one occasion the room still hadn’t been cleaned by 4:30pm. There are also no clear instructions on how to request towel or bedsheet changes. I am on a long stay (8 nights) and by Day 5 the bedsheets still had not been changed. Service Service is average — polite enough, but nothing particularly impressive or proactive. Overall, the hotel charges 5-star prices but the hardware is old, maintenance is poor, and basic standards (especially housekeeping and AC) are not up to par. Disappointing for the rate paid.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had the pleasure of working with Howard B. Rosqueta, Senior Catering Sales Manager at Goodwood Park Hotel, for our wedding banquet, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. From our very first meeting over a year before our wedding, Howard was consistently warm, friendly, and genuinely invested in making our day special. He took the time to understand our needs, offered thoughtful recommendations to tailor our wedding dinner, and was always flexible and accommodating. What impressed us most was how often he went above and beyond. One memorable example was personally collecting our roasted pig at 8:00 AM on a Saturday—something he absolutely didn't have to do, but did simply to make things easier for us. Throughout the entire journey, Howard regularly checked in on my fiancée and me to ensure everything was on track. His professionalism, care, and attention to detail made the planning process smooth and enjoyable. Thank you, Howard, for making our wedding experience so memorable.
