The staff were friendly, and the room was clean and well maintained. I also liked the hotel’s sustainability efforts, with water dispensers on each floor instead of plastic water bottles. I booked a garden view room with a terrace, but the terrace wasn’t very private. It’s only separated by potted plants, so people in the neighboring rooms and anyone walking past can easily see into your terrace and room. I ended up keeping the curtains closed most of the time, which defeated the purpose of having a garden view. Adding privacy or mirrored film to the glass doors would make a big difference. The biggest disappointment was breakfast at Woop Woop. I paid SGD 28, and it wasn’t worth it. The selection was limited, and the quality was average. If breakfast isn’t included with your room, I’d recommend grabbing breakfast somewhere else. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but I’d avoid the terrace rooms unless the privacy issue is addressed, and I’d skip the breakfast.

Comfortable bed, clean room, good sound proof, nice pool with garden view that wife enjoy so much. Variety of the breakfast has room to improve. Eateries are available near by within 5-10 minutes walking distance.

Terrible hotel. They only clean the room once during my 4 nights stay. They say Wed and came on Tuesday, ridiculous. No laundry bag. And No bottled water. And the noise is so loud, wall is so thin, soundproof is non-exist. I can hear the next door showering….

The room we got was located on the 4th floor. We got the room with a terrace but it wasn’t very private and the rooms at the side could see you if you wanted to hang out on the terrace. It was just a strip of area cordoned off by potted plants which doesn’t really give you any privacy if you want any. There are free snacks and drinks at the lobby and a robot to serve and bring you extra items that you request via the app. Pretty cute. Walkable distance to Star Vista if you are hungry at night for some food. Price was pretty decent for an avg hotel night.
