Conrad Singapore Orchard

Exceptionally positive experience at Conrad Singapore Orchard at all levels. Every single member of the staff was utmost friendly, professional, and helpful. Room was spotlessly clean & top-level equipped & maintained. All facilities outside room high-end; plus excellent gym. Got a Hilton Honors upgrade to executive floor room, the lounge of which was a treasure & its staff also incredibly good. Breakfast also so good (thanks chef!). Sincere thanks to everyone - incl. reception, door and room maintenance team - for making this such a thoroughly pleasant stay. Very close MRT & bus access. Tanglin Mall with supermarket 3 minutes walk. Prince-level is high (it's a 5 star hotel in Singapore..), but I got a good discount via Hilton Honors app. In sum: Wholeheartedly recommended!

Lovely 90s-style hotel, tucked away behind the busyness of Orchard Rd but still only a few minutes' walk to the subway. Loved the special filtered drinking water tap in the room, and being an older hotel, the rooms are generous in size. The 90s bubble lift and soaring atrium also have retro appeal. And the afternoon tea buffet is yum!

Had our wedding dinner banquet at Conrad Orchard and it was the best choice ever! Our coordinator Suhaila was great in assisting us with our whole process and ensuring our wedding day goes smoothly! Food was great and we received compliments from our guest as well! Big shout out to Heman, our banquet manager, and the banquet team as well!! Their service was far beyond amazing ! Every small little details was well looked after and we didn’t have to worry at all. Our family even find the banquet team really professional! Without this great team, our wedding would not have happen so smoothly! Thank you!!

We recently held an event at Conrad Singapore Orchard, utilising the Tanglin Room, Paterson, Nassim, Napier, and the Boardroom, and I can confidently say the entire event went amazingly smoothly thanks to Alison, Dini, Zaidi, Jack and the entire team. From the beginning, Alison was incredibly responsive, attentive, and easy to work with. The team was very solution-driven throughout the event, and any issue that came up was handled efficiently and professionally. As an event organiser, that level of support makes a huge difference, especially during large-scale events. I would highly recommend Conrad Singapore Orchard for corporate events and conferences. In addition to the event spaces, we also booked around 30 hotel rooms for our team and delegates. Every room was spotless, and both check-in and check-out processes were smooth and well managed. The hotel was also very kind in accommodating early check-ins for our team, as well as late check-outs for staff with later flights, which we truly appreciated. Thank you again to the entire Conrad team for the excellent hospitality and support throughout our event.
